The base model challenger and chieftain have never come standard with Navigation. Navigation has always been an optional feature for the base model that could be added by the dealer for an additional fee.
Idk if the Chief will get the powerplus and if it did I think it would be the speedplus engine that’s in the scout. That said I don’t think the 116TS is going away anytime soon

I keep seeing this comment. The Chief would require a different platform to get the Power Plus. The new PP Chieftain and Roadmaster is nothing more than a Challenger/Pursuit with a fork mounted fairing
Finesse The Challenger, Great video with a ton of information! I've had two RoadMasters, 2015 & 2018, I currently ride a 2022 BMW R18B. This is the big changes I was looking for! I visited my former Indian dealership and they said the upgrade from the 108 to the 112 ($2,250.00), you get a lot of the new tech. I just thought the upgrade costs only got you 4HP and 5 FT-LBS of Torque.I was wrong. I'm looking forward to your future videos on these models. I'm coming back to Indian!!! Regards, Lindsay
Nice! IMO just looking at the numbers on paper is only part of the story. I think once you get on the bike and twist the throttle everything will come into focus and I cannot wait to get on these machines. I’ll have to try out the hill control. I have it on my bmw truck and love it. Also wondering how that rear collision stuff works when you’re riding in groups. Would be annoying if the riders behind kept seeing my brakes flashing.

Thanks Finesse for the video. They are always informative and entertaining. I've always had the Bike Hold(Hill Assist) and Electronic Command Breaking(Integrated Breaking) on my 2018 BMW K1600B. They would, as well as the warning systems, be great features that I wish I add-on to my 2023 Indian Pursuit. I would have loved if they came out with a reverse for the bikes also. I've heard that the 112 is basically a kit they add to tuneup the 108's. And the kit is only compatible for the 2025 and newer 108's.
I haven't seen any literature on the BB kit for the 108, at least not from IMC. I know the Mad Monkey kit put out around 135hp or so and with that said adding a cam or a tune should make the 112 from IMC pretty comparable. I am excited to see what some of these tuners do with the 112. Appreciate the comment and thanks for checking out the video!

I haven't heard anything about exiting Apple Carplay however, I have heard rumors that Google was removing automotive support so maybe that is why they have not included Android Auto but I have no concrete information on that.
If they managed to increase the size color and clarity of the Infotainment system, I might be trading in my Street Glide. Otherwise it’s a very well done upgrade.
I think a lot of people were expecting to have a larger screen, myself included... "playing devil's advocate" The larger screen is great for show when parked, but when riding the amount of time that I spend looking at the IMC screen or the HD screen is minimal if at all. Don't get me wrong I would absolutely enjoy a larger screen lol.
The 112 is the highest power engine in a bagger today including Harley’s CVO. The 108 is a bargain and provides 5 hp drop to the 112 while being 4 grand cheaper to own. The 108 can still smack any factory Harley out there
The PP108 is a beast, it pulls on the CVO 121 easily. However, when looking at the CVOST(127hp) they got the IMC PP112 (126hp) by 1 lol. I am curious to see how it stacks up to the CVOST and as SOON as I get the chance, I will be doing the "difficult and stressful" job of testing that out hahahahaha. IMC has definitely made its mark on this part of the market and it shows.

Nice, informative video, but none of the influencers I follow can answer this question? What's going to happen to the Thunderstroke? Is an option still ? Not everyone is a fan of the Power Plus! Yes, been on the market for 5 years now, and the bugs & electrical gremlins all should've been worked out . I know you and the wife have a Challenger Elite, a Pursuit, and a Scout all Power Plus engines, but the guys you've talked to up here are split 2 of them have Challengers, while the other 2 (myself included) have Thunderstrokes. This is a day I've been fearing for a long time, as the Power Plus becomes more popular, Polaris will just fade the Thunderstroke away, just like the valance fenders & Victory. The Thunderstroke is a bulletproof motor, time tested since the inception of Indian by Polaris. Yes, Power Plus makes more HP & torque bone stock, but the 116 is no slouch, add a Lloyd'z cam and it is a perfectly capable road bike with plenty of get up & go ! And if that not enough for you, Lloyd'z has 121 and 131 engine builds that are solid and can rub with just about anything. Lastly I will say this, you can put all the bells, whistles and exhaust on a Power Plus bike, but it will never sound as good as an air/oil cooled Thunderstroke engine. Yeah, they're still in the Chief lineup, but for how long? The only thing that gives me any type of hope is that now the rumor mill had started on 2026 models that might include a factory bulit 121 or 131 Thunderstroke placed in certain models . While some hope for a Power Plus Chief, my hope is for a 121/131 Thunderstroke family. As you know, I'm looking for another bike, probably an older model, Chieftain, maybe a Chieftain Elite. I got a feeling those 19 - 23 used models are going to be going a lot less expensive in the few months. When I do make a move, I'll let you know & I'll keep watching.....
Long story short, I don’t believe the Thunderstoke engine is going away and you’re right the 116 sounds amazing with mods. IDK what IMC has planned for the 116 but I will absolutely ask around.

I think HD is still riding high on the large screen (which is nice) for the touring models while going back to analog for all other models. Instead of updating the ride quality and not offering more than just base model bikes (at high prices) & CVOs (at even higher prices).

I think the idea is that the scout IS the liquid cooled version of the chief. They’re the counterparts to each other
