you are right.the empire is op because it can deploy almosts every kind of units gaining an acceptable quality. now it can deploy only infantry units with such great numbers, with such a good leadership, that he can keep the front of the army and sorround the enemy. this dinamic shouldn't happen. I think that there should be some kind ok weakness.... and this should be the infatry... the orks should smash the little skinny humans really faster... this is only my opinion ;)
Greatswords get rekted by any missile fire and cav charges. They don't have the resilient of black orcs or AP damage to deal with cavalry. They don't have the HP of black orcs to handle missile fire. Like damn they're anti-infantry infantry. They're supposed to slaughter infantry.
Much better play from Nhest this time, just a shame that Duck's infantry spam was unpredictable and so it was a mismatch of troops. Decision to flank up the hill by Nhest was good but executed a little too late, Azhag perhaps would have done better by landing and supporting Greenskin infantry in melee and with spells rather than pursuing the flying Empire units but it's hard to see what else he could have done. Good game.
Why did the Greenskins players bring 2 Savage Orks Boar Boys Big'hun instead of the regular ones? And why didn't he use is magic missiles on the Light Wizard.
Allso he charged spearmen in the rear, then stayed to duke it out. Wasting his cav. Would have ended sooner if Empire hadnt missed each and every chance to flank.
Damn, empire can win against greenskins with pure infantry? They don't have any weaknesses even if restricted to particular tactics. And they are the only faction with solutions against a vampire deathstar, other factions just get slaughtered by it.
Greenskins have an advantage infantry wise. Black Orcs will beat greatswords and are very resilient to demigryphs. Even the humble boyz will beat empire spears or swords easily. No empire player worth their salt is going to bring halberdiers. Plus Greenskins have access to lore of OP death. That alone makes them better than Empire. My tentative ranking for top three would be in order: 1) Vampires by a far margin. 2) Greenskins because lore of death 3) Empire, but extremely close to Greenskins due to extreme versatility A Greenskins vs Empire matchup comes up to player skill and build. Duck just got the element of surprise and won. Element of surprise is a skill in itself. Melee rush is easily dealt with if you know it's coming, especially with greenskins. If you don't on the other hand...

If you're going to nerf a faction, nerf Vampire Counts. They're the best by far.

Magic has destroyed Multiplayer cause it is not balanced and tweaked, at least for me
