I suffered from debilitating anxiety and panic disorder. I couldn’t even take care of myself anymore. My mother had to fly out just to support me. I didn’t know why this was happening to me. Jesus Christ is my true and only healer. If you TRULY want to recover, you have to apply faith! Get off the meds, get off anything that only suppress your symptoms. You can do it! You can’t do it alone! Have faith! EXPECT YOUR RECOVERY! You’re not alone. You’re not mentally sick or crazy.. this is just temporary. Thank you for this podcast, you’re truly an educator and blessing! Use your tools guys!

@@JV-NeverQuit set backs are only a part of your recovery journey. Remember 10% is what happens to you.. 90% is how you react. Accept and allow! Keep living life despite your symptoms being there. This tells your nervous system that there’s nothing to fear. Not even the debilitating symptoms. Have a care free and almost “oh well” attitude with anxiety. That’s how you gain control and it will no longer have power over you. One day at a time. It gets better ☺️

    LIFE IS SO PRECIOUS.
    Every candle burns out eventually
Every Holiday has a return date
Every life has a 'last'day, one day,
    Life is so precious...Live it.
    Every winter turns into spring
    Every spring turns into summer,
    Every summer turns into autumn,
    Life is so precious...Love it.
Every storm is replaced with sunshine,
Every 'bad' day replaced with a good one,
Every Anxious moment WILL pass , if we let it
    Life is so precious...Accept it.
Every life is a miricle, see it,
Every soul has a heart, give it,
Every friend is a Godsend,be it,
    Life is so precious...Enjoy it.
Every moment is gone in a second,
Every minute turns into a day,
Every year the clocks keep on turning,
Life is so precious...Dont waste it.
Every day Mother Nature has given us,
Every memory that is ours to keep,
Every day count your blessings with Gratitude,
Life is so precious...Lets make it...
Thank you for reading my poem...Blessings and Love to you.Alison Ronan.Xxx

I feel like I can't get rid of anxiety as the symptoms like heart palpitations worry me and then I worry more because I'm having them and I get them again and it's a cycle. Is it normal to still get palpitations even when not feeling anxious?

I had the worse setbacks right now. I was feeling better back on October 2019 to feb 2020 there are times i was feeling good, so good that it almost felt like i was the person before the anxiety, then the pandemic came and the lock down. I had panic attack i was caught by surprise then it became worse i had panic attack almost everyday i realized that it was a big setbacks it felt that i am at that hole again.but I decided to work my way up again and earlier this day it became better i starded to think clear and positive again the health anxiety symptoms became 2 from a 9 . I think this setback is a part of recovery and will still work on getting better. For the one who is reading this, you can do it you can overcome anxiety and panic attacks. There are setbacks in the way towards recovery but i realized it is just a part of your journey to fully recover

I appreciate these podcasts So Much! I have been doing overall so much better with anxiety the last several months, but I have times still where I feel myself slipping back into old habits that make things worse. One Huge on for me has been slowing down, enjoying the moment, not rushing through everything. I used to have never ending lists with goals I wanted to accomplish each day. I no longer push myself with lists, it made me incredibly anxious! Now, if there is something critical I need to get done, I may write that 1-2 things down but not all the other tasks. If I have time, great! If I don't, I'm no longer pushing myself, requiring myself to get it done. Slowing down has been a critical piece of the puzzle for me and sometimes I have to remind myself to slow down and enjoy the moment.

Bruce Vecranges I never had trouble with sleep. Athletes sleep plenty more than the average and if that’s what’s called up by the body there’s nothing wrong with that strategy as a part of healing in my opinion.
