Bravo David!!!...BRAVO!!!!!!!..... David... John and I would like to apologize for not being on here so much. Our Country is being run down the toilet by Greedy politicians....and times are getting harder and harder. The only relief we have is watching You. But soon we may have to give up our Internet..but we have Libraries that offer Internet....and we visit them as much as we can. Life is getting more difficult here in America....even though News broadcasts will not report this fact. This Tutorial was the BEST so far David!!!......You will ALWAYS be remembered by our Family because we save your videos to watch whenever we want to learn more of the jdxi. People say a Man is judged by the Friends that he has....we have never met you....but John and I truly have a wonderful feeling when we see You and consider you a Friend. God Bless You and the people you love.
Hi Jaime & John, lovely to hear from you and thanks for you wonderful words. They truly make all the effort worthwhile! I'm sorry to hear about your situation over there in the States. We have a few friends dotted over the USA and hear varying reports about the state of the country. I do hope things start to improve. Our economy over here in the UK is not good either. So glad I have my music hobby, going out now is becoming a luxury! I do hope you manage to keep on-line and I wish you and John the very best from this side of the pond. Take care, David 🎹🎶👍
Hi David ,absolutely loved some of the sounds put together on both jdxi and juno.i will have a go at this one but i think i will prob be here till next summer lol 😊.keep them coming mate it really makes my day when i turn on youtube and see a new track from you.take care and hope to hear more very soon.
Hi Terry, great to hear from you and many thanks for your terrific comments. That old Juno-D does have some excellent sounds! I've a few new tracks on the go right now, so hopefully I'll be uploading some more videos soon. All the very best, David 🎹🎶👍
Hiya Dave parts 1& 2 done and sounding great except 1 problem ,is there a way to layer the part 2of2 onto parts 1of 2, for example I play the main sound on a Korg Kross 2 and use the jd-x- for backing sounds but trying to play the part 2 (descending sequence) with a touch of a button whilst maintaining the rest. Regards @@DavidGordonJDXi
Hi Lloyd, glad to hear that you're having a go at this. Do you have a sampler? As there are only two of these descending sequences, you could sample them and play them in that way. Best of luck 🎹🎶👍
Dave all sorted using the Korg sequencer (with help from the Korg forum) descending sequence can now be played using the foot switch. Thank You so much for your help and looking forward to more videos 👍👍@@DavidGordonJDXi
That's brilliant Lloyd, thanks for letting me know. Always glad to help out a fellow musician. I hope to upload some new music soon. All the best, David 🎹🎶👍
Nice one dave will have to get myself a 8 track would be very hard to do this with out keep them coming did you ever have a go at situation by yazoo would be a great song choice 😊😊😊
Being able to layer the tracks does make the difference and they're not too expensive. I will have a go at working out the sequences for Situation, it is a great track. It's on the list. Many thanks for your comments Joe. All the best, David 🎹🎶👍
