Fits perfectly rear-facing in our truck, which has a slightly smaller back seats. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx6_FKRYB2ClSPRyjcd8HptiCS3EiQoNX4 Feels as comfy and plush as our Graco Contender carseat
Thank you! As a CPST, most people have no idea that the lower anchors have a weight limit of 65 pounds combined weight of baby and seat in almost all vehicles. Thank you very much for mentioning that in this video as it is super important! I always feel bad having to try to talk parents out of using LATCH for their big kids when it’s the way they feel confident using.
So glad Cybex brought this over to the US version 🙌🏾
Update: We now own both the Cybex Sirona S and the Nuna Rava. I would only recommend the Cybex Sirona S if a) your car has a short back seat AND you plan to use a convertible seat from birth or b) you need the swivel function to allow an older child to access the center seating position. The Nuna Rava is way easier to install, and it gets a more secure install. The Cybex Sirona S will fit in the same amount of space front to back as a Nuna Pipa infant seat installed with the base. It fits at newborn recline without adjusting the front seat. If you adjust the recline you can also fully extend it without adjusting the front seat.
Original Post:
I just want to say that the Nuna Rava is excellent if you have limited front to back space. We have it in a Ford Fiesta (their smallest car), behind the driver. With the leg room extended and rear recline 5 (most upright) it takes up about the same amount of space front to back as the Nuna Pipa infant seat installed with the base. Without legroom extended it fit comfortably enough at recline 2, but most comfortably at 3. So in a very small car like mine, you would probably still need an infant seat. For reference I am 5'2" but my legs think I am 5'7" lol. I sit almost as far back as my husband, who is 5'7" with average legs. I am always the driver and my husband is always the passenger. We were originally going to get a Nuna Exec for this baby, but now that Cybex has released the swivel version of the Sirona here, we are getting that instead. I am sooooo geeked out that its finally available in the states.
Hey Megan, great info! Can you go into a little more on why you recommend Rava vs Cybex? Those are the two I am looking at in upcoming months to prepare for my quite tall 6 months old. The rotate feature not that useful?
@@takuyaah Hi.. Which one did you end up getting? I’m also confused between rava and cybex
@@srejababu1787 I got the Cybex about 8 months ago. I like it a lot. The Swivel feature is really really nice to put in and take out the baby (really the only major feature to me). Now that sometimes I put my daughter facing forward once in a while when I drive by myself, it is great I don't have to reposition the entire seat. I see why people say it does move a tiny bit when install but it doesn't concern me much as I believe it is secure enough in a crash. I believe I used a coupon to get it so it was cheaper (like 10-20%) back then. Hope it helps.
Hi! Just wanted to say I’ve been watching your videos for a few years. I love them but thanks so much for slowing down. It really helps me process all the info.
You can slow the speed down on the video too
Cybex Sirona M scored a 4/10 on the crash test performance. Do you know the performance of the S?
I would like to know this as well
Very poor. Britax advocate also scored 4/10. Very poor
The britax boulevard scored a 5/10. And lower rear facing limit.
I just got the nuna exec delivered today! I always come to your videos to help me out. Loved the nuna pipa as well, thank you! Stay healthy 🤍
I feel that I need to switch from nuna rava to sirona s.. beautiful car seat!
how old are you
im 12 btw and i sit in a 5 point harness
I’m in love with Cybex products and the Sirona S seems very innovative and safe. I would loving having all this in an infant car seat as it’s more convenient to grab the baby a put it on the stroller and go. My only concern is to buy the Cloud then Cybex launches a new infant car seat that has more safety, technology, and convenience features.
Cybex scored lower in crash test safety ratings
“Haven’t reseached it while you were pregnant, and now your baby is growing out of the infant car seat and it’s still confusing” I am not even pregnant yet, and already know I want Cybex Sirona Z i-Size, but I am just looking for fun. 🙃🙃🤣
Me to
I'm stuck between the nuna rava and the BRITAX
One4Life ClickTight ARB (Clean Comfort) - Black & Light Grey
I want the Britax because it will last longer but exactly how much longer between the two? Is a convertible seat going to be enough for a booster or would I end up having to buy a booster anyways in the future?
I’ve got a Jeep Wrangler unlimited what’s your opinion on the best rear facing seat for my little guy? I have an 9yr old in a booster currently
Hello! I purchased the nuna rava 2019 from you and now just purchased the 2020 for my second. Is there a difference between the two?
There is no difference! Thank you so much for shopping with us :)
Eli
Omg that swivel!!!! I have awful neck and back issues, this would be amazing!!!!
When reviewing, I’m looking for size. Length weight and what would fit in a smaller car/SUV . Can you please include that.
Hi Sylvia. I own a a Ford Fiesta. We have both the Nuna Rava and Cybex Sirona S. Both fit well front to back, but the cybex can be used from birth in such a short back seat, while the Nuna would still need an infant seat.
@@ChristopherAlanWilliams they both have draw backs. I previously would have said the Nuna hands down, but I recently switched back and found that for my 3 YO in my fiesta I prefer the Cybex. However in an SUV or even a large sedan I would prefer the Nuna because it gets a more secure install, and doesn’t need to be reinstalled as frequently. Also the Nuna is way easier to install correctly. Also if you child has a very large head, you will find the head rest and harness in the Nuna fit better. The Cybex sits much lower, so there’s less bonking the child on the car when putting them in, and as mentioned by someone else, the swivel is a major back saver (it’s also great for abdominal separation aka diastitis recti).
DONT BE DUPED LIKE I WAS. That swivel feature sounds amazing, but they don’t tell you that once your child is forward facing, the proper installation (with the tether), eliminates the swivel feature. Just bought this for my toddler and was pretty irritated to find out that the swivel won’t work for his configuration. HEADS UP!
then how does it swivel back? what do you mean the swivel stops after facing forward?
and which model are you talking about
@@johnvillano9809 Cybex Sirona S. In the forward-facing position, you have to “tether” the seat to the car for proper installation. When you do this, you can no long swivel it, because it’s attached to the car.
Thnks fr letting me know
@@cmh8588 Spoken to Cybex, they say that while recommended, tethering is not required if you use the load leg installation. So if you need to use the Swivel feature, just don't tether or you can unhook the tether when you need to swivel.
Can you compare the britax boulevard and one4life?
I want a carseat that can ROTATE 360 and also works thru my baby growing up. Which one do you recommend?
I’ve had the cybex Sirona for like 5 months now with my toddler and loved it....until I saw this video read the comments and just realized I won’t be able to use the twist function in the forward facing position 😟.
Also you can’t use the swivel with a newborn since it’s super upright when twisted to face the parent
My vehicle got stolen so now we need two new car seats for my kids. Glad you posted this
Sorry to hear that.
Karma will get those SOBs...
Hi. I need to buy 2 car seats and I would prefer something my baby can be in until he is 10 like the 4 ever type of seats. My kiddo will be 1 yr in a week and he is already 31.5 inches tall but he is pretty slim maybe about 20-22lbs. What seat do you recommend? Of course safety is number 1 but also his height and he is good for falling asleep on a short card ride so something that will allow his head to rest safely.
How does the Graco 4Ever DLX 4-in-1 Convertible Car Seat compare to these safety wise? It is very appealing due to the fact that it converts into the high back and the booster seat but I'm not sure about it's safety in comparison to the ones you listed in the video above.
You may want to update to let people know that the Uppa Baby Knox car seat has been recalled 😊 I would love details about the recall and updates whenever they relaunch the product.
Good call. Will do.
Eli
We are looking for carseats for our 10 month old and its driving me crazy with all the options idk if I should just drop 500 dollars or if 200 Is enough
I am confused as well please fill me in as well. I'm look at the mesa from uppababy
I ordered Nuna Rava today. We have a Nuna Demi Grow stroller, and I'm so glad we bought it. The mesh back is amazing in this southern hot and humid, breath taking - not in a good way - weather lol
I am in looooove with my Britax One4Life with the clicktight technology. Will never go back
You won't regret it.
I've been using clicktights for almost 5 years now.
Owning each iteration.
I'm about to buy the One for life also.
Absolutely adore these seats!
I have the Uppababy Knox car seat and I wanted to know can you still use the latch and seatbelt for safer insulation for a baby and what about if you don’t have like an SUV or if you have a sedan how would I connect it To make it safer
Hey Eli! Thanks for the superb video yet again! Are there any car booster seat that reclines a good deal? (For my 3.5 year old boy) TQ!!!
I just ordered the Cybex Sirona thanks to your video! You’re so helpful thank you!
Not sure how I feel about the Clek Q-tether. I’m glad it’s an optional/extra accessory and not required because it screams misuse to me. I’m already careful about recommending Clek to most parents because their convertibles are awesome and cool and have tons of neat features but they just aren’t as intuitive and user friendly as something like the Rava or Britax Clicktights. I tell them they really need to get to know their Clek car seat and commit to using it correctly as baby grows - obviously this always applies but Clek seats aren’t as easy and quick to adjust which is important for parents to know when they make that choice. Rear tethers are an awesome safety feature but the extra step of hooking/unhooking to get baby in/out seems unrealistic for all parents to do correctly every time. :(
I see so many Cleks misused, I agree that they aren’t super user friendly
I agree. It’s nice that the rear tethers add a safety feature but they just seem inconvenient and then a new risk of kids messing with it or parents attaching items onto the straps. Is it optional or required on the Knox?
I just purchased the Knox is it true it’s been recalled what should I know
You're a wizard Eli cause you perfectly timed this. I bought my pipa & stokke xplory from you when I was preggo, & now here I am again! 🤣 Now, I've been waiting on the sirona since December, my little one is growing out of the pipa , PLLEEASSEEE Cybex stick to schedule!!! 🙏🤞🤞🤞🤞 we're ready to upgrade! 😫.
p.s... would love to see a video of the sirona being installed in a Jeep Wrangler 😇😁😅👀
D J it’s true - i am kind of a wizard. Sadly for me Cybex is launching the Sirona S exclusively somewhere else. But thanks for buying your Xplory and Pipa from us - take a look at the other car seats in this video. They are pretty great too! Eli
Hi just wondering what you upgraded to from your Pipa??? Or if you haven’t yet do you have any ideas? I drive a Jeep Wrangler as well so I’m curious!
@@nickycarreras2947👋 *JeepWave* Yes I did! I got the sirona s and absolutely love it.
@@dj4950 hey! Still with the Sirona? How do you like it so far? It’s been a year of using! 👀 I have a super tall daughter and she is starting to grow out of the Pipa so I’m literally on the same boat as you year ago 😂 Got the Sirona already today but I saw so many negative comments I started questioning it. Please! Let me know!
@@MsMusiqueManiaque 👋 hi! Yes a year later and I still love it! You can struggle on install depending on the type of car you have, it actually doesn't fit every make/model, you should be able to find that info on the site. There customer service is EXCELLENT, in the booklet that comes with it, it gives you information to make a FaceTime appointment to speak with a professional cybex installer that can help walk you through your install. I've yet to see another company provide that. That was a key for me!
I have always been the biggest fan of our clek foonf... We have owned a couple in the last 10years... How would cybex sirons s compare to clek foonf side by side...
The Clek is our favorite! The Cybex is great but it hasn't been around for as long as Clek and has a few more "quirks" that need ironing out
Which one is more comfortable for the baby? And are these all suitable for small sedans, with regards to the space to the front seat?
Judy the Rava or a Britax Clicktight (marathon, boulevard, or advocate) are more compact when installed upright for an older baby/toddler to fit better in a small sedan
I was so torn between the rava and Knox for the longest time but then it can down to last month (mainly due to price difference) but I couldn’t wait for the Knox to come out so I bought two nuna ravas and I absolutely love them.
Are all of these good for infants as well? I know many convertible seats are but just want to make sure.
Yep!
Which carseat do you recommend for a 21 month old who is 32 inchs and 26 lbs . And we always travel by cab because we live in nyc with no car?
Britax got poor safety ratings next to the Nuna Rava. That was disappointing to me as I got so excited about the easy install!
This was sooo helpful!!!!! I'm a new mommy and my baby girl is soo tall for her infant car seat now. That swivel ALONE is so awesome, like I didn't even know that something like that even existed.
Cybex S When I bought this I was not aware that the swivel feature only works in the rear facing position. So that only lasted about 14 months and now it’s back to a regular car seat that wobbles more than others. I would not recommend this car seat to others.
Out of all these above if I ask you which is the best one I can buy of all the above?
Love your channel. I have a 16kg preschooler, a baby on the way and plan to habe a third soon after. Im looking for brand new slim seats that will fit three across; a convertible car seat with extended rear facing and a slim booster with head support for my preschooler.
Do u recommend the graco 4 in 1 dlx?
When will you have a full review of the cybex sirona s I've been waiting since you did the first look video a year ago 😁😁😁😁😁
hi, in india we dont get the best car seats, Cozy and Safe merlin is the only one available . what do you think about it.
Hi magic bean- will the knox fit in a full size sedan? I currently have a mesa and fits fine, since knox is bigger wanted to check if it fits in a full size sedan.
Thank you for reaching out! We can help out with questions like these at Mbeans.com/consultations or at customerservice@mbeans.com!
Heyy brother! What car seat would you recommend for my 10,turning 11 in a few weeks year old! She’s 144-148 cm tall and weighs around 31-32 kg.
You'd be looking at backed or backless boosters and we can help at mbeans.com/consultations. For what its worth the Clek Oobr is my favorite www.mbeans.com/products/clek-oobr-booster-seat-2019-2020
Great Info! BTW, Audio is much better, but I still think a wireless lapel is better than a boom mic since you move alot. also, color grading is a bit too pinkish..need to warm it up!
Cybex, what are the dimensions? We are expecting our second and would like to keep our uppababy Mesa, in the middle of the back seat of our SUV for now. But I worry both won’t fit. 😥
DSchultz83 the Cybex is 20 in wide at the shoulder. Front to back it takes up about the same distance as a Nuna Pipa installed on the base. It fits rear-facing in a Ford Fiesta at newborn recline. Adjusting the recline, you can fully extend the headrest without adjusting the front seat at all.
Does the Cybex come off its base? Or would both of our cars need to have a seat?
No bases in convertible car seats. We can break this down more at mbeans.com/consultations
Wanted to love the Cybex Sirona S, but every time we got in the car it seemed like someone had come by and yanked it loose again. Looking for another one now.
Thanks for the feedback.
Eli
I had the same issue. Never was able to get a secured installation.
I’m expecting and I didn’t use this cybex with a baby yet but it looks really loose... and thinking to return this and get another one...
Thank you for making all your video. I have been working for a baby store. I have been learning so much from you so much.
Which store?
Anything on the Nuna Exec? We're expecting #2 in June and are trying to decide between the Rava and the Exec.
Nuna is doing a bit of an upgrade - I’ll be doing a review later this year.
Eli
Personally not a huge fan of all in one seats like the Exec. They sound great in theory but tend to have drawbacks in real life. Often hard for kiddo to use/buckle as a booster (I haven’t played with the Exec so I can’t say if it’s worse or better than average) so I see many families buy a separate booster down the road and end up regretting the $$$. No matter how easy it is to switch between booster and harness modes, there is room for user error which risks leaving kiddo unsafe. And ~10 years is a long time for one kid to use one seat - car seats get gross with use, and who knows what new technology will come out between now and then. I love the Rava and would not personally spend the extra $200 for a booster mode that may or may not work well for your family in 6-7 years -CPST
We have a Rava which we love, but for baby 2 (also due June :) ) we were leaning Exec. My main reason was that the Exec has integral AR while the US version of the Rava doesn't have ARB. It's worth noting the price of the Rava + Aace = Exec, but the Aace is much wider than the Exec. If width is a concern I would say Exec, if not Sandy makes a very good point. The width of the Exec is the same as the Baby Trend Hybrid, which is one of the narrower boosters. I also like that the Exec doesn't have arm rests because arm rests increase the risk of seatbelt misuse in boosters. Additionally, it has a nice open beltpath.
Definitely a fan of the anti-rebound feature - the ARB is why I stuck to Britax Clicktight seats instead of getting a Rava myself :). The Rava is 0.5” wider than the Exec, but the Rava also has a smaller front to back footprint when rear facing. OP, if you’re close to a Nordstrom or other store that carries floor models of Nuna seats, I’d suggest going and getting your hands on both seats before making your decision. Try the Exec install in your car if possible (most Nordstrom stores should let you try it out if they have enough staff for someone to walk you to your car with the seat(s), I’ve done it a few times!) to make sure it’ll fit at a safe newborn recline. You may also decide you prefer one seat over the other based on size, inserts, or other features that are important to you.

so do I need an infant car seat? Can I purchase one of these convertible carseats to use from birth? with my daughter I didn't really know I had so many options so now that were planning for baby number 2 im want better products but they get a bit expensive when buying multiple car seats .
I’d say get an infant car seat to start
Hi, I have a small question here. I owned 2017 Audi Q3 and I live in Texas ,where is super hot in most years. What kind of car seat should I get?
make sure to always air your car out if its hot inside the VOC are very carcinogenic to little babies and us. That's why it is important to look up top 5 non toxic carseats and start there. You'll see!
Hi Eli, which would you recommend for a small car with extended rear facing? I'm looking at Britax B- first and Britax millennia.
Thank you. It's very useful vedio to me. I was searching the car seat for my nephew.
I really want to know th3 difference between the Rava and the Cybex . I can’t go to the stores because I’m afraid of COVID, but we have the cybex cloud q. Should we get the nuna rava or the other cybex one ahhh I’ just want a cozy car seat made within great materials... that also.. is safe if courseee

Review for the Nuna Exec please
For the nuna rava- if you install it in a car with down sloping seats, even at the most reclined position of the carseat, it is still quite upright. What are your thoughts about wedging a rolled towel/pool noodle underneath the carseat to fix the angle issue?
We always suggest checking with CPSTs before using accessories. You absolutely do not want a towel under there according to most recent guidelines but the pool noodles are commonly used by CPSTs for angle adjustments. As for how exactly to do that, I'd definitely suggest reach out to the experts at your local fire or police station.
Which one fits best in the Tesla model 3?
I have a question about comfort. The Cybex definitely appears to be the most convenient for loading and safety but does it recline as far back as the Nuna model? My 2-year-old hates going into her infant baby seat, so I thought I would really search for a safe and comfortable model for her next chair.
Melanie Schirmer many kids are actually happier sitting more upright in the car once they’re able to sit independently! That could be your problem if your 2yo is still using her infant car seat, and/or kiddo is squished. Upgrading to a convertible and letting kiddo sit more upright should hopefully help
@@SF-pe3qf Thank you! After watching so many videos, it does seem that they like to be able to see everything sitting up. Do you have any suggestions? I have watched a few Best convertible car seats of 2020 but I'm so confused. Graco Extend2Fit Convertible Car Seat | Ride Rear Facing Longer with Extend2Fit, is highly rated on Amazon and is significantly less than the Cybex Sirona which parent's keep saying is wobbly. I like the convenience and space it has but I am afraid of the many wobbly claims.
How about Graco?
Hi, are we able install Cybex and Nuna to an airplane seat? If we are, would we be able to use them in a recline position considering an airplane has so little space.
The Nuna is approved, the Cybex is not. The Nuna is a little tight, but most convertible car seats will be. If you have any more questions feel free to reach out at mbeans.com.consultations

Can you swivel the Cybex carseat with one hand? say, I was holding a baby could I still swivel it?
I just got this cybex car seat and I can swivel with one hand:)
Could you please share your opinion about Britax one4life all in one car seat? Is it good to buy option if someone wants to skip infant seat completely.
I love the one4life, but why do you want to skip and infant seat?
@@MagicBeansVideos My usage of infant car seat would be very less in the first 6 months of baby's birth. And I read somewhere that infant car seats are mostly about convenience carrying baby while they are asleep, safety feature of infant and all in one convertible car seats are same. Since you are an expert, it is good to your opinion before I make any decision. I have to make purchase decision in june.
Surbhi Mittal the one4life is a really, really nice seat but I don’t love it for newborns. For a rear facing kiddo, the harness straps have to come from at/below baby’s shoulders. The lowest harness slot on the one4life is too high to safely fit a smaller/shorter newborn and it’s just too hard to accurately predict a baby’s torso height in utero to know whether they will be tall enough to safely use the one4life from birth. The Britax Clicktight convertibles (Marathon, Boulevard, Advocate) fit newborns better because the harness goes low enough to sit at/below an average newborn’s shoulders. If you really prefer the one4life over the other convertibles (personally not a huge fan of booster mode on all-in-one style car seats) just make sure you have a backup plan, like a cheaper convertible car seat known to fit newborns well, just in case. Then that extra seat can be your backup seat/babysitter’s car etc when baby upgrades to the one4life.
Sandy F Thanks for your thoughts!
How come y’all don’t talk about the chicco one it’s great! And I think you should include the brand with these brands!

Hi, I’m currently considering a convertible car seat up to 120 lbs and I’m not sure if I should go for the Cybex eternis s or Diono QXT. I’m looking for a super safe car seat, easy to use and easy to install plus comfort. Which one is the best for a compact car?
We can help at mbeans.com/consultations!
When would you suggest switching over from the Mesa to a knox in terms of age/weight.
Both are equally safe as long as kiddo is within the limits. Personally I get tired of lugging around that heavy infant seat early on and I’ve switched as early as 4-6 months. Once baby is able to sit in a stroller seat out of the car instead of car seat/bassinet I’m ready to switch! I’ve found that my kiddos are more comfortable and prefer to sit a little more upright than the infant seat allows by 6-8 months. But really you can switch anytime before baby reaches the Mesa height or weight limit (as long as they are within Knox minimum weight). When baby reaches the height or weight limit of Mesa (usually height first) you must switch. -CPST
If I buy the Sarina S in store can somebody help me install it in my car
Do you have a store in Ny ?

I desperately need the rava to be shipped to india! I cannot find any website with international shipping. I am willing to pay for customs. Please help!
Do you still need help?
I’m not sure why I struggle so much with my Rava. All the installs look super easy, but my seat would would to easily without muscling all the slack out of the seatbelt and rocking the seat back and forth.
That’s very uncommon. What kind of car do you have? Eli
I feel like the load leg on the cybex could be annoying once you have your child face forward - like it would be in the way and the kid would have to “hop” in a sense over it. Fantastic idea I do agree. Waiting for the Knox. Can it be used without the tether in a sedan car?
Nani Bar yes, but it’s recommend with a Tether. Eli
Thank you! And do you know the highest and lowest width of the Knox ? I’ve look all online and contacted 3 baby stores by my house but can’t get an answer we want to preorder with you guys but want to ensure it will fit my car! Thank you Eli
Hi, between the Britax One4life (I know you reviewed the boulevard) and the Rava which has the smallest front to back footprint?
The Rava is smaller! Tends to fit really well in a majority of cars
Is magic beans going to review the Cybex Cloud Z Sensorsafe Infant Car Seat?
The Cloud Z is an i-Size car seat, a European standard. I would be surprised if it were ever able to come to the US.
Such great info! Question... Was the Uppababy recalled after this video was posted?
I’ve seen online that the Uppababy Knox in the Jordan color has a lime green logo. Yours doesn’t! I don’t want green 😂 do you know if I order it will it be the gray logo or green?!
Was the clicktight suppose to come with a rebound bar.? Do we need one?
Jozianne Mundo it’s optional and they sell their seats both with and without it, but it’s a great safety feature for rear facing! You can buy it separately from Britax if you want one
Hi there - I'm between the one4life and the nuna rava specifically because they are both flame retardant free. My question is whether it's really worth it to buy a convertible with booster like the one4life. I've heard from several people that the booster may not actually fit my kiddo when it comes time to use it. Why is that? (It'd obviously be a bonus if we can use the one4life for longer, but honestly, this may sound silly, but the only reason I'm considering one4life as opposed to the other three britax clicktights with safewash is because it has cup holders!) Thoughts?
Based on my research so far, I’m also leaning towards Nuna or one4life. Britax advocate has the highest protection offered when it comes to britax family but I’m reading a lot of reviews on strap problem, strap jam and no cushion
The one for life has scored lower in crash test ratings.
Can you update your shipping to be able to ship to Guam?!
I was going to purchase the Nuna Rava as it's flame retardant free but is the convenience of the Sirona S worth exposing my children to chemicals?
I love the Nuna Fabrics so I would sway you in that direction. Super safe materials
My only concern is how you said “pull out a little slack out of the strap”
you should tighten it way more than that.. did you do it like this for time?
Car seat should not move more than an inch from side to side. This was at 3:40
What is the weight of the Clek Foonf? Do you recommend a particular car seat for air travel and second vehicle/occasional use?
Hi! I actually have a clerk foonf. I cant remember the exact weigh, but it's fairly heavy. Feels about the weight of a standard carseat. It is very easy to install though! I'm planning to use it for an upcoming flight.
Kalysta Chase thank you! We’d have to lug two through the airport (we install them on the flight) plus push strollers and drag a small amount of carry on so I was hoping for something under 20lbs. I’ll keep hunting. I did like how narrow it is while still having a steel frame. But steel is heavy... Our Britax Advocates weigh too much to carry, and our too wide for even some business class seats.
Look up the wayb pico carseat. I've heard it's a bit difficult to install, but its very compact and light weight.
thank you!
I was thinking that Clek is the best width-wise for air travel, but it is heavy and we have twins. I was thinking I am going to get Sirona S, but it is not airline approved. I don't want to pay $500 and having to get another one to fly with. Therefore I think Nuna Rava since is lighter with 2lbs than Britax is the answer. I inclined towards the Britax but seems bulkier and heavier and I don't need that on top on two toddlers and luggage. It's not cheap, but it's ok since it covers all functions AND I can rear face with it up to 50 lb! I think that is my answer. Plus, the fabric of Nuna is amazing! Not chemicals and flame resistant. I also read is very decent safety-wise.
Is the cybex available for purchase? Your link is to the M

Hi. Do you have a video for 360 car seats? I am thinking about the maxi cosi mica or a cybex? Thank you.
The Only 360 Car Seat in the US is the Sirona S.
Eli
With the 4in1 - would you recommend the new Britax all in one or the Graco 4in1?
Courtney Shanley the Britax will be easier to install (Clicktight is amazing!) and will last longer both rear facing (higher weight limit) and forward facing harnessed (taller harness slots - remember a forward facing harness is outgrown by the limits OR when kiddo’s shoulders are above the highest harness setting!). Both of these seats make annoying, bulky boosters so they are great in harnessed mode but most parents end up buying a dedicated booster when the time comes to switch to something a little better for older kids. So don’t expect these seats to be the last car seat you ever need to buy. But this problem applies to just about every all-in-one car seat!
What do you think about the 2020 Diono Radian 3RXT?
I think they are great - just make sure they fit In your car - they don’t always fit so well.

Do you have any comments around the nuna exec?
Hi Diana! We love the Exec, check out the video : ua-cam.com/video/itCbmymxN3s/v-deo.html
I’m guessing you can’t use the swivel function when the upper tether strap is in use for forward face install.
Nope. Thanks for pointing that out.

No review of the evenflo 360?
Hi Parag! We do not carry Evenflo products so we do not review them.
help! thanks for informative videos! a few questions: which one would you recommend Cybex sirona or nuna rava?
until what weight can Cybex be rear facing? in the video are you using the base for Cybex
Z or another base? thank you!!
MySottovoce Hi there. I own both seats. I would only recommend the Cybex Sirona S if a) your back seat is very short front to back AND you plan to use a convertible from birth or b) you need the swivel function to allow an older child to access the center seating position. The Cybex is harder to install and doesn’t get as tight. It is still secure ( less than an inch in any direction at the belt path), but there’s a definite learning curve for the belt locking mechanism. The Nuna has a rock solid install, which can usually be achieved the first time, just by pressing the seat down. Also if you plan to do any air travel the Nuna is FAA approved and the Cybex is not. Even in a Ford Fiesta both seats can be fully extended without adjusting the front seats.
@@megankuchta9145 thank you for answering. I am actually look for after 12 months. I have long babies and I am in Europe now so I got their latest Cybex cloud Z i-size (I thought the lay flat function will be useful (based on my first baby) but no, my second baby loves sleeping in her nuna mixx stroller and doesn't like sleeping in Cybex infant seat, Plus the base is bulky so we use the infant seat only with seatbelts... So originally since I have the base I was going to buy next Cybex seat, but now I wonder whether I should just buy nuna rava instead... Which one is more comfortable for a walking and tall 1 year old and which one can stay rear facing longer? thank you in advance for your answer
@@MySottovoce I have the RAVA and a long 1 year old her legs are bent rear facing and now 25lbs I want to frount face but can't find anything about legs being bent or frount facing before two.
lindsey Guyette Check out the instagram @SafeInTheSeat bent legs are normal and totally okay. Don’t forward face until they’ve grown out of their height/weight limits of the seat rear facing which usually happens around 3-4 years old. I knew none of this until I came across that instagram!
@@ChristopherAlanWilliams yes the Nuna would be better if you are regularly removing the seat
Will you be carrying the q tether? So far I have only found it on clek's website.
Yes
@@MagicBeansVideos great! any idea when?
Do you have the Maxi Cosi - Mica Child Seat With 360?
