She took all this care to record him, but never once took a quick photo of her injuries. It's because they never existed. Also, if their point with these officers is that she was trying to protect him, then why record him. There is no way the Jury is not going to see through her. She basically exploited an issue for personal gain. She knew this issue needed addressed so she made herself the face of it. But when stories weren’t connecting and started making less sense… it’s a classic case of 2 steps forwards 4 steps back.

The front desk manager was one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Smoking and grabbing his face when he couldn't take it any more! Maybe funny, I don´t know, but let´s face it. If you testify in a case in which a person has a lot at stake ( work, reputation and blah blah), try your best. Don´t you think?. I am not judging the guy, maybe he was having an inner nevers break down or a panic attack or something, but somehow it left a sense of waste of time, even for himself. Anyway. The whole line of questions regarding makeup that she keeps asking witnesses is driving me crazy 😅 “did you notice she was wearing any makeup? Foundation? Concealer? Blush? Eyeshadow? Mascara? Her hairstyle? Her purse? Dressed up or dressed down” lmao I don’t think 90% of males would be able to answer that, let alone from 5 years before 😅
This seems to be the point of this line of questioning….wait until it’s AH’s turn to defend…I bet we will hear the argument that if witnesses can’t confirm what she was wearing or how her hair was, how can they say if she had bruises etc. The best moment was Isaac when he could recall exactly what she was wearing and how her hair was!
The 'injuries' to the gold diggers face that are in the photos are make-up. The lawyers know this. Those ridiculous make-up questions are either some form of deflection or they fear Heardf*** will be questioned by Depp's lawyers on this, and the stupid questions are in preparation to shut down any future attempts by Depp's team on how fake they are. It's a ridiculous question to ask, but let's be honest, Miss Abuser's team have nothing, hence the reason they're desperately trying to discredit everyone, everything and twist words around, including what witnesses had said in the previous (UK) trial. It's kinda sad really. Bed-sh**ing-bottle thrower's lawyers, and that old woman with the bad attitude from yesterday, don't have anything close to a genuine case. But don't be shocked if Depp loses this. He's the man in the relationship (and you only have to look at about 99% of divorces that go through court to see blatant gender bias in court) and he has a drug habit (and we all know how non-drug taking society, if we ignore alcohol as a drug, loves to presume drug-taking means the user has to be capable of pretty much any illegal activity). Unfortunately as obvious as his innocence is, and as clear as her lies are, we are talking about the resolve to this being in a court of law... the exact same place responsible for every single wrongly convicted/incarcerated innocent person. However, importantly, I think Depp has absolutely proven already to real people; whether fans or just society as a whole that he's clearly the victim. What will be interesting is how Hollywood reacts. We've seen how they reacted, and rightly so, to Wil Smith... well Heard's far worse, and the fact see's caused physical harm and is essentially happy to use a weapon by way of throwing glass at someone makes her far more dangerous than Smith. But then again, we are talking about an industry that happily turns a blind eye to sex-predators!!!
Her case is that she was covering the bruises by wearing make up, so witnesses can't tell whether she was hurt or not. Silly argument really cause she put so much time to secretly record JD but never snapped a photo of her bruises. Makes no sense.
Appreciated how the police officer held his own to the questioning. 'Dog passing can make you cry - would need more evidence and background story.' Appreciated his and Dr Curry's calmness. Great examples of how to respond 🙏🏼🙏🏼

All I can say is that AH old lady attorney hurts my ears, she is so annoying with her questions, I’m not sure how questioning is supposed to be performed, but sometimes it seems that whenever she doesn’t get the answers she wants, she just keeps pushing and making assumptions in order to get the witness to have a different answer.
Lol This attorney either 1. has given up and doesn't want to waste her energy on a case she's gonna lose, 2. is having OCD attacks so she has to repeat things a lot, or 3. is secretly on Johnny's side.
Of course considering that Amber picked her the odds are high that she's just bat sht crazy.

Amber's attorney kept asking the same questions 100 times. Talking about respecting the court's time, these hacks shouldn't be allowed to waste everyone's time.

You know they're paid by the hour! You're absolutely correct though. And what makes it even worse is they have continually said throughout the trial "I don't want to waste the court's time", when practically every question they've asked is exactly that. When the best 'evidence' the team have is in suggesting everyone's lack of memory of exact make-up, hair style and clothing suggests that everyone must also be oblivious to facial injuries (when everyone always notices such a thing; something that's inherently natural of everyone) you know they haven't even got the slightest, weakest proof of so-called domestic violence against their client. It's also telling that they've audacity to submit pictures of Depp sleeping, claiming he was passed out on drugs, and using his drug use or drinking as proof of being a violent man!!! It's utterly ridiculous. On the plus side though, every minute that goes by of this trial, Hollywood must be distancing themselves from this horrendous excuse for a woman. Heardc**t and her team are publicly ridiculing actual domestic violence; it's seriously disgraceful.

Because in fact by talking to this person and telling them to contact Johnny for her she is breaking the restraining order. It is against the law for you as a victim To break the restraining order. Both neither party is allowed to break the restraining order. I’ve had one before they told me to not talk to this person or you will be accused of breaking it and get in trouble. So she broke that restraining order and still got away with that too. It’s crazy

But wait, there is a method to the madness: WHY would Heard's attorney spend the better part of two days beating a dead horse with all of the investigating police officers and Eastern Building manager Alejandro regarding Heard's apparent absence of injuries, her unwilligness to file a complaint or press charges, and whether or not anyone could testify that she was or was not wearing makeup? Here's why: It's all a set-up. In closing remarks, count on Heard's attorneys to advance the following: Heard and her penthouse neighbors were afraid to implicate Depp by name out of fear of retribution (for Amber this will be attributable to "battered wife syndrome"), while the absence of visible injuries on Heard was because she was wearing concealer makeup that nobody could see. Bet on it.

Why did they even get that witness(the building manager guy) as a witness? He makes the case worse because it shows they don’t have any reputable witnesses since he doesn’t remember anything.
I was wondering that too, like what info he could’ve possibly added to the case since he didn’t remember anything? Unless they just had to gather anyone that either interacted with them or saw them on that day or following the incident. Like since he saw JD in the elevator on video and the resident told him about the noise on the penthouse level, maybe the team just tried to gather everyone that saw them at all? When an attorney completely alienates the jury, the jury will render a verdict AGAINST that attorney's client because they are that put off by the attorney's courtroom performance, behavior, and attitude. What does an attorney do? They *represent* their client. Represent being the operative word.

You're absolutely right. They know they have nothing, but what I'm not sure they understand is every attempt they make to strengthen their case does the exact opposite and make Amber look more and more guilty of lying and being the violent abusive one. I've seen lawyers act the way they have in many court cases, it's kind of the 'being a lawyer' way, but in all the other examples I've seen the lawyers either know they're right, or have the intelligence and competence to justify their inexcusable behaviour. Here, they have nothing, and I think all but the most biased and blind supporters of the gold-digger can see right through their, essentially, pathetic attempt to prove the impossible. They need to visit the penthouse with a normal camera and not a bodycam. The lighting is dimmer on body cams. So maybe go back in the night and do a walk through to see if there is a difference. What looks like a kitchen light from the ceiling looks like it is fully lit and it appears dim in the bodycam footage. Also people can dim their lights after the police go…

As an abused person, when my abuser came with their father for the last talk, I couldn’t look at them. My eyes wouldn’t go up no matter how much tried. I had to look down and leave the room immediately. My whole body said run! And I literally run to save my life and never looked back. Because as he said "it's understood" the executives didn't say it specifically so he can't testify that anyone "specifically" said anything or he'd be lying. In this business studio executives and producers research their talent to see if they are marketable. Disney sees him as a liability now because of his actions on set (during his abuse probably acting out as victims sometimes do) and then the accusations coupled with the horrible coverage it is definitely understood, unfair but understood.
Johnny also plays guitar in several musical projects without even claim the credits for it.
