usually it's better to do femur because you can get more height and then decide if tibia is necessary, but anyway femur is ''safer'' and you can rhave a quick recovery

Going more than 4 inches is more dangerous and your legs will look weird and unpropotional
usually 9cm is already 1cm above the max recommended on the femur which is 8cm. With LON you can also reach 11cm if you are super flexible but I don't think you will look good, especially because people who are going under this surgery are shorter than the average so they already have short tibia and femurs, then it would be excessively noticeable that your legs are disproportionate to the point that you need to lengthen the tibia too. There's a video of a bodybuilder who got like 10 or 11cm and his legs are actually really disproportionate but he's going to do the tibia too so he already knew it.

How much weight does someone gain with 10 cm more height???
During the process is more likeable to lose weight, then after the surgery your muscles can be bigger only if you train them, and if you don't and put on weight it will be the same you had before, so just fat tissue. At that point your legs might look less ''fat'' than before because the fat will have a longer surface to spread on, but I advice to train legs a lot because your femur will look awkward if u lengthen it by 10cm especially if you already have skinny legs, so big muscles like quads and hamstrings will balance the proportions too and the training itself will help you recovering quicker and also get back to 100% if not more.
