This DEI director really inclusive, not only stole at her first job, she continued stealing from the next one, She didn't discriminate among her bosses.
I worked in a bank where the manager was let go for fraud, but the bank can't give her a bad reference or THEY could be in trouble! So the manager who stole from the bank, used all their petty cash on manicures, opened credit cards in other people's names and used them, and refused to lock the deadbolt at night most likely got another job in finance. Instead, I was let go for reporting her as they trained me to do.
I'm so old, I can remember when we all remembered that race based hiring is illegal.
Now it's legally mandated

I only see her once a year or so. She's busy being a spouse and mom as well. I don't like to bother her if I can help it.
You're right though. Heading into my 60's is just around the corner and hopefully I'll be able to continue to see her and won't have to rely to heavily on the medical arts.

When I was enrolled at SFU in the early 80's the Womyn's Centre advertised for an automotive instructor to teach basic auto service and repair to their members. I applied; I was a certified auto mechanic, and I was taking my Teacher Certification there at the time. They turned me down flat because I am a man; and they told me to my face why they were doing so. This rot goes back decades. Regards from the Left Coast of Canada formally known as British Columbia.

Many remember when Cronkite was the go-to news anchor, long before network news became politicized through the cable news talking heads era.
Yes, Cronkite late in his life exposed himself as a Lefty clown, BUT that was a result of the cable TV era of 24/7/365 news.
But decades before then he was never an activist, EXCEPT for his demands during Vietnam War, to make journalists independent from military command and censorship.
Of course that led directly to outraging the US public over the war.

Years ago in the US the HR departments stopped giving information about former employees. My company fired someone and when the next company called asking about her they only acknowledged that she worked for the company on the dates she said. Apparently some companies were sued by telling other employers about negative aspects of former employees. Even if they did steal ….or other nefarious things.
