It's so nice to have a good neighbor to split a pallet of grain with. Great farm management. 👍 How are the beefy boys handling the hot weather? Take care
$5 for 2 boxes of organic tomatoes!! Dang that is dirt cheap!! Heck that is a steal!!! If you plan on lifting anything heavier what I would do would be to replace that 6x6 wood beam with a steel I beam to mount the hoist to.
Oh my, the noise those pigs make when eating tomatoes is lovely. I'm not a fan of when humans make a ton of noise eating, but those cute little creatures make it adorable. LOL! 🙂
80 MORE meat birds?!? That's awesome 😎👍! Have you considered partnering with some local restaurants? I'm sure being from Asheville you certainly could! The food scene here is all about 'farm to table '! You all never cease to AMAZE me! 🐮🐮🐷🐷🐓🐔🐔🐔🐔🐣🐤🐣🐤🍅🍅🍅🍅🍗🍗🍗🍽️
WOW 👏 THE WRENCH. jason you're the best with your ideas. The homestead is really flourishing. If you butcher your beef. That will be awesome. Your wife is like a teenager over the tomatoes. More cooking from her. Marvelous content 👌 watching from England.
Great Ideas with the winch on the farm beam. I believe you going to have to get you a movable pulley to add along with the winch. Adding a pulley no matter what your weight capacity of the winch let's you lift more easily
well now that u know the winch works, you can stick your feed barrels on top of pallets, use the pallet jack, grab a barrel with it, go refill the barrel when u get a new 2k lb tote, repeat that process till you got it half empty, then winch it off your trailer onto a pallet or straight onto your neighbors trailer, no need for a tractor then, might be a longer process but least you won't have to worry about it getting stuck on the trailer anymore or worry about damaging the trailer.
HELLO. You're GREATEST TEACHER'S🀄🀄🀄❗👍🇺🇸🤟🌹🌹🌻. Your dad is the greatest ❗❗🀄 He is trying MANY NEW THINGS. YOU'RE AMAZING being on the roof. I tried it in my Mid 30's. Did NOT like it. Rather plane glide❗ Much more fun and comfortable. L.O.L. Your a family team. LOVE to MOM ❗
The Cherokee purple didn’t look fully ripe yet! They should look deep red/purple all the way to the stem. It’s my favorite but only when fully ripe. That was a great deal though!
Cool farm, looks like its working out for yas. I also home your pigs get pregnant, i think they are pretty cool. I'd hate to see ya have to sell em, but ya gotta do whats best. ❤️🙏
As a follower of the channel for quite a while now for what ever the reason the last few videos have far less than what you might normally provide in your content or it just maybe 🤔 that because you are now at a larger property I'm expecting a bit more and maybe that's wrong of me.. but I know that I have seen amazing accomplishments from you and your family when at the small property. Sow the Land l still believe in you all.
Howdy y'all ~ thats alot of chicken meat rotation... do you sell some or eat them all yourself?🐣🐔🐥🐓 I'm an office worker in accounting and trying to understand your numbers 😂 I have no idea how it works but you're a small family... with a big appetite?
As much as I am impressed by stuff like this and do parts of it myself too... Don't you guys feel sad for chickens like cornish cross? Bred just to grow unnaturally big and die in two months? I get that it's effective and they live comparatively good lives but... It makes me feel so sad for them. It's not a criticism of you guys, just looking for emotional insight. Spare me any spiteful comments please.
I don't speak "goose", but I'm pretty sure that goose was swearing at you!
🤣😂🤣😂
There were definitely some goose bad words in there.
I like your inlaws. You sure have a nice family.
I love how Lorraine was so excited about tomatoes! 🤣🤗😍
L and her excitement about the tomatoes is a whole mood.🤣🧡
You are lucky- you have an awesome Father in Law!
Lovely.
LoL the piggies eating tomatoes. They are getting so big. Glad that beam held the winch and feed bag. Good job. 💞
It's so nice to have a good neighbor to split a pallet of grain with. Great farm management. 👍 How are the beefy boys handling the hot weather? Take care

Who knew you could turn tomatoes into bacon. 😆
That goose is saying ... leave me alone.. 😁
Oh my, the noise those pigs make when eating tomatoes is lovely. I'm not a fan of when humans make a ton of noise eating, but those cute little creatures make it adorable. LOL! 🙂
Great success w the winch! And such a deal on the tomatoes!! 🍅🍅🍅
Michigan Marcia here. Oh the sound of slurping pigs is hysterical!!

Wow you really needed that winch lifter thingy! What a back saver for so many things! And those tomatoes looked so yummy!!(
I wish I had the ability and knowledge to do this homestead life. Love the videos, keep sharing with us !!
Yes, you are a farm.. you are doing it.. Good for you. You are hard working people with grit! Love your videos.
Thanks for sharing and continued success to you on the new farm!
Great job guys! If you want to use that place on the barn for heavy lifting, put some extra bracing there for good measure.
So nice when a system or tool does exactly what you want it to! Those tomatoes look scrumptious
Gotta love it when a good plan comes together!
I would love seeing more pig content... you have a couple of the cutest pigs EVER! They are hilarious the way they grunt and snort.. just love them!
I love cherokee purple. I grew them last year because of Jess at Roots and refuge. I planted more this year! 😄
I heard the sound of joy coming from those pigs eating tomatoes!
Amazing how you guys have resurrected and recreated the property. My wife and I are happy for you guys!
WOW 👏 THE WRENCH. jason you're the best with your ideas. The homestead is really flourishing. If you butcher your beef. That will be awesome. Your wife is like a teenager over the tomatoes. More cooking from her. Marvelous content 👌 watching from England.
Love those piggies!
I love the Cheerokee and Chicolate tomatoes.
Seeing your pigs eating the tomatoes made me think of bacon and tomato sandwiches. Yum!
That's awesome to be able to use your winch!
enjoyed the video moving of the baby chicks and guard goose and the lifting of the feed
Loved watching the pigs enjoying the tomatoes
Those pigs are a hoot!! Everyone loves a deal; great job on the tomatoes!!! Can’t wait to eat one of my own!!
Lot of tomatoes wow
Think of all those volunteer tomato plants where the pigs are!
Good luck
I recommend beefing up the supports for the winch. Be safe. The tomatoes looked great, hope you saved some seeds. Have a great day 🌤 😀.
Great Ideas with the winch on the farm beam. I believe you going to have to get you a movable pulley to add along with the winch. Adding a pulley no matter what your weight capacity of the winch let's you lift more easily
Oooo... those tomatoes 🍅looked so good😋😋😋
Oh the piggies loved those tomatoes
Just had a thought , this fall go to a ski swap ,buy some junky skis and use them as skids for your chicken tractor.
Such happy piggies!
Now for the pigs to pass those tomato seeds in to the ground!!! YEAH!!
We like the Cherokee purple too. God bless
Save those tomato seeds!
Oh my that will make things so much easier
Safe to say the pigs like tomatoes 😂, what a treat.
Those pigs are so cute
hey you built a gantry crane in your barn like i suggested last time. yay.
Thank you
I do believe that goose was swearing

Love it! Keep up the good work. How do we sign up for a chicken processing class there?
Probably sounds crazy, but I love watching pigs eat. I stand and watch them at feeding time. Humans, not so much 😉.
Those tomatoes looked yummy 😋😋😋
HELLO. You're GREATEST TEACHER'S🀄🀄🀄❗👍🇺🇸🤟🌹🌹🌻
Tks for video. Much love from Lenoir NC
It's like he was warning the chickens. Beware you're next.
I was thinking the yellow and red tomato looks like one we have, ours is called a pineapple.
Have you considered using a poultry hook for catching the chickens. As many as you raise it may be worth the investment.
Remember to look back when you end up with tomatoes where the pigs were. hehe
If you had a head of lettuce and some bread in that bucket i would of sworn you were thinking of BLTs.. 🤣
Do you add a water container for the Goose????
Piggies seem to like the Cherokee Purple best…
Be safe be well and best of luck
Nice!
heya that was a good test for the rangs
Did you find those tomatoes at your local farmers market?
How do you find your organic produce??
Omg with a bit of salt I’d eat n b happy
Having PIGGIES ((nothing)) goes to WASTE !!!!!!!! LOL

Your professional at butchering
How much did the chicken feed cost?
Work smarter,. Not harder
wow wtg with feed!
I can't get my pigs to eat tomatoes. They love cucumber and zucchini but won't touch tomatoes. I'm jealous.
I meant to ask, is there anything that the 🐖🐖 pigs will NOT eat?🤔I heard somewhere that they will not eat cucumbers...is that true? Thank you 😊👍!
👍👍
TOMATOES AND SALT!!!
There are no better tomatoes in Cherokee purple

I can only fit so much in a day. Geez! The reality is that it’s impossible to film everything we do here.
Imagine trying to harvest a 1.500 lbs Yorkshire pig. I’m in SE Georgia an I need assistance asap
💚🌞

Your taste test wasn’t fair! Everyone should have rinsed their mouth out with water after each bite.
🙏🏻❤👍🏻😃
