@@RelaxAndSmokeMeth Yeah dude, so for myself I think it comes down to how you carry yourself, I've approached girls after they've completed a set, just chatted to them a little bit like ask them what they're training today etc to break the ice. Then I would say something along the lines of "Hey so look, I find you attractive, I'd like to get you know you better and if you're interested let's get coffee together." (I'll be 100% honest with you, I haven't done it as many times as I'd have liked to but I don't wanna be that guy who approaches every girl in the gym. Unless I've spoken to her and the chat is quite vibrant I won't press any further. I'm building that new layer of confidence, plus also in a gym everyone notices everything hahah) If you're in a class it's easier because you can either be more playful or banter with her about the exercises you're doing or encourage etc. Otherwise there's always mutual spots like the health club or food bar etc if that's something your gym has, if you just see an attractive girl in the street then go for it, the way I see it is as long as you give off good energy and you adopt a mindset that you're not trying to impress her. You are trying to figure out whether or not you like her, then there's no neediness or clingy energy being given off.

It’s what I’ve started doing on my current meal plan. It’s honestly so much better for mentally because I’m not stressing at how much I’m eating throughout the day. Results are showing as well.
I started doing it because I was getting so obsessed with being under the number. Every calorie I was under was a good thing. Unfortunately, not counting immediately led to me binging and gaining weight cause I had been restricting for so long. Now I just proportion myself and eat in moderation while just estimating calories. I also eat when I’m hungry, and ONLY then to prevent myself from binging. I eat immediately as soon as I feel hungry so I don’t go long enough to be able to ignore it and then binge later. It’s definitely been a journey to get where I am in my relationship with food.

I think calorie tracking is good to get you into the habit of eating regular meals that have good macros and you don't regularly eat junk food or too much food, but once you have the habit and a general sense of what a good diet looks like you can sort of wing it after a while

This ended up in my feed and I really enjoyed it. As someone who grew up in a restrictive household and was put on a diet at 5 years old I’ve struggled tremendously with restrictive eating. The weighing of things was a little hard for me but I enjoyed the meal breakdown and variety and the workout footage was great especially the tip above the back row.
I identify with Katie and her statement about serving sizes. try the calorie bank strategy. takes away any pressure of hitting a certain number everyday . if you dont feel as hungry carry the calories over to the next day and that allows you to eat more on days you are actually hungry. just get close to protein targets. structured intuitive eating
For people wondering this is a great strategy. If you got 300 extra calories that day you can eat 300 over your target the next. See it as hitting a weekly amount rather than a daily. But of course eating close to the target each day so you avoid starving a certain day of the week.

I never meant to open a can of worms! I was vegan for a few years, then pescatarian and now I eat chicken . My food journey has always been based around what makes my body happy. I was vegan because my body doesn't digest meat or dairy very well. Years of food dairies and being sick a lot I learned what my body needs. I hate the factory farming of animals in the US so I've found local places who don't do that. I'll never judge anyone for what they eat or don't eat simply because every BODY is different🤷♀️
I tried a lot of diets like keto diet, low-carb, low-fat but only balanced diet works for me. Personally, I followed meal plan Dietarize, and after three weeks I lost a lot of body-fat, and I even got six pack :D They also provide you with an home workout plan, grocery lists... It seems fine, or should I maybe try this gf diet...
Not sure what your idea of low fat is but it’s universally accepted that the healthiest ratio is getting at 15% and no more than 30% of calories from fat, however much protein you need, and then the rest carbs which would be at least 40%. A simple google search of proper macro nutrient ratio will tell you that. Anything else is bullshit pseudo/bro science promoted by idiots. Especially for lifting carbs give us more fuel than fat, aside from that high fat diets are linked to heart disease and what not. Reasons keto blew up is because when ppl say keto they really are just talking about blasting animal products which tend to be high in fat and PROTEIN. Obviously you’ll have an easier time losing weight if you’re hyped up on protein, especially if you weren’t eating enough before. Other reason is ppl mistaking water loss for actual weight

try the calorie bank strategy. takes away any pressure of hitting a certain number everyday . if you dont feel as hungry carry the calories over to the next day and that allows you to eat more on days you are actually hungry.
just get close to protein targets. structured intuitive eating
For people wondering this is a great strategy. If you got 300 extra calories that day you can eat 300 over your target the next. See it as hitting a weekly amount rather than a daily. But of course eating close to the target each day so you avoid starving a certain day of the week.

Yeah I was wondering the same as well. Honestly if you enjoy the taste good for you, but its better to have a balanced diet and just try to minimize intake of certain foods if you are somewhat guilty about something.
I like Will's story, the content and his personality, so i casually watch it sometimes. But Will truly was made a Hero the day he turned Katie into a omnivore again, using her whole set of teeth as they were meant be used!. Unpopular comment ik.. But to me it meant a lot.

I never meant to open a can of worms! I was vegan for a few years, then pescatarian and now I eat chicken . My food journey has always been based around what makes my body happy. I was vegan because my body doesn't digest meat or dairy very well. Years of food dairies and being sick a lot I learned what my body needs. I hate the factory farming of animals in the US so I've found local places who don't do that. I'll never judge anyone for what they eat or don't eat simply because every BODY is different🤷♀️

I tried a lot of diets like keto diet, low-carb, low-fat but only balanced diet works for me. Personally, I followed meal plan Dietarize, and after three weeks I lost a lot of body-fat, and I even got six pack :D They also provide you with an home workout plan, grocery lists... It seems fine, or should I maybe try this gf diet...
Not sure what your idea of low fat is but it’s universally accepted that the healthiest ratio is getting at 15% and no more than 30% of calories from fat, however much protein you need, and then the rest carbs which would be at least 40%. A simple google search of proper macro nutrient ratio will tell you that. Anything else is bullshit pseudo/bro science promoted by idiots. Especially for lifting carbs give us more fuel than fat, aside from that high fat diets are linked to heart disease and what not. Reasons keto blew up is because when ppl say keto they really are just talking about blasting animal products which tend to be high in fat and PROTEIN. Obviously you’ll have an easier time losing weight if you’re hyped up on protein, especially if you weren’t eating enough before. Other reason is ppl mistaking water loss for actual weight
