Bought a liberty safe three years ago and I now need a bigger one- I have 2 100+ year dresses- a Christian ing deal and a graduation dress. I bought this safe to put family heirlooms in-2 200 year old bibles-hubby’s safe is smaller for the sidearms!😎
I received my Fatboy Extreme 2 weeks ago after waiting almost 3 months, but it was worth the wait. It is my second Liberty safe. So far so good. The Fatboy does not dissapoint.😊😊
I had purchased a Champion safe back in Feb. I called the dealer multiple times after my 6week waiting period had ended. It turns out that the model and color choice I chose are only made when sufficient safes of the same color have been purchased to paint them. I called on the 5th month of waiting, they checked with the manufacture and was told that it hasnt even been built yet. I told them to refund my money and I would go somewhere else. THINGS HAPPEN FOR REASON! I now own a Liberty Franklin 35, gloss black with brass. After learning all of your safes are American made it was just that much more appealing to me. I can wait the 4 weeks they told me for the Franklin safe as opposed to the 5months for a champion. Thanks Liberty!
This guy representing Liberty safes has to be related to Joel Skousen. Oh wow, they just flashed his name on the screen and he is a Skousen. I just knew it. The resemblance is amazing. Joel Skouse - safe places to live, and how to build a safe home.
Hey guys- I will have a Lincoln 35 delivered tomorrow. Can't wait to move from my cheap safes to it! One suggestion is for you to make optional a full door of pistol storage, as in my case, that's what I need. Also, an option for a door rack for a couple of long guns would be nice, in case you only have a couple of high priced long arms.. Thanks for being " Made in the USA"!
***** Liberty is NOT the #1 rated safe in American. That's an outright lie. Liberty loves the marketing game, folks. Please Liberty. Please post a link to to where you would rated by anyone other than yourself for being the #1 in anything.
Honestly liberty safes are cheaply made they dont even have a door casement just bent sheet metal...champions are much more secure..if you want a concrete type real safe go to Amsec American Security for TL 30 real safes
No safe I ever heard of had Concrete inside new or old. It may look like concrete but is not. Concrete is not a good fire protection it will explode and crack open allowing heat to enter.
Interested in purchasing a Franklin 50 safe. Question: I understand composite door. But is the fire board "sandwiched" in between two sheets of 11 gauge steel? Or is there just an 11ga steel plate (which is the outside of the door and visible), followed behind it is fire board and then completed with interior carpet lining?
im not a wealthy man but need something to protect what is most valuable to me, while i might not be able to afford one of your safes i sure would like one someday
My safe must be on one of those shelves right now. I ordered my liberty safe yesterday from my local liberty seller. Wish I could have afforded one model higher than what i ordered but it is what it is. I'm excited to have somewhere to store my firearms and other valuables so a burglar can't just walk away with a rifle case. Any suggestion as to what I should place between the safe and concrete so the bottom doesn't rust? I read horse stall mats work well?
Liberty safes look great, Liberty just needs to deliver them to the customers in less than 90 days. I'm still waiting for my Liberty Safe, I bought it April 8 2022 and it's July 17 2022 no safe a big thumbs down' can't contact Liberty to find out why, or where's my safe' US Army Veteran'
Just wondering, towards the end of the video, an employee is closing the door of National Security Safe in Champagne when I noticed the fireproofing behind the door's locking mechanism. Shouldn't there be a .25 inch steel plate between the locking mechanism and the fireproof panels in the door? Your specs. for this safe state a full .25 inch plate in the door. I am no engineer but that would make most sense; the plate be installed after the fire proofing and welded on each side to the described 10 gauge formed door before the locking mechanism effectively sandwiching the fire boards for a true composite door.
Got one of these would not acclimate to down stairs door will not close, POS I will call them Tuesday to take it back! Also electronics that’s not EMP proof is no good! John Boy Utah ! POS come get it I am in SLC.

Sorry Not impressed at all. Save your money and buy a much better safe its worth the wait. This comment comes from a locksmith that has been in business for over 35 years until just retired a year ago.
@The Muffin Man The door and sides are two pieces of sheet metal with a layer of fire proof material inside. I have a American Security safe witch is a 1" thick solid steel door then the layer of fireproofing. The sides are also about the same. The difference is one the price and two the weight. Can't be pealed open like a tin can.
Exceptional warranty. Not many companies stand behind their product like Liberty does.
Thank you for choosing Liberty!

@@SOLDOZER u mad poor boy?
I wish they had a model that has the walls filled with structural concrete (with a steel liner) like an early twentieth century safe.

Great question that was never answered
It's just 11 gauge sheet metal and drywall, that is the composite door.
Refer to 11 gauge metal as plate is kind of silly, it's sheet metal.
those smiles ... so creepy but im sold.

J D tractor supply sells rubber mats that go in trailers, that would probably work real well.

Hi Van, I am having your order looked into and asking for someone to get an update to you. We apologize for the inconvenience.
this video sums up why I bought a liberty safe
Is the quality (security-wise) of a Liberty Safe the same as a Freedom Security safe?

Made in the USA, done!
Hey liberty can you say you make a better product than Fort Knox?
Can Fort Knox say they make a better product than Graffunder?
Just bought a new fatboy Jr. Love it
Thanks for choosing Liberty Safe!
China left the chat😂😂😂
Nice. Managed to turn a story about gun safes into an anti gun effort.

Which would you recommend then?
Graffunder, Fort Knox or American Security are some of the best. Graffunder you will pay out the a** they are very expensive.
