What’s going through my mind is how nobody seems to talk about how much faster these newer cars are just from the better transmission gearing. He’s using all of 4 gears and in 5th through the traps, keeping rpm up the whole way down. No wasted horsepower from gears being further apart. The same car running any previous generation trans would be left in the dust, especially the older 2 and 3 speeds. So much fun watching these cars do what they do and the enthusiasm when the time sleeps are handed out👍

Congrates on the 8 sec pass! Going thru the traps @ 152.8 mph, the tracks are going to want you to put a full cage & parachute. Going out on limp the next mods are going built bottom end, maybe port and polish the heads, put bigger duration cams & heavier springs on the heads. If you are going to do these all those mods I would put a killer chiller in the system. Just IMO. I hope I guess right! P.S. If you have to put a parachute in you you are all set for the handle, you have already ween you put the drag brakes on , no emergency brakes anymore. Problem solved. Also didn't I hear you say that Atco Drag Strio is going to closed because they sold the land for condo's? Let me Know if U would. Keep on moving Buddy!
Honestly he doesn't even need a built bottom end. There's one that ran an 8.0 on the stock bottom end.

Stangmode I've been a fan of the channel for a long time congratulation but you need to run that back and prove it. Especially in Drag Racing people will always say there's a difference between I touched the 8s and I'm consistently in the eight consistency is key.
