I had one area in my mouth that continued to bleed regardless the amount of times I booked into my Oral hygienist. In 2018 I was diagnosed with H-Pylori infection and was prescribed Clarythromicin Amoxcilin and Pantoprazole. Not only did I cured my stomach infection but also the bleed in my mouth cleared up and I have not had bleeding gums since. Also, the foul taste in my mouth has gone. I would recommend to anyone who has chronic bad breath to get screened for H-Pylori infection. I have since been diagnosed with IBS which is pretty much my fault because I am not taking care of myself. My motivation was dealt a serious blow in 1967 when i acquired a brain injury after a car accident when I was 2.

I then got practiced on by dental students im like what are these dental offices doing! Ive felt your pain too ive had one laugh in next room go man this gal had bad teeth lets charge more. Now if i ever go to dentist i say only preventive care and only do what is in my insurance plan to cover and i do only lowest price either fix me help me out or i walk i can not afford high prices. But as teen i had one i pulled my parents into the office and said you talk to my parents first on it
Thank you for your insights! My gum has been bleeding for ages. I went to my dentist but he said my gums were fine. I failed a blood test before a blood donation event recently. I did not have enough red blood cell and iron. After watching your video, I guess I’m likely to have anemia.
@Usagitsukino I saw someone post that he eliminated processed foods, lowered sugary stuff (basically anything other than a mammade stuff..like sodas etc) and began to eat more meat and lot's of veggies.
I had bleeding gums for 30 years - went for deep cleanings and switched to a natural mouthwash -helped some but I found an oral surgeon who prescribed AVOX - an antibiotic ( I think it’s a version of amoxicillin) - I took it for 45 days - it cured me completely - I floss n brush as I always did and get cleanings every 4 months - now I have zero bleeding - zero bad breath - zero inflamed gums - changed my life - my mouth is totally healthy- very rare for a 64yo guy - I think I had an infection for years that was causing all my issues - it’s a miracle- best of luck
I used to have Periodontal disease for over 5 years. But now my dentist said I'm free. The key is everyday to brush and floss your teeth 2-3x a day. Highly recommended to use electric toothbrush, toothpaste I'm using Parodontax brand. Routinely go visit your dentist.
Don't over brush. Some people brush only once per day. I use baking soda when I brush in the morning, then I rinse my mouth for 1-2 minutes at night with 3% peroxide. Any sensitivity or bleeding I had in the past disappeared.
I wish my parents were more disciplined in me brushing my teeth. I hate to blame them but I was a bratty kid back then. Now my gums bleed when I brush my teeth. I saw a post of my crush and his 2 month girlfriend. When I saw it, I turned very sad. I just want to become pretty just for him. I hate myself for never taking care of my skin or teeth back then. I'm starting to drink water.... I miss coke. If you read this, I love you. I really do.
Thank u for this information! I have NEVER had a dentist talk to me about bleeding gums!! I'm now wondering if they really care, or just don't tell u in order for u to KEEP coming back! That's more money! Now I have a GOOD dentist!! He talks to me, answers all questions that I ask him!!
Yeah but you also have to remember there are microorganisms that help too and they’re very common in your mouth mostly all of them are passive and contribute to your digestion. Some bacteria are actually bad in which they are dormant or inactive meaning they are passive for now whenever an opening occur they will activate and turn on you. Always rinse your mouth with mouthwash as this tends to help. Also one more thing blame these assholes for making your breath smell bad.
This is really scary, but a good eye opener. Im definitely one with gum disease. I tend to bleed from my gums when i brush, but not as much as i used to. I learned that u shouldn't brush your teeth too hard either because that causes gum irritation and bleeding too. It also causes the gum to receed.
Yes. Brush your teeth with toothbrush hard is not good. Bleeding when flossing for the first few time are usually normal. Keep flossing daily (for a month) until your gum get use to flossing and the bleeding should stop when your gum is use to flossing daily. If it keeps 🩸, better make an appointment ASAP
I had bleeding gums for years. I tried everything. I tried flossing, constant brushing, exercise, massaging them, getting frequent cleanings, etc. but I could never get them to stop being infected. Then I saw Jordan Peterson on the Joe Rogan Podcast say that he cured his gingivitis with a carnivore diet. Started carnivore back in 2018, and have kept up with it for about 2 and a half years. This did the trick! I have completely healed, pink and healthy gums. What I have come to realize is that bleeding gums is caused my inflammation which is caused by eating a bad diet, or something else possibly like smoking, stress or exposure to toxic chemicals, or something like that. Certain foods we eat, like vegetable oils, sugar, processed food with preservatives and other man made chemicals cause inflammation in the body. Inflammation is a cause for many diseases, like heart disease. If you can reduce inflammation, you can cure many diseases. Once I started eliminating all of these man made foods from my diet, and basically began eating just meat and vegetables, not only did my bleeding gums completely heal, but I lost 30 pounds, lowered my blood pressure, reversed my metabolic syndrome, got rid of my irritable bowel syndrome and digestive problems, fixed my brain fog and increased my energy level. I'm convinced that most gum disease is caused by a bad diet. The Paleo, Keto and Carnivore diets are based on natural, evolutionary foods. Eat real food and watch your gum disease disappear...
1/5 Hydrogen peroxide 3% Mixed with 4/5 water. Keep some of it in your mputh and use an interdental brush. Lots of meat causes cancer and heart disease.
my friend also having same problem is suffering from gum diseases , her gums are swollen, puffy, bleed easily, inflamed . she tried one toothpaste her gums are rid away from these problems and now she is having a healthy oral health.

I used a natural cinnamon toothpaste and it completely stopped my bleeding gums in just days after months and months of bleeding gums. Cinnamon is amazing!
Cool! I've seen that brand online but stores here don't carry it so would have to get it online. I do use Vicco which is a herbal toothpaste from India.

I like this video and I'll try the ingredients thing for the bleeding gums but I want to check this out with my family doctor. Thank you for this
Food Forever hey I have a tip for you. My gums used to bleed alot when I brushed them but trust me you can sort it with a short amount of time . If you brush twice a day that doesn't help, well I mean it does but you also have to floss, so I would recommend you floss once a day and do that at night after brushing. When brushing divide your mouth into 4. And in each quarter brush for 30 seconds then move to the next quarter until you've done it. Flossing really helped me, cos last week I went to the dentist and they said make sure to floss. So I started flossing last Monday and after 2 to 3 days my gums stopped bleeding completely. I hope this helps you
my teeth have recovered after stopping sugar-eating and starting to take mineral powder regularly. But one thing I still have every day when brushing teeth is gums bleeding. Ok I will listen carefully here . Thank you Dr. Nemeth

Hi I’m from Michigan and this helped me a lot, I currently have braces on and that make it soooo much harder to brush. This has led to gum damage. I got really considered when I noticed that the gums around my 2 front teeth where rapidly receding. This video helped a lot and I’m on my way home rn to try the salt and baking soda.
I not sure who to believe myself, I need a in depth explanation on how these squiggles things can lead to blood. Cause plaque over time that cause gum recess that lead to bleeding.???
Brush always with SENSODYNE ORIGINAL and the Strontium Chloride in it WILL stop bleeding gums. Tried n tested. Amazing results. Remember, Sensodyne Original(red color cover) and not any other Sensodyne.
I had bleeding gums for 12 years. Finally what cured it was a DEEP CLEANING . I had to much tart and plaque underneath of my teeth and gums plus bacteria. Now thanks god I haven't bleeding anymore and my gums are now healthier and have a pink color when they used to be red .

What dentist never tell you is it’s also a result of being deficient in minerals and nutrients. Most have some type of malabsorption apart from not cleaning properly on a regular basis
Theres no need to fear the dentist! Often times, dentists will give you nitrous, or even better, IV sedation to make the experience more comfortable for you.
Sharnette Burns shame on you, I bet even writing that comment took a lot for her. She’s scared, embarrassed and ashamed. And what do you offer? Nothing at all but negativity. As if she hasn’t done that to herself enough.
Jakjak Cartalla Jaljak, I wanted to write to you to encourage you to go see a dentist. I was in the same boat. Five years plus since I had been to see one. And you know what? It wasn’t as bad as I thought. They helped me and came up with a care plan. I have two appointments next week for fillings and crowns. You can do this! Feel the fear and do it anyways. Please message me if you need support or someone to talk to. Much love.
Get yourself a waterpik and do water flossing with mixed water and mouthwash right every night and morning in your case. You'll be amazed by the transformation after two weeks. Floss your teeth after the water flossing using an interdental brush and a dental floss covered with toothpaste followed by cleaning your tongue with a tongue scraper covered with toothpaste. Before bedtime, smear your teeth and gum with toothpaste. You'll be amazed by the transformation.
Try peroxide .. you can get it in the pharmacy .. I am using it for one year and no more bleeding .. only you have be gentle coz even brushing your teeth might cause bleeding of gums 😉.. fingers crossed
Perio dailyt defense gel/ hydrogen peroxide gel, using perio trays. The gel is sent into the gum pockets to kill the bacteria!!!! twice a day 10-15 min each time! That's what I use for my 6mm pockets!
Yes, bleeding gums are never normal. I've had this problem for quiet sometime til I realized I should simply start flossing 😅 I used to think it wasn't that important and that I just have sensitive gums but I learnt the hard way when my gums suddenly got swollen and very red to the point of not being able to eat... Take your gums health seriously guys, we need those teeth to stay here with us as long as possible lol
I got problems with my gums just like 3 months after getting braces. The main problem is where my teeth is shifting and there my orthodontist put some extra elastic what I can't change. I use electric toothbrush and now I use parodontax, which is specifically for bleeding gums, waterpik. I will try this tips too.
I been suffering from bleeding gums for about 2 years even after switching to bleeding gums oral care products. I find that the stuff helps but doesn't completely stop the gums from bleeding. I'm seeing a new dentist later this month for a cleaning. Hopefully they will be able to treat my gingivitis unlike the place here. I switched because the other place accepts my insurance. I do use Vicco toothpaste, Vicco tooth powder and Natural Dentist mouthwash which are products that are suppose to be good for bleeding gums. Corsodyl works as well but I try to support companies that don't do animal testing.
i wanna say that you DO not need to panic, you need to act yes. but with quick care and lpts of effort even a huge amount of bleeding can be stopped in a week. i’ve had it before and now again because of depressive bad self care habits i’m still stuck to but with a lot of care and suffering i always end up beating the bacteria quite quickly
What if a person haven’t flossed their entire lives and started flossing recently, wouldn’t their gums start bleeding and after a few days of regular flossing the bleeding will stop?
It's possible if you floss regularly, the bleeding can stop but will return if you haven't floss in a long while. Just stating based on my experience. I have a terrible habit of doing good for awhile but then slacked off.

I'm glad I got my blood sugar at 70 my mouth was bleeding and it stop I been brushing three times a day please make sure ur blood sugar is at 150 below
If you brush your teeth with baking soda and salt twice a day, wouldn't that be too abrasive and cause abrasions on your teeth, creating a new, huge problem?
We recommend using this treatment once per day until you see the results you want. Then you should come down to twice a week just to maintain them at the level you want :)

Nice. My gums have been itching and bleeding so often since as far back I can remember, that I have just given up and let it fester. It is clear that I have not been doing it right. I struggle with depression which effects my motivation to take care of myself. I don’t brush my teeth as much as I should because I don’t have the motivation. In the mornings, I usually just eat or drink something to get rid of the bad morning taste. Today, I decided to brush my teeth for the first time in a couple months (this is something I’m very insecure about). I noticed bleeding. So note to self, no matter how depressed and unmotivated you are, you should still take care of your self because you’ll feel better and have better physical health, not just mentally.
Back in my high school days I have a severe gingivitis which leads to bleeding of my gums I always thought it was very normal because sometimes brushing makes my gums bleed even flossing but I go to my dentist for check up then he recommends me to have a deep cleaning it maybe expensive here in our country Philippines but giving up was not an option I had my deep cleaning session and after that I feel great days and weeks passes by I always maintained healthy dental care at home and it worked my gums are back to normal just don't skip flossing everyday and brushing ....
did flossing really help that much? i mean my gum just swelled up today and brushed my teeth which caused a small section to bleed. about to book an appointment right now. i hope the swelling reduces
I just started flossing again and it seems to be that when ever I stop flossing for a few weeks my gums bleed but within 1-3 times of flossing they stop bleeding
It's important to floss consistently! instead of starting and stopping every few weeks, try to make it a part of your nightly routine to prevent bleeding!

I never bled until I got my braces. Since then when I floss I can't even use my waterpik because my gums are so inflamed. Any tips on how to calm down the inflammation?
I clicked on this to confirm my belief that you would not once mention increasing dietary Vitamin C to improve gum health and of course, because you're a dyed in the wool professional you made ZERO mention of vitamin C. Bravo! Vitamin C deficits are, I believe, extremely common but people don't realize they have that deficit. There is no point in increasing one's cleaning aggressiveness if you also have a vitamin c deficiency. There is no point to building the finest house on a foundation of sand; you'll think you're achieving something for a while until reality sets in with a more encompassing message.
After watching this video, I realise my gum was bleeding possibly because I had too much bacteria in my mouth (I brush my teeth once every day). Another indication is pericoronitis (swelling near wisdom teeth) and my teeth hurt whenever I try to chew (recently). Simply brushing my teeth twice a day and using mouthwash (most of them ask you to hold for 30s but I hold for 1 minute lol) fixes the problem. Now I hardly see any blood when brushing teeth and my teeth don't hurt anymore
i’ve been using floss, mouthwash, and brushing my teeth twice a day for almost a year now and it doesn’t seem to help.. any suggestions? also what does a cut on the gums indicate? the cut wasn’t always there, very sudden, and is a bit painful. not sure if i should get it checked out
Thanks God, my gum was bleeding when ever I bruse my teeth, I worked hard by brusing flossing every day and water and salt. Now the bleeding stop I feel better.🙏🙏🙏
I had bleeding gum issue so bad they would bleed if i washed my face. Any pressure on cheeks would make gums bleed. For two days i brushed my teeth n i still bled the same. So i mixed quarter to half tea spoon baking soda into two mouthfuls of water. After brushing i rinsed my mouth about five mins using both mouthfuls . And in exactly two days bleeding stopped. Trick is to rinse longer. My red gums r pretty pink just in four days.
A little bit of blood is definitely common, but it is not healthy! Just because many people have bleeding gums does not mean that it is normal or healthy. Make sure you floss regularly, it will reduce the amount of blood that you'll find.

@@jenniferbassfirstchannel anytime I've gone to a dentist I left in way more pain than I ever went in with and my last experience was a borderline nightmare.. they root canaled the wrong tooth then another tooth was drilled so deep that it actually broke in half (even though I had absolutely no pain not even sensitivity in that tooth prior to going to the dentist)
I could probably have a lawsuit with the things that I've experienced and this has been since I was young.. my first bad experience I was a teenager but not one dentist or hygienist ever helped me to learn what I was doing wrong or how to fix it.. all they did was stab, drill, pull and they would humiliate me.

Great advice!
Please is it advisable to clean my teeth in the dentist
Don't over brush. Some people brush only once per day. I use baking soda when I brush in the morning, then I rinse my mouth for 1-2 minutes at night with 3% peroxide. Any sensitivity or bleeding I had in the past disappeared.

That microscopic view of the micro organisms in between teeth makes me shudder.
@@josephrnemeth Damn
It's in the gums not teeth...but yeah creepy
It's in your armpits too
Yeah but you also have to remember there are microorganisms that help too and they’re very common in your mouth mostly all of them are passive and contribute to your digestion.
Some bacteria are actually bad in which they are dormant or inactive meaning they are passive for now whenever an opening occur they will activate and turn on you.
Always rinse your mouth with mouthwash as this tends to help.
Also one more thing blame these assholes for making your breath smell bad.
🤢... Que maldito asco😬
