Personally I think your company is doing a bang up job. The only negative comments I hear about your company is the supposed shipping delays, and very few poor hatch rates (which we all know can have a multitude of root causes) And when asked about why I ordered from your company (on 3-13-22) I simply replied the support system that your company does by educating your clients and potential clients. When I ordered it’s states clear as day the potential wait time, which is more than acceptable in the current climate of HPAI outbreaks. I also told them that when I was doing my research, I was able to text a member of your staff via cell phone to see when a certain quail color would be available again, and was answer promptly, and during non standard business hours, which to me meant a lot about how your company handles customer service. Unfortunately this world is filled with people wanting something for nothing. That’s why when I get my flock up and venture into sales, I will only do them locally. As I am in Texas I have a few less restrictions than other states when it comes to the food laws concerning farm fresh eggs. Appreciate all of your videos, and keep it up. One day I would enjoy a possible tour of your facility, if that’s at all feasible.
Love your video you all know more about quail and hatching than any can't figure out why people are so rude I've always been satisfied with your eggs and service
Good Job Zack. I was in outside sales for several years, you nailed it.. Also good job for standing up for your wife. A man that won't do that is no man, just askWill Smith. I am excited to learn from you and work with you. I got the quail fever.
God Bless you for standing up for you wife ! You announcing that openly gains my respect even more. A good man always protects what they cherish the most. God Bless you and yours!
You supply valuable information from Incubators, brooders, cages and feed. If one follows the information and steps you supply then they should have success. If they don't follow the information and steps they might not succeed. Most outlets that supply eggs only guarantee a 50% hatch rate. With MSQ you add an extra count to the order as a bonus. Your right you cannot keep everyone happy. Keep up the good work.
Great video and absolutely fantastic advice! I've been selling a few coturnix hatching eggs and chicks locally the last two years. In that time, I've had nothing but positive experiences and feedback from everyone I've met with the exception of ONE individual. That one jerk caused me so much mental angst and anguish (both last year and this spring), I almost gave up on my little quail operation. Anyway, the "can't please them all", "some people need to go on a block list", and "don't bother responding to negative social media" advice is all so very good. Never let the few bad apples break your spirit!
Thanks for the Awesome video Zack ! I totally agree with you on everything you said in this video. You can never make every customer happy, don’t waste your time trying. On a side note, I’m a very happy customer ! I ordered 50 Jumbo Wild hatching eggs from you last December. I had a great hatch rate, and currently have 19 hens and 12 roosters producing between 15-18 eggs a day. Thanks again !!
Great video Zack…I think your customer service is top notch and that’s great you stand up for your wife. There’s no reason that a customer should disrespect you or anyone else. Thank you for doing this video. Can’t wait to meet you at Quail Con 👍 Kate

Live the videos that you produce and the information that you share. I wish that i could get stock from you. But thank you for all the info. keep up the great work on producing great looking birds Kevin Granger
Much respect Zack! I struggle dealing with hard to deal with customers through my fencing business, my wife handles taking in calls and sending out estimates, when someone tries to give her crap that's where I draw the line as well! we haven't had to deal with anything negative with our slow starting quail business yet lol hopefully we can handle it as well as you do if it ever comes.
I completely agree. Been in the restaurant business since before facebook started and letting Public comments go to the way side is best. I've seen competitors get dog piled trying to defend themselves.
As far as ordering hatching eggs goes, I pay attention to how well the eggs are packed, how communication is with the seller, and that's it. If they hatch, they hatch, if they don't, then either there was an issue with shipping or I probably need to troubleshoot my incubator. The only time I've had a problem was when I got eggs (locally) and when I got home one had cracked and it was rotten. I figured oops, they gave me an egg they had missed for a while. The rest are probably fine. The rest were either rotten or infertile, as they didn't develop. The seller didn't respond to me when I notified them of the issue. Oh well, I was only out ten dollars for a pack of six eggs. Hatching eggs are a gamble, be happy with what you get and don't spoil someone else's day haha
@@VeysPlace sorry I didn’t watch it. Ok thank you. I watched his video today. I use to sell kind of high end fish. I had a lady by 4 50.00 fish. She said they were all dead when she got them. I sent replacements. She said they fell of a cart at the airport and were run over. I had to quit.
Awesome video. Great tips for those just starting out but also a good reminder for everyone else as well. Tip we have learned that goes along with this: It’s important to live your truth but it’s not your responsibility to control the reactions of others. Thank you Zack, Jenna & entire Myshire team for everything you do! 🤩 You guys rock! 🤘🏻
Good for you! 100% agree with it all! When I was in business I’d ALWAYS be nice like you & in the estimating phase of the project (I was a contractor), if I sensed this customer was going to be difficult I would add in a “PITA” tax. PITA = Pain In The Ass tax from 10%-100% in which 100% was I didn’t want the job but if I got it I was going to make it worth my time as many of those type of people NO BODY wants & wouldn’t even return a bid or calls. Only had a few in my career, thank God! GB
like your videos . when I sell week old chicks pick up only but over 10 I through in 1 or 2 extra and people like the little gift and most have come back
I gotta give your company credit, you’re the only egg seller I have run across that guarantees 50% hatch. Most have no hatch guarantees. Question, has UA-cam helped grow your business?
Hi Zack. I am just getting started. I have an order pending and am excited about hatching them. I have no desire to start a business. I expect this to be an enjoyable hobby in my retirement. I do have a question though. I bought a Little Giant incubator( with a fan and quail tray) and have been running it some weeks to get to know it. I placed 3 (govees) thermometers in it and would check it frequently. . I checked them first at room temp and they matched. What I noticed is rarely get a match on all 4 (especially the built in one) in the incubator. It seems that between the controllers inaccuracy and the hot and cold spots there would be a way to address this issue. The Little Giant drifted about 7 degrees. The thermometers drifted about 7 degrees as well. That is up to a 14 degree difference. Any advice?
I don't have any quail, yet... I've tried, (NOT from Myshire) learned after 3 boxes of rotten omelettes I spent $50 to know who not to trust. Sometimes it's worth knowing when to cut ties even if it cost you money... On either end. I've got an order of live chicks coming from a hatchery I've used several times and they say it's guaranteed... Hopefully I can get started this year. Also kinda interested in how they come ... Can USPS do better with chicks vs eggs...
