looking to do this to my dometic ac unit i have a question i have the option for heat but dont have the heating strip my q is do i still need to buy that heating strip or does this kit comes with that optionn
You should have stayed with the manual Tstat. You’re going to have problems in a couple of years. I’m working on mine that just popped up an E1 code. That saying it’s lost Communication. My system uses a third party display and a can-bus because it has 2 AC units. The main board on the AC failed this causes no heat from the furnace and no AC on the rear unit. Adding a gateway like you are is just adding in more points of failure. I have 9 points that can have a problem VS 3 like you had. Dometic is just 1/2 step above Jensen electronics.
If this video has helped you save money or time, I would appreciate you clicking the *_thanks_* button above!
This is the video I needed and there is so much crap on the internet that doesn't answer the question of the telephone connectors! Thank you so much!😀
Do you have a video and are any info on the heat strip
Where does this new part go inside the unit? Looks alot bigger than the replaced part.
