In the studio version background it is also Martin's voice. On the 101 it was Alan.

I have been waiting for this!!!!!!! My absolute favorite song!!!! Yes. It was lighters. We didn't have modern tech. We sounded so young too. LOL! It was SUPER hot that day. I think it was 100 degrees. There was a massive food fight before the show and they had to have Richard Blade come out to tell people to stop or dM wouldn't take the stage. Alan Wilder did the back up vocals. Best concert of my life!

Its Alan Seph, I love this song and the live 101 is the best version in my opinion
This is easily one of your best reactions. From the first guttural "oh..." with a gentle close of your eyes (0:28) this one was so clearly resonating at the deepest levels.
The difference you hear at 3:53 between the album version and the live performance is that Alan is playing that lead line on the keyboard and the sound he's sampled doesn't exactly match the sound that was used on the album.

I keep thinking damn, I wish I could go back in time to re-experience these shows again. Only this time bring you with me. You'd be the perfect concert companion. The energy and emotion you bring would reshape the entire experience, man.

I was 15 when 101 came out on VHS and for a whole year that's all. I watched. I was going through the hardest part of my life when Me and my siblings were taking away from my parents due to drugs.. Then reunited with them and life was hell.

Finally Violator! Its different. Its godly. it was *extremely* succesful back in the early early 90s. Its also the last Album where everything went good recording it..The next one was a total disaster for the band and nearly killed the band. Songs Of Faith And Devotion. When you're there.. its time for some history! But for now.. enjoy Violator Seph!
