Hi, I have a problem with this item. All seems to be working ok except for I can't change the relay close time! Ive tried everything following the instructions given, even trying the reset, but it still wont change the close time. I keep getting message 'Command error, re-send command Please'
Can you please advise if there is anything else I can do or is this a faulty item that needs replacing.

Hi there.
My rtu5024 works fine for a day or two but then requires a power reset to operate again. It's very frustrating.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
I am using a brand new sim card with a strong signal with line of sight to nearest mast.

@@robblackmore3952 I sorted this problem out by getting the unit replaced. I'm putting it down to a bad unit.
I haven't had a problem since.

Where is the imei number located on this model. I purchased one and trying to set up a mint mobile sim card. Its asking me the imie number for the device. Have no clue to where its located. Any help would be appreciated

@@Imkerei2024 you can't, the gsm only send one signal and that signal stay up for a period of time that you can set, you can only delay the switch off signal by sms code (PASSGOT0NUM# if your pass is 1234 and 10 seconds it's 1234GOT010#), so to off that signal you need to call again, or just put 0 second off. I was thinking to use another relay that send two signals so you can change it by sms the close it time, with that you need to put the gate to manual open and close so the gsm will do it at the end we just installed a infrared sensor.

My RTU5024 requires a reset about every week. Anybody knows what would be wrong? is RTU5025 working more reliable? Any suggestions?

Mine has just started doing this its about 2years old and now it stops working and needs a reset to get it going again? did you manage to fix your?
Markus, since you've been able to make this work we have a question for you. When sim card is in a phone, call goes through to phone. When sim card is in RTU5024, calls go directly to voicemail and does not trigger switch. Any suggestions?
