I eat, grassfed steak, Hamburgers, tartars, baked in Tallow that is also grassfed, Then i eat for example a whole broccoli, 6 eggs baked (not fully) i add on the broccoli Nutricional Yeast. When i ate it all i eat some macadamia nuts, some pecans and some pistachio's. all raw. and lastly i take an cod liver oil capsule. This all together makes that i can eat one meal a day. Even though i have heavy work i which i move the whole day, cleaning out stables from horses, feed them, after al is done, brush the floors, inside and outside etc. Works fine. And this diet i do now for 2 months because of your video's.

one of my favorites that's also quick to make. Costco has prepackaged hard boiled eggs that are organic and free range. Chop 4 of those, 1 3.5 oz can tuna, 4 TBSP avacado mayo (chosen or primal foods) and season to taste (try a bit of heat like cayanne). Put it on parm crisps crackers (I get at Frys). It's like 80g fat, 40 g protein and just a carb or two. I only eat half at a time, usually. No additives, wheat, hydrogenated oils or other crap. If you boil your own eggs, peel them while they are still a little warm. Makes it easier.
I eat tons of macadamian nuts.

the juice of a fresh lemon
4-5 cloves of garlic (I use the larger sections)

1/4 cup high quality olive oil
1/2 - 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt fine ground
      1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
I have a Mini chopper holds about 2 cups: I add garlic, basil and salt and lemon juice. Run the chopper till it's reduced to paste. Add the macadamia nuts and little at a time pulsing after each addition, then add the olive oil slowly as well. Pulse the chopper until you like the consistency and it looks everything is mixed well. I scrape it into a bowl and stir in the Parmesan cheese. The cheese is optional.

Those who loves deli, consider the Turkish home made sukuk. Very little sugar the rest from spices and groud beef mixture, you don't have to refrigerate it because all these spices kills bacteria. Tastes like salami if you add some garlic. Also you can substitute that small amount of sugar to Honey.

    Excerpts:
The calories in your keto diet should consist of about 10% carbs (5% of your carbs should be from vegetables), 20% protein, and 70% fat. This is about 3.5 times more fat than protein. But, really, we have to look at the weight because there is more condensed energy in fat than protein. Now, we’re looking at 1.56g of fat and 1g of protein. Having a higher fat to protein ratio can have many benefits.
    Fat : Protein ratios
    Egg: (add fat): 1 : 1
    Hamburger: 2 : 1

Last year Dr. Berg had a live session with Dr. Chris Knobbe, who talked about the devastating health effects of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) mostly found in seed oils, and the vast overconsumption of PUFAs, especially Omega 6 fatty acids in western diets. I find it very odd for Dr. Berg to recommend pecans which are very rich in Omega 6 (about 30% of fat in pecans is PUFA). Still a very big fan, I love how Dr Berg covers a huge field of health and nutrition topics with hardly any conflicting information! I also highly recommend checking out Dr. Chris Knobbe.

Hi Dr Berg. Dextrose is not a synthetic sugar. In chemistry, glucose exist in two molecular arrangements called Isomers, one is "D" and the other is "L". These are mirror images of each other. When you pass polarised light through a solution of glucose in water, the "d" form rotates the polarised light clockwise and the "l" form rotates the polarised light anticlockwise. Both forms are natural, the "D" form is more abundant. Dextrose is simply the naming convention for D glucose. You can find this in the US Pharmacopoeia. You can see the label in intravenous drip bags used in Hospitals. Other than that thank you for the excellent information you provide. You are inspirational. Cheers
