  • Conflict evolution: issues and challenges for the army
"Conflict has now settled in Europe and on its southern flank: while the ruins in Nagorno-Karabakh, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Eritrea and Libya are still smouldering, Ukraine, Palestine, Lebanon, Sudan and the Sahel are once again the scene of the use of military force. These conflicts are characterised by increased intensity, an emancipation from international law and actions that are profoundly transforming the way war is waged. This round table will look at current conflicts on the European Union's southern flank and their operational consequences for France's land forces".
