The boy's quite funny haha. Usually most people who are there to voice their concern looks so sad, depressed or stressed bacause of the worrying situation, but he's channelling his trouble in a positive way, like being humorous and saying "If I get enough votes today, this might be my last prayer. God, please stop my Dad." Haha, so cute~~~~

Forcing religion into your children is gonna make them want to run away from it more tbh. That's what happened to me and my brother. born and raised in a ultra catholic family forced to pray 3hours a day as a kid and go to mass several times a week is one of the things that made me an atheist.
esmleo it’s actually true my parents keep force religion on me for the longest time so it just made me hate the religion I was in and made me question if I really wanted this because of me or because I’m be told to do it.
It's not about your parents forcing you into religion, it's about you trying to get into it. You can be praying, go to the mass or to the mosque, if you don't put heart in it, all of that is just useless.
God damn his family is extremely annoying. Happiness isn't made out of someone else's dreams and rules, that boy needs to find his own way and goals. And seriously, he needs freedom...
Freedom from and to what exactly? Because I remember being in high school complaining and asking for thesame freedom. But now, I can’t even remember what freedom I was asking for exactly.
@@phocianBut is he really a child? He is in high school. He has the right and he is supposed to make his own moral decisions. Sure, at that time, he is under 18 but he is a really mature man and some who are over 18 especially his dad aren't mature like him. A dad has a responsibility to take care of him but he doesn't have the right to choose his career.
Euijin’s bowl analogy left me in awe damn that was awesome I think we sometimes forget how mature he is, because he’s always so playful just like the beagle youngsters 😂😂😂
You can definitely force people to go to masses for four hours and pray, but it's impossible to force him to believe in that religion in his heart no matter how long he prays, moreover, he will hate the religion more because of this injustice on his personal time
Nobody can force others to believe in God, religion is about rules and dogmas, and people can be forced to follow rules and speak what others speak, but real relationship with God is very special and cannot be faked, it does not work. I had opposite situation, I wanted to go to church, studying theology and my parents were very against it, it cost me a lot of pain and tears but I never gave up.
I feel like most parents do that a lot. Because of some reason they weren't able to achieve their dreams so they hope their child would be able to fulfill that for them. I'm not saying I agree with it I'm just saying that most of them have the best intentions; they all want the best for their children. But at the end of the day no one should be forced to follow someone else dream. It's your life, live it the way you want. And your parents after seeing that your happy and content with what you have chosen they too will be happy for you.
What I thought was outrageous was the fact that he became a Catholic a year and a half ago so the father has probably had his "dream" for like a year or a few months. It honestly just reminded me of the time my mother started singing for around six months and suddenly wanted me to become Beyonce. However, unlike this guy, she wasn't serious.
Yasss because im facing the same situation right now. My problem with my mother is not abt religion but its more abt future. She kinda forces me into becoming a teacher when my dream is to become an architect and its upsetting to see her reaction whenever i said i dont want to. Plus, i think my mom wants me to be a teacher because she wanted to be one but didnt have her chance so she put her hopes on me. Its so stressful. p/s : sorry for my bad eng T^T
I think this boy will get far in life, especially if his parents start supporting him. Kudos to him for knowing his own mind and sticking up for himself despite having such a strict parent. I think it's very wrong of the father to try to force his own dreams onto his son. I was so happy when the kid won the bet about the votes! Also, I loved Euijin's bowl metaphor. He and Feeldog came across as very intelligent and mature, and I feel that they were a very good fit for this show. I also liked Hwang Chiyeul and Jo Hyunah.
I dont think even ONE of them got the real issue behind this. This father isnt good at parenting. He says his task is to protect his son. Ok fine yea. But as a father his task also is to love and support his son in his decisions. The hosts keep coming with that: why dont you just do what your dad says?? Why. Why would he? He is a teenager that has to live life to the fullest this is the most precious time of life and he wont get that back ever. He should grow up in a house of love and not where son and daughter are treated differently just because they behave different. The father said right from the BEGINNING!!! "Everyone who has a daughter will know what i mean" that means he treasures her differently than his son because shes a girl. No. His son deserves as much love as his daughter no matter if he kisses him or not. When he wants his son to be more affectionate towards him he should have shown some LOVE first so his son feels loved. He shouldve kiss him and hug him first to show his son how its like. Im sorry but im sick of people who always underestimate a teenagers concern in korea.
Simbabuu I totally agree. I totally understand how he feels because it was the same in my family. Why would he want to be with his father if his father prefers his sister anyway.
this show always underestimates problems, i mean i watch it pretty regularly but i never come out feeling satisfied or that they truly understood the real root of the problem. rarely, maybe. they always latch on to a solution to a smaller branch of the problem as if that is the main issue and really, that is all they can do. after all, it is a national live broadcasted show and not seriously made for solving an underlying growth that cannot possibly be cleared by a bit of talking and prodding from the hosts or guests. there was one episode i did watch of hello counselor though, it was a bit recent i feel. one of the invited guests really shocked me with how in depth they were with their mature answers and that they took it with the right amount of concern that it should have been given compared to the others. i'm sure if i looked, i could find it again.
Kaname Aoyama Maybe when Sangmin was invited ? I was shocked (in a good way) because he advised the parents to seek psychological help for their daughter. He also pointed out the real issue which was the bad parenting of the parents. He was the only one who adressed it.
i have no idea... i don't think it was lee sangmin, but i really am not sure. i do know it was definitely about a daughter though. if i ever remember it, i'll see if it is.
I've been watching the show for a long time. And it was one of the most enjoyable episode for me. I laughed, got angry at the father, then screamed when he got 162 votes as if it was me who won.
As soon as he mentioned height eunjin and feeldog were like what huh what you say lmfao so cute i couldnt stop laughing and replayed that part like 10 times 😂
You can't force someone to become a priest, especially not if someone doesn't believe in God! He has the right to choose his own believes. What a ridiculous dad. The son also has clear goal for the future and is working hard for it, so it's not like the son needs his ridiculous guidance.
Now that the audience vote has "forced" him to not make his son go to the mass, the father should really know how his son felt being "forced" to do something against own will. Thumbs up to the audiences.. I agree with what Hwang Chi Yeol said. Maybe 10 or 20 years down the road, maybe the son will look back and reflect on this. But at present, it's clear he didn't want to go to the mass. So don't force him.
I was so impressed by the young guests in this episode. A prosecutor? A PD of variety shows? They are so outgoing and driven and deserve to be supported by their families! When I was that young, I had no idea what I wanted to do, let alone had the initiative and self-discipline to study for it! I hope they continue to strive for their dreams, no matter what happens.
were also Roman Catholics, my daughter goes to a catholic school. One time she just mentioned " Ma our CL (Christian Living) taught us that we have free will to choose our religion, I said ok and she curtly asked me so can I convert to Buddhism?" Nowadays, children are well informed and really can speak their minds. 😊 i hope the Father will not take this negatively.
@ 21:11 I was literally yelling "OMG YASSSS DRAG HIM! DRAG HIM! DRAG HIMMMMMMM! YAS! DRAG HIM!!!!" (Euijin dragged the dad with *FACTS* y'all) And he *DESERVED* all those votes 😭 I was so happy for him! I HOPE his dad keeps his promise and not force him to go the mass!
did anyone else laugh when Euijin and Feeldog leaned in at 2:41 when he mentioned his height? lol the shorties were like "you're still growing at 173cm? talk to me when you're a grown adult under 173"
Yeongja is a treasure. She's the most woke of the whole crew, has a heart of gold, and doesn't get any of the recognition she deserves. SK is lucky to have such a strong, compassionate, female role model.
Brianna Billano FINALLY! someone mentioned how cute the guest is! I was scrolling through the comments and I expected to be there a lot of comments about how cute and handsome he is but, there isnt a comment at all except this one.
Thea Jaira he's a member pf Bigflo, he joined The Unit (it's a survival show that let underrated idols to raise again, just in case you don't know) and made it into the final 9 members. Now, he's promoting as UNB.
When he started to complain about his height and the look and reaction from Feeldog and Euijin....I cried while falling off my bed cause it was so cute and funny
I literally screamed and clap like my life depended on it when he got 162 votes. Holy hell man! Hahahaha The faces of the audience when he won though nyahahahaha P.S Eujin-ah! Why so mature? Nyahaha P.P.S KBS !!! Komawo! Nyahahaahha
As a Christian myself I believe that making your children know God and who he is, is really important but forcing the religion on the children and cursing them is just going to make them run away from the religion and the part where he said he wanted him to be a priest was just horrible you can still be a teacher, lawyer, performer and many more jobs and still be a Christian and love God or whatever it is
Bottomline this dad has to learn, bluntly, you can't force your child to do a dream parents want. In the end kids and teens have the right to choose their own path and all parents can do is nurture, love, and support.
At that age, the more you tell them to do this and that, especially things that they don't like, they tend to rebel. I think making common ground with them, things you can agree on would be good. Just because you're parents of the child doesn't mean you can always force what YOU WANT to them. You want your children to be respectful you should show them first by doing it to them because growing up, children follow what they see so be a good example.
I'm Christian yet I don't go to church that often. Forcing someone to do anything just makes that person hate doing that one thing. Someone can be religious without having to attend church every Sunday. I like that kid though, likes very funny lol
Some people are religious without believing in God, they practise because other practise, because of handsome guys or girls in a church, nice meeting but this is not real relationship with God. If somebody is really important for us we want to meet this person more often and christianity does not work without community. Catholics are privileged, they can enjoy the real presence of God in a simple and humble bread but many of them do not know that because of ignorance.
Despite his struggles, this boy is lucky he can even voice his feelings towards his parents forcing their beliefs on him. Some of us wont dare do something like that... following the fake it till ya make it mindset meanwhile ✌️
This Youngman will be a prosecutor in the near future he's very eloquent, smart and handsome.i dearly adored him for fighting his right and freedom toward his father's rule.well done youngman wishing you the best of everything in pursuing your dream to be in the Korean ⚖.
I would really cry living in that family. I am surprised how he could endured for so long. I have a low esteem. i would follow without any argument just force myself to go. i would just have a very sad life just quiet and all. Really glad he was brave enough to go to this show to ask for help. :)
His father is really good-looking,tall and healthy too 💞 I think him going to the mass is good but 4 hours is just too much and he didn't really have any say in the matter as well.. I wish him the best in life 😇 People won't say this but the sister really look conniving with the way she talks but in the end she's just a young girl so she can do what she wants..
i believe that all parents should be somewhat strict, but there is a limit. too much or too little discipline on your child isn't good for either side i do agree with the whole "my house my rules" mindset, but also to an extent. i'm almost 21 and i still live with my mom. she treats me as an adult and lets me go out and do the things that i want to do as long as i respect her rules which are 1) go to school and work 2) try to help pay some bills 3) come back at the time we agree on when i go out.
I was born in a catholic household and had to go to church at least once a week..I was never forced to go to mass, which helped me to learn how to love the religion and actually start listening and trying to understand what message and lesson they're preaching.
if you are a parents never discriminate your child. or else you were either creating gap between brothers or left a lifetime scar that will carried on in his life forever
NEVER and I mean NEVER force someone into religion. Religion is not something everyone loves or wants to abide by. By law, we ALL, including every living human no matter how young or old, has freedom of religion.
It is really not good to force someone to do things that he/she doesn't like to pursue. However, with the concept of the child that he don't want to feed his soul, I think I am 50-50 for that and even though he will not go to mass every Sunday I think he can still pray inside his room...
It's not about he doesnt want to feed his soul, but the fact that his father forcing it to him is the real problem. It's basically part of basic human law to follow a religion or not. It's part of Korea's law too.
Khansa Deryqa I agree. You don't have a religion because someone force it on to you. You have a religion because you believe in God. You pray with sincerely with your heart not by force.
Yes, I also agree to you Khansa. Actually, I am not a church person but I always pray... that was why I said he can pray inside his room also.(not just in church.)
Benver Cris Cordura he prays in his room if he truely believes in religion. That, I fix it for you. And you don't have to believe in a God to feed your soul.
Waiting on the total number count was the most nerve-wracking thing in the history of me watching this show. I even shed a tear and basically shouted "yes." When that 6 appeared. I felt like I won a million dollars or something.
Whoa hahaha.Honestly ,this is the best episode I've watched. At first,I thought its not a concern because it seems like its a ussual scenarios within a family, having the rules, and argument with the sibling.I like the guest also😍,especially euijin though its my first time knowing him😀.Religion is important, but Faith in God is more important !🙏 Thanks KBS😊
when they were talking about the church and his father wanted him to be a priest and he wanted to be a prosecutor, i kept thinking about the OCN drama 'Save Me'.
8:57 wise words he acts like that because it is how he is treated. If they want him to act differently they should treat him differently. But they treat him the same and expect him to change. The math isn’t mathing 13:48 Smart woman 21:00 wow who is this young man smart
He said he didn't want to go church but he prayed to get vote.. Kinds of cute. But God knows everything and God is everywhere. doesn't matter where ever you are he will answer our prayers.. Blessed and happy family always. Lord Jesus..

His dad should be proud that his son already know the career he wants to pursue in the future.
Lol that unexpected eye contact tho 😂 and damnnnnn euijin.... he's so mature! He really slays this episode
Euijin so wise and smart 👏👏👏
Yeongja is a treasure. She's the most woke of the whole crew, has a heart of gold, and doesn't get any of the recognition she deserves. SK is lucky to have such a strong, compassionate, female role model.
I felt so happy for him when he got high votes. Let’s hope the father keeps his promise. Being forced into religion just makes you hate it more
WHY DO I FIND THE BOY REALLY CUTE AND HANDSOME ㅠ ㅠ
Brianna Billano FINALLY! someone mentioned how cute the guest is! I was scrolling through the comments and I expected to be there a lot of comments about how cute and handsome he is but, there isnt a comment at all except this one.
btsxarmy _ YESSSS
IKR I WAS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SAY IT
Noodley BTS YESSSS
DOES HE HAVE ANY SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS?
Okay idk who is Euijin but yeah i love him already. Wise words, boy. Wise words.
Thea Jaira he's a member pf Bigflo, he joined The Unit (it's a survival show that let underrated idols to raise again, just in case you don't know) and made it into the final 9 members. Now, he's promoting as UNB.
Euijin is so mature 👏👏👏
euijin you’re become my bias. how smart he is
I've never been more excited to see that number of votes!
When he started to complain about his height and the look and reaction from Feeldog and Euijin....I cried while falling off my bed cause it was so cute and funny
I literally screamed and clap like my life depended on it when he got 162 votes. Holy hell man! Hahahaha The faces of the audience when he won though nyahahahaha
P.S Eujin-ah! Why so mature? Nyahaha
P.P.S KBS !!! Komawo! Nyahahaahha
Euijin is so smart
As a Christian myself I believe that making your children know God and who he is, is really important but forcing the religion on the children and cursing them is just going to make them run away from the religion and the part where he said he wanted him to be a priest was just horrible you can still be a teacher, lawyer, performer and many more jobs and still be a Christian and love God or whatever it is
BangTwice Tella : yup. It's all about love..
Awww it was so cute when he won and all the audience were cheering. I’m so happy for him, I hope it all works out.💕
can i just say....the guys is so cute especially when he smiles 😭😭😂
Bottomline this dad has to learn, bluntly, you can't force your child to do a dream parents want. In the end kids and teens have the right to choose their own path and all parents can do is nurture, love, and support.
At that age, the more you tell them to do this and that, especially things that they don't like, they tend to rebel. I think making common ground with them, things you can agree on would be good. Just because you're parents of the child doesn't mean you can always force what YOU WANT to them. You want your children to be respectful you should show them first by doing it to them because growing up, children follow what they see so be a good example.
The captions, effects and cartoons make this become more funny to watch.i just love this.please dont stop dping these kinds of videos

This teen has great tenacity, I admire how he fought for his rights to be free of his father’s unfairness. He’ll make a fine prosecutor 😊✨
Despite his struggles, this boy is lucky he can even voice his feelings towards his parents forcing their beliefs on him. Some of us wont dare do something like that... following the fake it till ya make it mindset meanwhile ✌️
Literally was holding my breath when the votes were counting. so happy for the outcome.
She is their favorite child, all right, but they should still treat them fairly.
This Youngman will be a prosecutor in the near future he's very eloquent, smart and handsome.i dearly adored him for fighting his right and freedom toward his father's rule.well done youngman wishing you the best of everything in pursuing your dream to be in the Korean ⚖.
My dad was like this. Not only did he control every little thing but he was incredibly abusive. I hope the situation changed.
I would really cry living in that family. I am surprised how he could endured for so long. I have a low esteem. i would follow without any argument just force myself to go. i would just have a very sad life just quiet and all. Really glad he was brave enough to go to this show to ask for help. :)
Feeldog and euijin reaction when talk about height so cute 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
6:30 the father quickly changed his expression! 🙌
His father is really good-looking,tall and healthy too 💞
I think him going to the mass is good but 4 hours is just too much and he didn't really have any say in the matter as well.. I wish him the best in life 😇
People won't say this but the sister really look conniving with the way she talks but in the end she's just a young girl so she can do what she wants..
This boy smiles so brightly, it's beautiful!
i believe that all parents should be somewhat strict, but there is a limit. too much or too little discipline on your child isn't good for either side
i do agree with the whole "my house my rules" mindset, but also to an extent. i'm almost 21 and i still live with my mom. she treats me as an adult and lets me go out and do the things that i want to do as long as i respect her rules which are 1) go to school and work 2) try to help pay some bills 3) come back at the time we agree on when i go out.
This is my favorite Hello Counselor part hahaha I'm glad he won he deserve to follow what his goals and free time
Our Euijinn!!!!!
I was born in a catholic household and had to go to church at least once a week..I was never forced to go to mass, which helped me to learn how to love the religion and actually start listening and trying to understand what message and lesson they're preaching.
Ive never get this nervous when waiting the result. This is the FIRST TIME! 😂
Omg when he won the votes I was so happy but honestly I’ve never seen the audience that happy 😂😂😂😂😂
if you are a parents never discriminate your child. or else you were either creating gap between brothers or left a lifetime scar that will carried on in his life forever
THIS EPISODE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT MAKES MY HEART RACING SO FAST
NEVER and I mean NEVER force someone into religion. Religion is not something everyone loves or wants to abide by. By law, we ALL, including every living human no matter how young or old, has freedom of religion.
Jillian Johnson quran doesnt say so... apostates and renegade must be put to death
@@maribelarboleda5603 fuck it then its just bullshit anyway
This episode was sooo good! I was on the edge of my seat and biting my nails like I was watching the season finale of my favorite tv show.
@21:18 Hwang Chiyeul look like a proud dad when euijins explaining woop 😂
I had to replay all of FeelDog's reactions, damn that guy is so fascinating and beautiful!
Where am I going to believe then? Where will I put my faith then?
His cute little smile at the end!!! I’m so glad he got 162 votes!!
He wonnnnnn I'm so happyyyyyyyyy
Waiting on the total number count was the most nerve-wracking thing in the history of me watching this show. I even shed a tear and basically shouted "yes." When that 6 appeared. I felt like I won a million dollars or something.
Whoa hahaha.Honestly ,this is the best episode I've watched. At first,I thought its not a concern because it seems like its a ussual scenarios within a family, having the rules, and argument with the sibling.I like the guest also😍,especially euijin though its my first time knowing him😀.Religion is important, but Faith in God is more important !🙏 Thanks KBS😊
when one of the hosts asked the father why he went to mass only just the year before, amd the son clapping like a seal- WHOLESOME
when they were talking about the church and his father wanted him to be a priest and he wanted to be a prosecutor, i kept thinking about the OCN drama 'Save Me'.
8:57 wise words he acts like that because it is how he is treated. If they want him to act differently they should treat him differently. But they treat him the same and expect him to change. The math isn’t mathing
13:48 Smart woman
21:00 wow who is this young man smart
I'm so glad he got over 150 votes!!
I'm watching this during quarantine and I swear it was like watching the best game of all time. I was just cheering so hard!!!
The boy is the one who is going to live his life not the parents.
He said he didn't want to go church but he prayed to get vote.. Kinds of cute. But God knows everything and God is everywhere. doesn't matter where ever you are he will answer our prayers.. Blessed and happy family always. Lord Jesus..
