Wow! I just made this and it is soooooooooooo delicious :3 The cake is super fluffy and light. I filled mine with salted caramel whipped cream, banana and roasted hazelnuts. Thank you for sharing your cake recipe!
The 160 is in Celsius, which would be 320 degrees Fahrenheit. For the grams to cups I would suggest to google a gram/cup converter or just type in each ingredient. For example: 100 gr of sugar to cups. That's what I always do (but the other way around) when I need grams for American recipes.
Made it again, because this recipe is just so damn good. This time I dyed the batter pink (for valentines day) and filled it with Rose flavoured whipped cream and raspberries.

꺼내자 마자 영상처럼 유산지를 위에 얹고 뒤집어서 테프론지 떼네고 유산지가 바닥에 닿게 놔둔 상태로 15분 식혔어요. 걱정했던 것 처럼 바닥에 닿아있던 부분, 그러니까 말았을 때 겉에 나오는 부분이 유산지에 다 달라붙었어요..ㅠㅠ 유산지 밑은 엄청 축축히 젖었구요. 어떻게 했어야 하는걸까요..ㅜㅜ
