EVERYTIME HE "BEATS" HER she ends up in the ground noticing the floors or carpets.
She's being beaten and she's paying attention to how beautiful the floor is?
I'm a real victim of DV and I can tell you that the tunnel vision blocks almost all irrelevant things out. If u believe that your really in danger you're super focused on the person that's creating that danger.
Thanks For the likes. Its a heart wrenching feeling to watch someone try to manipulate others by preying on your own victim in front of the entire world like no one notices.
We Notice AH especially genuine DV victims... We Notice, We See & we hope the jury does also

It's actually a trope from stories/movies that she's trying to play on, and there's some truth to it where you notice some small irrelevant detail. But the way she's using it, it just sounds contrived.

Please someone explain all these bizarre details i really don’t understand: He abused her the day before the wedding but she still married him; he assaulted her with a bottle then laid it neatly back on the table; she said her feet were cut up but no bloody footprints; after he assaulted her with a bottle, punched and hit her, she stayed the night and in the morning went and make coffee for him, and didnt seek any medical attention the next day so no medical records showing that; she said the writing on the mirror was his blood but its clearly lipstick.
All the evidences are him passed out, him sounding in pain, and pictures of herself that didnt show any swollen or a broken nose, pictures of the scenes but no pics of injuries. The next day she went on tv shows looking like nothings happened.

      When your with a narcissist(johnny)
I was a fan before. Because of my extensive experience with narcissist n I had no clue other than why are these bad relationships. I did much research including therapist with my exs...covert n overt narcissist 2 types. It's a trauma bond, and emotional addiction amd attachment. It's hard for most to understand. Until one abused emotionally n other finally figures it out and becomes aware can one stop the madness. So I see him as the narcissist, they trigger you on purpose with manipulation, ghosting, putting you down, hot n cold. Then the codependant starts to react and they are like look at you.

Notice how she never really talks about the pain she experienced during the incidents and her supposed recovery from being violently assaulted in the way she describes. When she talks about Johnny breaking her nose, one might have expected that she might have mentioned the searing pain, the watery eyes, the difficulty breathing through her nose, only being able to sleep in certain positions, etc. But there's none of that. Same with her sliced up feet. She gets cut up and then... nothing. No mention of any difficulty walking while the cuts healed or how she had to treat them. Very strange for this detail to be missing, especially when Amber is quite verbose in her answers and throws in many unnecessary details.

I'm a Domestic violence counselor....REAL victims of DV often have extreme difficulty making eye contact and cry to the point their entire face is red with a pile of kleenex on their lap *OR* they can be completely numb and dissociate; talk about it like it happened to someone else; they can also be in the middle and be either nervous or composed. Whatever she is doing I have never seen before. I've worked with hundreds of clients. I'm disgusted by her. Especially at 4:50:00 and onwards.
Real victims don't use 10, 000 metaphors and adjectives and narrate with theatrics. They just stare at a window/floor/look down as they struggle to say the words in full sentences. Their body language also looks very different. They often self soothe by rocking, fidgeting, or hugging themselves, or can be rigid and stiff-- tugging their sleeves, kicking their feet, or clutching something. Her body language is too dramatic and unsure and comes across as trying to prove something. My biggest Red Flag 🚩 is the fake crying! REAL crying means her nose would run like Niagara falls and her eyes would be red and swollen. Sniffles and facial expressions don't= crying. While crying and in pain, you can't also focus on maintaining eye contact. You'd forget anyone was even in the room.
Her expressions are actually of disgust and contempt, not sadness, fear, or shame (Those nose scrunches and teeth bearing). Her comments are laced with emasculating terms which suggest she views him as weak and resents him; her face and words tell me he wasnt someone she tried to please, he's someone she wants to punish.

I find your description of REAL victims of DV as consistent and logical. That’s why AH’s constant staring at the jury seems really off and weird to me. And almost instant shifts of emotions, from crying and angry/ ashamed one moment, next she’s smiling and talking about loving him so much. Just bizarre.

    • @yoya4766

''Her expressions are actually of disgust and contempt, not sadness, fear, or shame '' This nails it. She's uncomfortable to watch because of dissonance between what she really feels, contempt, and what's she's trying to appear to feel, a victim.

I think it’s really disgusting you work in the field and have already classified whether she’s a “real” victim or not. I’m a REAL victim of DV myself and it does take a long time to talk about it in the manner she has, but i can talk about it. Humans all grieve differently, react differently, and have lots of different coping mechanisms to deal with emotional, mental and physical pain. Also, having a ton of adjectives to describe things just indicates she’s a bright woman. I speak similarly to her in a detailed manner about anything, including my own DV. Issuing blanket statements about “real” victims indicating she isn’t based on how she speaks, her body language, or the way her face is composed while she cries is pretty sad, especially given your “so called” profession. As a DV victim myself, i wanted to believe Johnny. Unfortunately, after watching this, I believe her. There is also a REASON the last case they went through regarding this he lost. Sometimes we see what we WANT to see when we observe people and you too, are human. All i see are people picking apart her expressions, making memes about her, mocking her, etc. IF, in fact, she is truly a victim, anyone that’s made these kind of sweeping judgements of her should feel really ashamed.

There is a serious discrepancy between what she is narrating and the phone conversations recorded during their arguments. She is depicting a completely different person from what we heard during the actual arguments, i.e. the evidence. That to me indicates that she is dishonest with her testimony. How can anyone trust what comes out of her mouth? Also, if she had nothing to hide, she would have granted the court access to her phone records. She has already violated disclosure by refusing to do so. Very suspicious indeed.

If true, in theory, under cross-examination she could be asked about that. So the jury could be instructed of things they might draw a negative inference from. Unfortunately, due to Johnny’s failure to be subjected to psyc exams, the negative inference could be applied to him, too.

I am a survivor of DV by the hands of my ex-husband. When he pulled me by my hair across our patio I was missing a circle of hair on my scalp bigger than a half dollar. There was so much hair pulled out of my head it filled a gallon ziplock bag. Him punching me in the face repeatedly left me IMMEDIATELY swollen. My lips, both eyes, cheekbone. Where is any of this with these pics?? For the decade this happened to me, I never took pics, never provoked him, never told a soul...and would certainly never gift him a hunting-sized knife. I became quiet, meek, in a pit of depression...I never wanted to be around anyone. When I finally did talk about it I couldnt look at my therapist in the eyes and she's staring down these jurors down like crazy! I understand we all handle this differently but I see NOTHING in her mannerisms, speaking, recollections, pictures or anything that would make me think this woman was abused the way she is saying she was. And for the houuuuurs upon hours of audio and video - she never took decent pictures of all the injuries she supposedly sustained? She said her feet got cut up from "all the broken glass everywhere" but where are there bloody footprints in the pics? All the punches to the face she took and nobody has ever seen an injury? She is heavily in the public eye and they had teams of people around them daily. The pics she did take are either showing non-existent injuries or, to me, it looks like it's makeup. Also, abusers isolate their victims not move tons of family and friends in right next door. This just doesn't add up!! It's disgusting to listen to her speak. Makes me sick to my stomach.

She has no real evidence so all she and her psych says should be taken very lightly. We live in a day and age with spygear, spycams in teddy bears, pens and clocks and books and suchs, mobilephones with studiolike recording capabilities. So, why is there no video evidence of it? It's so clear Amber Heard has never been really punched by a man full force- because if she had she would understand just how much damage an average size/ strength man punching a woman in the face does. The difference in strength, twitch muscle speed, and bone density between men and women is enormous. Amber would be in the hospital in a coma if not literally dead if Johnny Depp did even half of what she claimed. It would be impossible to cover up. I don't think it would be an exaggeration at this point to say she might be a psychopath and a threat to society.

Objection, hearsay. This is not effing therapy, this is a trial, the lawyers and the trial procedure itself forces her to remain as objective as humanly possible and to keep moving forward in her testimony. Do you think the lawyers would let her sit there and cry for three minutes or to describe, and get into grand detail how she felt? Objection, hearsay. Get real. And don't think for a minute I'm not for the truth coming out, but I see a nice girl who was lucky beyond belief to have remained through it all: strong, steadfast, and sticking to her guns and morals, and to have not given in and become a drug addict herself, like many other women would have who took up with Johnny 'all- in', like Amber did. At least Depp should have respected that if he has any good left in him, after having his humanity and conscience eroded and stripped away from ingesting illicit drugs for thirty plus years. One of his first of many gifts (to buy people's loyalty) was a case of wine for Amber. What do u think he was trying to do? He was sinking his claws in right from the start, to undermine her, to control her from day one. Anyone with any shred of discerning ability and perception can see he's the classic manipulative egomanciac, a paranoid control freak---and yeah, nearly perpetually abusive: Emotionally, psychologcially, 'physically'. Self-destructive and a danger to others who are not on board 100% with his agenda--selfish, toxic. It was a rollercoaster of frequent episodes of abusive treatment, like the cycles of a drug addict and alocoholic, and a passive-aggressive manipulative prick, and classic manipulator--he's an eff'n cliché. He accuses her of being the sociopath, what a laugh--the classic tactic of politicans (Republicans here's lookin' at u) accuse the other person of being precisely what u are--flip reality on its head to distract--legerdemain, sleight of hand. Furthermore, he wanted her to quit working & 2 become further dependent on him (more exacting control), she wanted to pay her own way in life. He had all the money, yet she was the one advocating that he have her sign a pre-nup (to which he refused) & yet, all u out there continue to call that a gold-digger??!! Get outta' here.

But, it happened so often, while I can recall thar time clearly, there are so many that it’s all blurred together and I’m sure hundreds ghat my brain remembers but protects me from recalling because my brain made me disassociate. I also remember some of the times at age 11 and 12 where she drove erratically telling us she was going to kill us snd that it was our fault, but again thar was so common i can’t recall details of hundreds of times. The first I recall the clearest and I was very small but she was still doing it when I was 18.
I know how trauma is on the brain and you can remember. My mother has BPD like amber and she too tells lies about abuse. Even on social media about me, my sister and my dad. I KNOW amber is lying in my heart of hearts because her audio (the full entirety which has not been played completely in trial just clips) proved it. I knew those tactics because I’ve lived them my whole 38 years of life. All the money in the world couldn’t make me believe her. Living it once is enough for true survivors of DV, they don’t want to put themselves back in their own shoes to recount their stories, nor do they need to. They usually remember the details vividly (as unfortunate as that may be), and will generally recount their version of events in the past tense, “At some point he was on top of me, screaming… I was on the countertop…” etc.
Obviously PTSD can play a part in how a person recants their version of events. But I can’t help but feel that there’s something about the way she recounts her story that just seems disingenuous to me.

Literally, just notice when she is "crying" there is not a single tear and she doesn't even grab some paper or take away the "tears" with her hand, it just seems so off, as if you are traumatized from being beaten wouldn't this be very hard to talk about and would really make you cry? + She literally remembers every single detail which I can believe at all from 2012 (9-10 years ago), like the way she explains the floor and carpet when she is getting "beaten"? She is playing a role, its like I can hear the script hahah.

If you don't find them too horrific (which they certainly can be) I'd recommend watching some of those crime videos, specifically the ones of police interviews and importantly the ones that have a narrator that details body language and facial reactions throughout the video. Sure, they're always of people guilty of murder, but it's genuinely fascinating to see how the person acts, or over acts, or reacts oddly during the interview. You might find them too uncomfortable or sickening, but if not, they're really fascinating.
What's prompted my reply to you is your thoughts on Heard, and what I saw yesterday and today (still getting through this one!) was that one of police-interview videos was of a really young woman, late teens, maybe very early 20s, I forget. At the start of the interview she would have fooled everyone, anyone. She was confident, she had a pretty air-tight plan. Which was odd seeing as the location, timing and victim all but pointed to the smallest handful of people!!! Anyway, where she made some of her biggest 'mistakes' were during the interview, and her body language and reactions, with the notable 'crying' but without any tears. And Heard's 'crying' reminded me of that video. That and another, which was the strangest of all, as the murderer was another woman (which I always find more shocking; I hear 'murderer' and naturally always assume it's a guy). Anyway, this woman was a police woman, now head of a department, having built a career for decades after the murder!!! But she was hopeless, from the beginning, in trying to act normally and hide her guilt. Again that one reminds me of this trial because, like Heard, she over-reacted, and her facial contortions were exaggerated and overly dramatic. And interestingly, yes, as you've pointed out, the recalling of details are a give-away too. You ask anyone about a memorable moment in their life and people don't talk about unnecessary random details.
On one of the videos from yesterday I left the exact same message you have but I suggested Heard had 'mis-directed' herself! You'd think as an actor (irrespective of the quality of her work!) you'd at least expect her to be better at more accurately depicting facial movements, but apparently not. Then again, how many 'takes' do we hear actors giving for any one scene in a movie!??! So it seems for almost everyone an attempt to consciously react natural under scrutiny, in an interview, has most people look very abnormal.
The question I have though; how in the world did she win the trial in the UK when presumably she would have been exactly the same as she is here.
Anyway, sorry about the long message; in short, I think you're absolutely right.

@@ashleyobrien4830 Not sure which video you're specifically referencing, so here's the two I mentioned!
The police woman interview is called "The Interrogation of Stephanie Lazarus" (Really fascinating video, and possibly the worst liar I've seen in videos like this. Makes Heard look like a pro!).
The other one of the young woman with the fake tears (this is only a small part of the video, but the ease and confidence she has in her lies is pretty astounding), it's called "What An Extremely Disturbed Teen Looks Like".
As a bonus, here's one of the weirdest. The most unassuming, 'gentle' mass murderer you'll ever see. Again, it's a woman, which I always find the most shocking. This one's called "Police interrogation of a nurse who became a serial killer - Complete interview"
Actually while I'm on a roll, here's a few others I've found particularly interesting (guys this time... in the interest of keeping things fair!!!)
"Interrogation of Former Police Chief For Capital Murder", "The Case of Cameron Rogers"
This one isn't of a 'murderer', but an 'attempted' one, by two people you'd never believe could be dangerous "Morgan Geyser I Slender Man Stabbing I *Chilling* Full Police Interrogation".
And one more, that's an interesting case study of a mother that shouldn't have been one, who exudes unbelievable confidence when you find out what she did. There are full police interrogations, but I think the documentary is the better place to start, perhaps, it's called... "There's something about Casey".
Most of the police interrogations are pretty long, but they're an interesting study into how easily, and how well people can lie, not to mention how sick some people are. I watched a lot of these videos for a while, but eventually I couldn't stomach watching any more. They really are 'video nasties' in the truest sense. But those are the ones I found the most fascinating.

I’m a survivor of severe domestic violence and many other things that go hand and hand with domestic violence. I also was diagnosed with PTSD and severe anxiety. To be in front of my abuser again nun the less that it’s been 5 years for me, nun the less that i have a great life now and had therapy and was treated for years…this would be unbearable for me. She seems so confident, so scripted so engaged with the room and people in it. She seems comfortable until she wants us to believe she is not. I don’t think i would have lifted my head even once. She explains things in great detail with big expressions and forever changing facials and when crying she makes sure she looks directly at the jury. AND ALL OF THEM. she try’s to look at johnny to see if he’s looking which blows my mind!
I don’t think i would have lifted my head once from looking down. I would want it to be over as soon as possible and definitely would not want to explain in detail my account of things to people. I don’t even think i’d be able to talk to be honest. I can’t say if someone’s lying because everybody handles things differently.
But if she is…. it is properly one of the worst if not the worst thing i’ve ever had to watch.
It spits in the face of all survivors and victims everywhere. if she’s lying she is just purely so so sick and should be ashamed of herself for the rest of her days.

I know that’s nothing on 100million but you could try give me $200 million to be in a room with that man again and i’d honestly to my core say NO.

Here's why the world is standing with Johnny:
    1) Not to mention Johnny has been an actor since 1984 and NO ONE... man or woman has ever made such horrendous claims against him. Why now at 58 years old would this be happening.
    2) Amber has MANY hours and hours of recordings of Johnny Depp but she doesn't have ONE recording of Johnny physically abusing Amber. In fact most of the recordings show evidence of Amber physically attacking Johnny!
    3) The Milani Cosmetics make up pallete that Amber claimed she used to cover "her bruises" is a lie. The brand has already stated that the make-up pallete was released in 2017 and Amber claimed this in 2016 or earlier.
    4) Many witnesses backing up Johnny including police officers that did NOT see any injuries on Amber, no property damaged nothing out of the ordinary.
    5) Not only Police officers but employees, assistants, co-stars, exes, have stood by Johnny defending him.
    6) Amber has had plenty of time to calculate a plan in order to frame Johnny as the bad guy as the "abusive" person when she was manipulating him when she KNEW she was recording.
    7) Amber Heard, CHEATED on Johnny More than once and took the men up to Johnny's penthouse. Absolute lack of respect taking another man to his own bed.
    8) Amber was previously ARRESTED by physically assaulting her EX WIFE. And also has hit her own sister (there is a video online showing her sisters black eye)
    9) Evidence after Evidence after Evidence Including a Forensic Psychologist diagnosed her with Bordeline Personality Disorder and HPD. Dr CURRY also stated that she shows a big amount of dramatic expressions and exaggerations. (DR CURRY WAS RIGHT AS WE ALL.SEE AMBER BEING OVER DRAMATIC ON THE STAND)
Also she has been caught phrasing script from MOVIES while on the stand under oath describing certain events "that happened" she clearly has an exacerbated approach to everything she is saying and is super dramatic that she has to get movie lines to tell her story. Absolutely horrendous.
AND LASTLY.... a man or woman who has been abused and is traumatized.. DOES NOT give death stares to their "abuser". AMBER has been staring at Johnny non stop trying to get his attention or dominate him or intimidate him Lord knows.... abused people don't do that! In fact Johnny has not looked at Amber one single time and avoids eye contact... why ? Because Johnny Depp IS a victim of domestic violence and abuse.

Also as many people are reminding me. Amber POOPED 💩 on Johnny's bed.

This is what so many "Karen" videos do. They push and push and they are mean, nasty, hurtful and get physical and the moment the person taking the brunt of it all starts to retaliate then she falls into the victim role. They act hurt and shocked that the person just yelled at them or put their hands on them. It can literally make you feel like you are going crazy. I was raised by one of these people. In all the pictures of him she says he's passed out...so how can he be so violent if he's mostly sleeping or passed out. If you look at both of their testimonies Amber is the one that is high energy, not in control of her emotions. Her testimony doesn't add up with the other witnesses. If your abuser is in the court room you wouldn't stare at them continually. The victims of abuse (myself being one) don't look their abuser when in the same room and if they do it's briefly...because it's so traumatic. Amber is the abuser and a narcissist. Only abusers use the line "if you to tell anyone who's gonna believe you" in the audio we already caught her saying something like this line in the audio clips. Nothing she says about him abusing her adds up, she is the abuser.

According to Mr Depp's financial manager testimony his bill for wine was crazy high 160,000 dollars while Amber was in his life when she finally was out of his life the bill went to zero....who was the one drinking the wine? Amber was the angry drunk you can hear it in the audio recordings from the previous libel case from the U.K. Alcholic isn't always mean they are the abuser or are angry. I think maybe Johnny did hit her but only because he was being so badly abused. After months, years or whatever it may be of abuse, can lead you to lash out because you’re fed up of the abuse. I definitely think she’s exaggerating or even fully lying about her testimony. I think Amber was the Narcissistic and physical abuser and if Johnny did hit her, it was out of anger from being abused. Someone in my family was in a DV relationship and I spoke to them about it and they said they hit back once because they were scared and was so fed up and warn down from the abuse, they said they never would have done it in a normal loving relationship. I think this is what has happened with Johnny.

Johnny Depp had incredible restraint. The fact that she was cheating on him with multiple men AND women would have alone been enough to make most men trash a hotel room or slam a kitchen cabinet, breaking your own stuff to keep from hitting your abusive wife back- IS NOT A CRIME.
