A lot like Monfils, he could dial down the entertainment a little and take a giant leap up the ranks. He is amazing to watch without a doubt. I wish he also had better results.
We all have the right to our opinions. I myself and many other fans love it and it very entertaining and it doesn’t take away anything from their game, IMO.
What does that mean? Dial down the entertainment? Is there a reason tennis can't be both entertaining and amazing? Hollywood has Johnny Depp and tennis has Kyrgios. In the same way some actors just have 'that factor' that can deliver a line better than anyone else, the same smacks true with a player who has 'that factor' with a tennis ball. I love Federer and Nadal but I love me some Kyrgios and Dustin Brown. Why dial it down when it works?

Actually it wasn’t sad to me at all. 🙂 I’m fact I was quite happy to see Kyrgios the scrub get washed off of the court. Hey listen, the good news for him and whatever little fans of his that he has left, is that he’s in his home country so maybe he can just walk home and save his 2cd round money for a box of tissues to cry on. 🤷🏽♂️😭🤣

He needs a Brad Gilbert in his corner. He needs to learn how to Win Ugly. The guy is a beast and has a ton of raw talent but he's too wrapped up in putting on a show to win a slam.
And then he loses focus most of the time and shortly after also loses the match. I prefer the now focused Francis who wins most matches because he is focused.
I'm sorry for Tiafoe but i would hope not to face Sinner again in the next ten years: it won't be a rematch, it will be a vengeance. And not just once.

Mate they don't have the attitude. Some things can be improved like skills etc.. but mental strength is not for everybody. Look Monfils, Brown, Tiafoe, Kyrgios they don't actually put effort in the game probably because playing "effortless" make them think it's cool and they have no pressure on themselves. Look at Kyrgios he knows his quality and talent but he's scared to show people putting some effort and end up losing so he prefers joking around and maybe have chance of winning making him cool or losing without pressure and shame.

Lot of potential, but too many mental mistakes, inconsistency at this point in career. Brags about big foe, and his game, but has not won a big tournamet. Look at Alcaraz , humble, low key, but kicking but, does not brag on his game. If you are gonna brag that your game is so great, at least have a 1000 or grand slam title.

@thespacecapybara You assume I'm not succesful and rich! Do things with my life....I am in amazing health, wife and I play tennis 3-4 times a week, won 18's state and 40's state this year(look it up, USTA ALABAMA). I have kids, grandaughters, etc...we spent the weekend on my Cabin Cruiser boat and riding jetskis. Def. not jealous of anymone at this point. Glad to see Tiafoe do better (actually good) at the big dance and living up to all the Big Foe hype that's been placed on him. Advice from OLD man to a kid, use "you're" vs "ur" and spell CAREER properly.
