Blemishine the war criminal, one of the few units than can attack a sleeping enemy. She has a good enough heal to self sustain with S2, and enough damage so she doesn't need too much support. IMO, the best thing she can give you is the ability to make skills that charge after getting hit (defensive charging i.e. Mudrock s2) also charge after attacking
Blemishine is one of my favorite defenders, she has synergy with everyone who has defensive recovery (skills that only charge when the operator gets hit) like Mudrock. She will be a core component if you want to build a Sleep team as she's the only unit who can attack sleeping enemies. Blemishine also has high atk like a Guard and her S3 skill can forcibly heal enmity units like Perfumer's regen.
she does a mix of healing, tanking and dps, but as a result is kinda mid at all of them. these days she's mainly used as an sp battery for penance and mudrock. It's an upgrade compared to spot for sure though.
Blemishine is a guardian defender who relies on a status effect to deal the most damage Her talent 1 gives 1SP to operators who have a defensive recovery skill when she attacks (including herself) Her talent 2 allows her to attack sleeping enemies and changes her target priority to sleeping enemies and increases her damage against them Her skill 1 is your normal guardian defender skill and buffs her next attack Her skill 2 is a 10 second duration defensive recovery skill that increases her attack and puts enemies to sleep if they're on the same tile as her and heals per second based on her attack and the healing has phalanx range Skill 3 is a 30 second duration (at M3) defensive recovery skill that increases her attack and defense and gives her an additional percentage of arts damage and heals operators that aren't herself when she attacks if I'm reading correctly (I assume it's the healing that has phalanx range) She also got an X (increases healing for lower HP targets) and Y (decreases damage taken) module
@@sergiomatheus3392 I think op misunderstood the talent, it should be "operators who have a defensive recovery also gain sp from attacking" or something along that line.
Blemi is the jack of all trades master of none. Since you already have an E2 Wisadel you're already set in the damage department so tanking and utility would be great for you which blemishine is great at
Congrats, Blemishine is good unit that can tank, heal, kill & support but her stat (HP, def & res) is slightly worse than Wisadel's crystal turret lol Also RIP Faust, boy doesn't deserve to die.

0:44 if you place Gummy like that, Lappland will not be able to attack her lane. It can help in case you need Lappland to focus on her own lane, but generally, it's a bad move.
Speaking of 6-5 and Walter, one of the things I wanted to try, and also did, when I got her was soloing 6-5 with just her. Yes, she can deal enough damage just by herself (mine is E2 90 mod3 pot1) while also letting her summons tank the damage from the throwers. She is just too strong. I remember having trouble with 6-5 back in the day when I was a new player so I was looking forward to that stage. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that he cleared it so quickly. His operators are decently strong, and he is picking up strategies quite quickly, for example using operators who can slow against the enemies who lose HP over time. So, it's not just that he has good operators but he is also able to think, and doesn't give up easily. Those are some of the reasons why I find his Arknights journey interesting to watch.
Blemishine is a good operator, should propably take spot´s place on the team. Also Lutonada isn´t "squishy", those enemies just hit like a truck and she can´t be healed by ordinary means, which make it seem like she dies fast, she´s best used against low-mid strength enemies, not as a main tank.
Building some real defenders is going to be a life-changing experience. You like to use stall-and-kill tactics with lots of medics and defenders, but at this stage of the game operators like cardigan and beagle might as well be made of tissue paper. Early chapters the elite enemies have ATK in the 500-600 range, and a defender with ~400 DEF can do a decent job since they're only taking 100-200 damage a hit. At this point a lot of enemies are going to be hitting for over 1K, and so a defender like Beagle is taking 600-1,000 damage in a hit. An enemy that might hit Beagle or Spot for 600-700 damage would do 50 damage to Cuora or Bubble.
Blemishine is a 6 star variation of healing defender. Her kit has defensive and offensive recovery skills. Which means they charge when hit or hitting the enemy. Her kit is a bit squishy for a defender while doing respectable damage. Lemme go look up her stats. At e2 60 module level 1 she has around 600 defense and 15% DR. So if enemies are pounding her with attack less than that she can get her skill off easily, and heal and kill with 1235 attack. So for mobs with less than 800 attack she'll be fine. Gets a bit hard to use her much above that, to put into terms, the regular bonethrowers with the 750 attack, not really a problem, and the red ones with 1050 attack, on 6-5, she was fine with perfumer on her from the regular mobs, but the red mobs required me to use her skills with good timing for her to survive.
His bind chance at E1 with just his S1 is only 25% per hit, which is not even remotely reliable. The DoT it adds is only 70 dps for 4s. His S2 increases the bind to 62.5% and bumps his ATK by over 300, which means each hit is doing more damage than the DoT adds in total. The one use case of his S1 is against enemies that ignore damage and die based on getting hit a specific number of times. Otherwise his S2 is better in 95% of situations where you'd use Ethan. Once you get his module then the difference becomes astronomical since his bind chance with S2 activated shoots up to 83%, the skill lasts 30s, and costs only 25SP.
Orchid and Ethan stonks rising once more. Who needs damage when you can just stall the enemy until they fall over from old age. Blemishine is... fine? She's a Guardian which is a natively strong archetype, and a 6-star so she comes with the raw stats to back it up, but she's held back by a somewhat experimental kit that doesn't come together quite as well as it could (and the three years of powercreep that happened since her release). Then again, being left behind by more well-tuned or overall effective units doesn't matter all that much if you don't actually _have_ any of those characters, and she's definitely a more competent role player than Spot if you just want a melee healer. If you feel like you're doing well on DPS options, I'd say she's worth some consideration.
"we need more healers" No, I'll give you a better solution "You need to E2 you healers". More people on battlefield means it will eat more of your deployment limit.
A better solution would be better defenders that need way, way less healing, and better DPS so the enemies die faster and thus deal way less damage in the first place. A good defender taking 300 less damage per hit is the same as a healer healing for 300 more. An enemy who dies before it can do 1k damage is the same as a healer healing for 1k more. In practice the amount of extra healing E2'ing a healer provides is much less than the reduction in damage taken with stronger defenders/DPS. I'd actually say that healers are fairly low priority for using resources to E2 until you at least have your DPS in a good place. Cuora alone could replace what Quirk is using 3 operators to do right now.
no fucking way that bro got a blemi going for dps lmao she is a good dmg dealer dont get me wrong, big spot upgrade for damn sure but iirc only her s3 deals good dmg
what do you think about the new 6 operator?
