  • Now unavailable, here are the 20 studies by Fernando Sor, played by the Monster of Molten Metal, the Australian God of the Guitar, the Ultimate Shredding Machine, John Williams.

    No 16. from op. 29 is very hard. Left hand is very difficult make fingering. Descending sequences

    Exactly. but it gets rather confusing.an example from a metal standpoint.you cant go to a death or black metal video without saying the wrong word and getting chewed out.i go buy emotion.john cage in the mourning,darkthrone in the afternoon and lee scratch perry before bed.again i apologize for the grammar

    i'm so glad to find this. i made it up to 13 years ago. i lost the music so i guess i'm gonna go try and find it again. beautifully mello and relaxing to listen to as well as play. sor is my favorite classical guitar composer. the beethovin of guitar so they say.

    we can say that they get more difficult as you go on but not exactly for instance i believe that the 12th stude is more difficult than this one ,but generally they're getting more complicated.I dunno know at what level you are right know ,but practicing these etudes is a wonderfu tool,every study you finish gets you further and the result will be obvious .
    if any other opinions i will be glad to see them!Good luck

      Yes, I agree they don't necessarily get more difficult. 12 is a fiend especially at speed.

    wild raunchy head banging mosh pit genius guitarist like mr williams at his most outrageous pinnacle ..... he's an aussie rock legend .....its the screech and whine of the tremolo and sound distortion that makes him great...... he can make a guitar sound like a guitar , no bull

    just want to rectify remark i made, these study's are played well but every now and again go out of tune, i think the belt of the original record player must of been slipping
