I lived in a studio apartment in the Mansion House around 1978, my first apartment out of college. I didn't have a balcony but I overlooked the Arch. I lived there with my Scottie dog. It was awesome. There was a row of nightclubs right out the door of the building where I would meet people. Would go down the elevator to walk my little dog and shop at a Schnucks store downtown on Olive St. Don't think there was a fitness center then. I was wondering how this place was doing now.

They have a website. When I lived there long ago the prices varied depending on whether you were in a studio apartment, 1 bedroom apartment, 2 bedroom apartment or a penthouse and also varied by floor. The higher floors cost more at the time and there are 29 floors total. Their website currently lists a 500 square foot studio apartment as starting at $719.00 per month.
