2:25 Shannon exposed his lack of boxing knowledge. Heavyweights don't need to "rehydrate" because they don't need to cut weight to make a weight limit. Heavyweights have no weight limit, so their weight at the weigh-in would be roughly same as their weight on fight night.
There is still a certain weight they wanna go in to the weigh in at. NOT BECAUSE THERE IS A CUTOFF but because that is their best weight to box at!
