Give Tom an Oscar already! The only true movie star who always goes over and beyond to entertain us with film making.
He won 3 Golden Globes and he gave them all back, and he also refused to accept his latest Golden Globe, and refused to attend the event.
He needs to do a drama movie...and show he can act and cry for that!
The Pinkos, Commies, and Socialists in Tinseltown will not allow it. God forbid a man that has captivated audiences. and given a wonderful movie experience to millions for over 4 (FOUR) decades would ever be recognized for his achievements!!
Oscars are a joke mate but would be awesome to see him finally receive one.
I mean Jackie Chan and Leo Dicaprio go beyond as well
Tom seems so at home and happy in Australia doing his press junkets. Love seeing this guy happy. Hosts were very entertaining.
I think he genuinely gets a kick out of talking about these stunts and so on. He clearly has the passion for all aspects of it, from start to finish.

His eyes lit up when the interviewer told him that he is a sprinter. Gosh! I love Tom . He is so inspiring. I just feel like if I will even spend 10 minutes with him talking my life will be completely different in a good way. That is the kind of power he holds.
In short you see him as a kind of "deity" ?
I met him at the Jack Reacher premiere in London. He spent almost an hour greeting fans. He chatted with us, took a photo with us and wished us the best. I’ll never forget it. Also, f*ck these haters in the comments.
Special moment for Matt 'The Lunchbox' Shirvington. He was Australian national champion for the 100m sprint event from 1998 to 2002 inclusive and finished 5th in the 100m semi-final at the 2000 Olympics.
Guys, in all seriousness, he is a deity. He is the definition of a real life deity. Name another person who can captivate an audience like this, and bring so much happiness to people? He's changing the world. He's profoundly impacting the 9 billion people here, and he's showing people that you can be humble, and kind, and actually listen when others speak, even though he has every right to avoid interviews and ignore questions. He's a genuine role model, and we are lucky to have him here on the planet.
I get so tired of all the fools that perpetuate that other actors hate him and Scientology. bull. My son-in-law commented that he is a lesser person because of his beliefs and I told him *^#**&%$#$% News Flash we have a constitution that protects speech and freedom of religion, but he is a socialist lefty lawyer and that says it all!

Well, if they didn't allow, in a TV studio, the guest to speak and tell things, what would be the point of inviting someone for an interview ?
Of course then it is also up to the skill of the hosts to leave space for the guest and always let him finish talking and not like some who want to put themselves in the foreground by interrupting the guest often.

Australian interviewers are so much more casual and down to earth rather than American ones looking for drama and making the actor feel uncomfortable and having to read scripted questions. I admire that from Australia

He's so humble, you can see when he noticed the fans outside, he tried to wave at all of them then he put his hand on his chest, a very nice gesture of showing a deep gratitude
10:55 god i LOVE it when Tom does this, when he all but redirects the interview to talk about someone else instead of himself. the genuine excitable interest he has in hearing about other's accomplishments and the joy and respect he shows toward other people's successes is so wholesome and really displays his humility. what a wonderful person he is, to match his talent and skill.

Tom is a living legend, unmistakable in his job, no other actor on earth can equal his epic stunt, an actor who takes risks beyond human limit and defy physic law , he put his own life at the edge of death for us the audience to enjoy sitting confortablly in the theaters eating chips and enjoying the movie this dude is simply irreplaceable , the countdown for mission impossible dead reckoning is killing me can't wait !!!!

He doesn't just show up to do his scenes. He is involved in every aspect and wants to continue to learn! He loves his audience and wants to make sure our experience is amazing!
He said when he first started out in films he spent time with every person on the set to learn what they do - lighting, sound, make-up, costumes, editing - he learned the complete craft. He KNOWS movies.
They couldn't even mention The Last Samurai (which is probably one of the greatest movies ever made) in his list of blockbuster achievements.. That's how much of a legend Tom is

They shot that bike scene first as the result could do either way. If something terrible happened, at least they knew they could stop this film project.
@@catchylattice2981I'd say that Tom plans his stunts very carefully and rehearse quite a lot because of the insane complexity. Jackie is more crazy, not too much planning and just hopes for the best. Both are amazing and entertaining, they are at the peak 💪

YES. He has now become the biggest, most successful actor in history. And he's still in his prime, and has at least 5 more years left of being able to film these intense action movies. But even after that, we would all love to see him play some more serious roles, he has immense charisma and presence on screen.
