I did this in middle school
The singing is so rushed and it takes away the emotion in the song
Sarah Divina if you listen to the lyrics, the whole song is about running out of time and dying, there's a reason for it, it's meant to sound rushed.
@@wyattadams3524 yeah, but it seems more rushed than the original Broadway recording.
One of the reasons that recordings of arrangements put out by publishers often sound weird is because the artists in the recordings have to go exactly according to specifications in the score, so none of the extra choices that a director would put in to capture the true feeling of a piece are there
