    Hello Mem meriko Liver aur ges ki problem h 1 sal se jada huya . Jiske baje subha latrin clear nhi huya aur rosh subha pesabka rang pila rangka nikalta h. Pet bhi samko pula pula rental h kamar ME dard aur jalan bhi hoti tora tora. T uskeliya kya karna h ?

    I have been detected with thrombosis of right transverse-sigmoid sinuses and undergoing treatment with an anti-coagulant for last 5 months.
    Do you recommend any yoga practices to overcome this issue so that it doesn’t recur……
