Louis Rossman sent this kiwi here too. I live in a boat so house battery life is definitely near and dear to me, but the unfairness and dishonesty of DCS and their unjustified attack on you is the reason I'm subbing 🍻
Very nice video, guys, I thoroughly enjoyed watching that ! And now I know for certain that I absolutely have to go and see "Tassie" myself ! :) Will be watching your other videos, too. That's my dinner TV sorted over the next few days... :)
Discos are essentially the same drivetrain, so I assume a similarly-modded disco would go the same places. I liked my D2 as I could sleep in the back, and was 1/10th the price of a D90, and 1/20th of a 110. Also far more comfortable than a Defender.
Thanks for sharing! Perfect mix of 4wheeling and impressions of Tassie. I think I have to check out this island on my next trip. Cheers from cold and snowy "Nordbaden" ;-)
Next time you come to tassie make sure you check out montezuma falls. It's like a couple hours driver from Devonport and then there's an hour long 4wd track that goes to the water fall and there's two tracks to take easy and hardcore. The easy is as hard as you want it unless you have trophy trucks (you will understand if you ever go there and look up the hardcore track). It's a very pretty waterfall and a very fun 4wd track. At the end of the track there's a little car park to stop and have a picnic at but make sure not to get bogged lol
yes it was on our radar but I think the info said you would need a clean truck and permit and we could not do that on a Sunday. Heard it's a great track
AllOffroad 4x4 Adventures TV haha we didn't when we went, our 4wds had mud and dust and webs and we didn't have permits. We might be talking about different tracks maybe, not sure. It is worth it though if you do choose to go there
hi guys, I hope you get this message, first of all, what an amazing video showing off our beautiful state, I wish we got to see you do Balfour, next time maybe, second of all, I'd love to know the set-up of the vehicles and also the route you took. I'm from tassie and still live here, I have not done many of the tracks you showed and would love to take my partner, her daughter and a few friends in their Jeep over the same tracks. I have a 105 series cruiser with 3" lift, 33's (going to 35's mid year) and a winch etc etc, my friend has a Jeep with the same mods, would you think that's suitable for these tracks? cheers guys, Dion.
hi Dione, you should be fine with the cruiser just make sure you have lockers, or LSD's, none of the tracks we did were to extreme but still great fun. Yes would have loved to do Balfour but on the other hand, we had a bit rain and I also don't like my truck filled with mud :-)
when does the 4 wheeling start??? ..about 23 min in. i live in canada you have a beautiful country .. in northern canada alot of these roads are easier than we have just to get to town...i used to drive a 20 ton truck on the winter roads here and i drove through some real tough places worse then most of this. at -51 .. start a company like this in canada.. you would make a killing.. your trucks would have to be beefed up a bit but you would love it.do you guys have a land anchors there?...good video ...
+Randi “Chicken nugget” Gal yea mate you have far more freedom what you can do to trucks, we are quite limited here what we can legally drive unfortunately....
that's a shame. her they are really hard on the structure of the vehicle. no emissions, have to run mud flaps.not much else .the structure and body integrity and everything that came factory has to work.exhaust has to run past the cabin before it can stop.we drive highway trucks on these roads all winter long.. every year some go through.but wow is it fun.. money is unbelievable too..
JuzzyQld the turn is the entree to the crossing, certainly got our adrenalin levels up with the Defenders which don't have the best turning circle, there is not much room for error on this one
Hi again mate when you come over next be sure to do climies track again we had massive rains late last year and the track is prob 3 times harder now but unfortunately there has been a lot of chicken tracks made oh and make sure you invite me
Donald Topping No such thing as a yellow bellied black, only red bellied eg en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yellow-bellied_black_snake but I still stand by it being a tiger snake. Lived half my life in Tassie and caught many wild snakes.
AllOffroad.com.au I didn't say Tassie had red bellied black I just stated that there were no yellow bellied blacks only red bellied. And yours was definitely a typical Tiger snake.

The kind of off-road I'd like to see the Cybertruck test!
would love to do one but could never be registered here the way it’s designed
Great video!! Are those antenas sticking up in front?
That's 100% a Tiger. See the frontal scale on the head. Good photo there for identifying it.
Great video!! Thanks for sharing

wow that turn near the waterfall looked REALLY hairy! is that the bridge bypass?
JuzzyQld the turn is the entree to the crossing, certainly got our adrenalin levels up with the Defenders which don't have the best turning circle, there is not much room for error on this one

Hi again mate when you come over next be sure to do climies track again we had massive rains late last year and the track is prob 3 times harder now but unfortunately there has been a lot of chicken tracks made oh and make sure you invite me
woooowwwwww amazing waterfalls 30 to 33
Great video, but the snake at 3:53 is a Tiger snake not a Lowland Copper head :)
Scott Murray thanks Scott, did a bit more research, did a head scale count and also realized it's a Tiger not a Copperhead
Scott Murray Looks more like a yellow belly Black to me, but my graphics settings may make it appear that way.
Donald Topping No such thing as a yellow bellied black, only red bellied eg en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yellow-bellied_black_snake but I still stand by it being a tiger snake. Lived half my life in Tassie and caught many wild snakes.
Scott Murray there is no red belly black in Tasmania as far as I know, we did a head scale count and it's a Tasmanian Tiger Snake
AllOffroad.com.au I didn't say Tassie had red bellied black I just stated that there were no yellow bellied blacks only red bellied. And yours was definitely a typical Tiger snake.
Just doing my part, Louis Rossman sent me :)
Awesome....love it

Hi! Louis sent us. ;)
Louis Rossmans video sent me here. Would live to see the DCS review videos become public.

El Rey no, it started on the way to Tassy but then got progressively worse
Mannnn I Wana join this trip

DCS - congratulations on biggest fckup of the year 2024 - You are world wide famous now!
Louis Rossmann told us to come here.
Awesome !!
thank you, it was a great trip I need to get back there soon :-)
Stay strong!
nice 130 and 110, what size are those tires?
35"
and how much higher do you have to lift car?
zhaooopu
110 is lifted 3" and 130 is lifted 2"
AllOffroad.com.au dose 2"lift fit 35"tires? and do u need castor correction for 2" lift?
yes it fit, castor correction is recommended but you need to check for you individual truck. you will need -25 offset wheels
Lewis Rossman got your back
G'day ...Real nice video but that was a Tasmanian Tiger snake , not a copperhead..I see lots of them as I live in Tassie...Cheers Rod...
Rodney McGiveron thanks Rodney, did a bit more research, did a head scale count and also realized it's a Tiger not a Copperhead
Live in tassie
Rossman sent me. Don't back down. I'm telling everyone about DCS batteries I can in the marine industry
