Hello i have a problem with my device , when i turn the relay on by command it turns on but i dont get back the sms confirmation like before , and when i try to turn the relay off by commande it doesn't turns off any help please ! I factory reset the device but still the same prob
Hi, I have a problem with this item. All seems to be working ok except for I can't change the relay close time! Ive tried everything following the instructions given, even trying the reset, but it still wont change the close time. I keep getting message 'Command error, re-send command Please'
Can you please advise if there is anything else I can do or is this a faulty item that needs replacing.

Hello my device is not able to switch a relay from authorized number. I have set a master with 001 position and another with position 002. Non of these can control the relay. Only if I change settings to allow for any number to control it.
Sometimes controller cannot detect authorized numbers from certain network providers. Try to change the network provider of the authorized number .

@@Barraa. Unfortunately you cannot use this device in Australia because 2G is no longer supported.. Please checkout RTU device that have 3G or 4G network support.
