This... might by my favorite of all twenty three...??? maybe..??? and Thomas... you play this SOOO beautifully!!! every notes sings... taper off phrases... just a little lite rubato where needed... and your sound... so warm and pure... Mozart would have LOVED this performance!!!!!
It's a tribute to the astonishing intricacy of Mozart's orchestration and the boundless fertility of his musical imagination that this actually works as a chamber performance. Beautifully played too, especially by Beijer who seems alert to every detail that passes under his fingers.

If I remember correctly, Charles Rosen wrote that Mozart used to "advertise" as "a quattro" some of his piano concerts for chamber group . Its easier to sell these scores. They are more suitable for domestic use.

Very good, but sorry, I prefer a real orchestra, and not only when the pianist plays. The work is not chamber music, it is in the spirit of a concerto.
