Will the GSM RTU5024 work with a 5g Verizon Sim card? The status light on top blinks fast like it's connected but I don't recieve any replies from the relay showing that any of my inputs were accepted.
Does this device work in the USA? Can the same app be used if there are multiple devices and gates on the property? When opening device would you then select the correct gate in the app prior to turning on the relay? Does the app default to a device if multiple devices are added. Do authorized users have to be listed per gate or will the authorized list be available to all gates? Thank you
You can buy locally .. Prepaid G.S.M sim cards can work as long as it meets the G.S.M bandwidth and sim voltage supported by the G.S.M module inside the controller .

IMIE number is printed on the GSM module inside the controller . Since , different manufacturers use different G.S.M modules we cant say what AT command can be used for obtaining IMIE .

Sometimes controller cannot detect authorized numbers from certain network providers. Try to change the network provider of the authorized number .
Can you drop the control program?
