Hello, thks for your video, it seem my issue , I have taken a video and solidwork loading registery and stop working. I try your renaming the subfolder solidworks I not done yet. Can you confirm me its going to solved my problem, Until that i will keep trying to rename that subfolder

Did anything change that caused the problem to show up? These issues can be difficult to diagnose so we would recommend reaching out to technical support.
Resetting the registry via the procedure in the video may help, you may also want to try logging in with a different Windows login, and making sure there are no real time antivirus or backup software that are causing the issue.
