  • We are just a day away from the historic rematch of Tyson Fury versus Deontay Wilder on FOX Sports pay-per-view. Fury is confident he’ll retain the belt saying the fight won’t go the distance and he’ll make Wilder quit. On the other side Wilder called himself rejuvenated and said he is dedicated to quote, 'reinventing myself.' Hear who Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe believe will win on Saturday: Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder?

Sounds like to me that the excuse is already laid for if Wilder beat Fury. You guys bringing up Covid (Which there is proof he didn’t have it) and him being 20lbs heavier. So when wilder beat him it was because he had covid and gain 20 lbs, you guys are PATHETIC!!!

If fury was so dominant against Wilder But in the 12th round of the last fight fury got knocked out why is it not plausible That something was wrong with Wilder Clearly something was wrong with Wilder in the 1st 2 or 3 rounds you don't look that bad that early and that's before fury ever landed a clean shot the media just totally ignores it but it's OK cause Wilder will not be drugged like he was in that fight fury coming forward equals a knockout

Fury is also far, far more skilled. Wilder also got wore down because he got punched in the face more. Fury landed at 39%, almost double Wilder's 20%, a staggering disparity. Wilder did land a few of his bombs and knocked Fury down a couple of times, but Fury just rises from the dead every time like a zombie and comes right back after you. How can you say Tyson mentally will lose the fight when you have a guy who made 100 excuses like "my own trainer poisoned my water" lol.
Also can tell they just make stuff up considering nobody even mentions the fact he had no answer for Tyson in the clinch making DW hold all Tysons extra weight or the fact DW has no idea how to fight going backwards.. I have no bias I enjoy watching both fighters & was at the event when DW won his 1st belt but can't see how 3rd fight will be any different then the 2nd

Should be a great fight. Both these dudes have amazing chins. Still look for Fury to win because he has much better fundamentals, but if he underestimates Wilder, he could easily be on the receiving end of one of those Wilder bombs. We'll see.

    • @williamhickey9200

Dude it was such a good fight. Wilder scared everybody early when he got two knockdowns. But after that, while Wilder had a few moments Fury controlled the fight and looked in control. Wilder took a beating and kept on fighting. He lived up to his words and "went out on his shield". He's a warrior. As long as he don't have some list of excuses for this loss he will have my respect. Such an exciting and entertaining fight.

This is a lesson in the dangers of the false equivalence fallacy. Comparing AJ’s mental state to Fury’s - and Usyk’s ability to Wilder’s - is riddled with assumptions that are unreliable when making accurate predictions.

I don't know if there's a rematch clause, but if Wilder wins and there is a clause, I don't think it changes much. They'll be deadlocked at 1-1-1 and the 4th will be the tie breaker. Then winner still takes Usyk, or winner of AJ/Usyk if they rematch.

I don’t think so. The first fight was a draw, the second fight was a decisive win for Fury and if Wilder wins this then they’re gonna need a 4th fight as the tie breaker

The mental gymnastics Americans go through for Wilder is hilarious. They've had 2 fights and he's won a round or 2 if you're being generous. He has a punchers chance and that's literally it. He isn't changing his style up he's not good enough to do that. Fury walks through him, again. Also, Fury won't gas out but Wilder will he's come in heavier than ever before hahahah easy money.
