You showed peoples phone numbers and names on the screen in the car.
Americans can't fit in the Fit thanks to fast food everywhere. You can't fit a family of 5 on a Honda scooter here in SE Asia.
Changli is cheaper.

Bought one new in 2004 when I lived in the UK. Manual transmission. Gearbox crapped out after 90,000 miles when it was just out of warranty. The dealer I bought from agreed to replace but at great cost to myself. Contacted Honda UK. The guy I spoke with was very concerned. He made contact with the dealer and told them to repair it, and Honda UK would cover the cost. Very happy and relieved.
Would that be England
@@ValleyProud916
Maybe, England is part of The United Kingdom. Ireland, Scotland... Probably 1 or 2 more.
Smart to contact the company directly. Great of the company to stand by their product when the dealer wouldn't.
@ValleyProud916 yeah, England, where I was living at the time. The Honda dealer was in Stockport. I bought the car there and it was also regularly serviced by them.
The Honda rep probably wanted the dealer to send his engineers the failed parts
I have a 2016 Fit, and I have never stopped loving it. It's such a joy to drive my little go kart every day.
Yup me too exactly, Model & year. I didn't know and am glad we got the model that came after the CVT mechanical fix, not just a software fix.
I just got a 2016 with 59k miles to get me through college. I’m hoping it gives me at least two year of 0 problems until I’m done with school.
I’m in Montreal and am looking to buy a used Hanoda Fit LX 2015 with about 92,000 miles
What this a good year for this make and model?
Thanks
@@Lukkas1996 You'll be fine... my 2015 has 253,000 miles
I actually like the plastic under trays because it's helping keep the engine and gearbox clean from road salt and dirt.
Most of them don't need to remove to change oil.
I agree. Yes it’s a pain for most mechanics but my 2006 Honda Accord is rusting like crazy around the bottom of the engine (suspension, body, etc.) because there’s no plastic shields covering the exposed metal.
And intruding zombie cats... 😂
I have a 2007 with 220k miles. My favorite car in the world. Literally only have changed oil, brakes, and tires. It even has PADDLE SHIFTERS. Much fun.
Theyre awesome cars, but you should have got a 5 spd...theyre more fun... and youve never changed the tranny fluid??
@@richsweeney1115I had to pass ours down to my 16 year old daughter. Manual transmission, I feel it makes for better drivers. I did the same with my son. 2008 with 168k or so. But the engine seems like it'll go forever. I did have the clutch replaced. In Tijuana so I got a deal. And so far so good. Obviously coil packs spark plugs are a normal wear and tear replacement. I have run this little car as rough as one should to be safe. It is also v-tech
@@richsweeney1115 I have a 07 sport (auto with a 5spd) does the sport with a manual not come with a 5?
@@werhujipnksdfujpa That one had a 5 speed manual also. I'm still sad I didn't hold out for one and instead got the automatic. The paddle shifters are fun, but manuals are better in every way.
Our 2015 manual Fit has 133,000 miles, runs great, 40mpg when I drive it. Only the push-button needed to have the contacts cleaned, which my son and I did in a half hour. Great car!
I've camped out of my Fit or about a week. Just stopped off at roadside parks when it was over a hundred Fahrenheit in Nebraska but got to Wyoming and nearly froze. I loved my Honda Fit
I miss the Honda Fit! One of the best vehicles ever made…period! Lots of room, great reliability, extremely good gas mileage!
Thanks a bunch for sharing your knowledge and experience. I'm 71, and used to do most my own repairs. Not so much anymore, but still enjoy learning and understanding new technology.
i camped in my 2010 Fit for 3 months, giant interior, more space than a crosstrek, never broke down once. Zero issues. went cross country without fear. still have it with 230k miles and is nimble as hell around town, great handling
My wife and I have a 2015 Fit with 115,000 miles on it, and it has been absolutely perfect since the day we bought it, and we bought it used with 58,000 miles on it. And the fit still gets 38 to 40 mpg. This car has been one of the most reliable cars we've ever owned other than her old Honda Civic that got wrecked in a car accident.
I like the way Honda designs their dashboards. Thanks Scotty, for showing us around the Honda Fit!
2007 honda fit 5 spd manual. Love this thing!! Handle s like a track car. Nimble and very very cheap on gas!!! Tons cargo space!!
I worked with a Nurse Practitioner who drove one of Honda Fits in the cold seasons was have in Ohio. Really nice little car! She never was left stranded. She’s still running around that Fit. That Honda fit got her to her PHD. Always depend on your Honda.
Eh maybe cause that one is made in Japan. I wouldn't think about the other ones that aren't. At least Toyota you get models that aren't only made in America or Canada and are STILL reliable now a days not only years ago.
than your rich...high pay..cheap ride...good for you
Loved my 2013 it was great in the snow! Never got stuck! Used to go thru snow banks that the plows would make passing by driveways/parkinglots 😂
I bought a 2008 Fit Sport five speed in Feb 2008. The magic is in the rear seat. It will fold as flat as the way back. I was able to carry TWO recliners with the doors and hatch closed
Yes and the bottom of the seats go upwards also
Picked up a 2012 manual with 82k a couple months ago for a daily driver. Runs great, excellent mpg, super simple, zippy and fun. Can save miles and gas off my two V6 trucks. I'm almost tempted to pick up another before they're impossible to find, and not have to buy another vehicle for at least another 20yrs by rotating them all.
How is 0-60 (roughly) in a manual? I'd imagine it's pretty good.
@@paulstejskal It's good. Not a race car by any means, but plenty quick enough. It's so lightweight, only about 2600lbs.

2008 Honda Fit - 10Best Cars
Entertainingly small.
The Fit belongs to a class-basic transportation-that we once acknowledged with a patronizing pat on the head but now take more seriously. There are two reasons for this. The first is obvious: Soaring fuel costs and environmental concerns are making small cars increasingly popular. The second is not so obvious: Basic transportation no longer means deprivation. Not only does the Fit deliver what you’d expect-high mpg numbers and low ownership costs-but it also delivers something you might not: high-quality interior appointments, a high level of usefulness, and a high fun-to-drive index.
The Fit scores well in those areas of unexpectedness. There seems to be more room inside this car than the tidy exterior could possibly contain, the seats flop and fold to yield great cargo versatility, and the interior appointments would do justice to an Accord.
But it’s the Fit’s agility and terrier spirit that win our hearts. With 109 horsepower, blazing acceleration isn’t part of the deal, but it’s worth noting that the Fit posted an astonishing speed in our lane-change test (71.4 mph), outhustling pedigreed athletes such as a Ferrari F430 Spider F1, and topped a seven-car comparison [“$15,000 Cheap Skates,” May 2006].
Where did you "pick up" your 2012 FIT and how much did you pay for it?
About twelve years ago my mom totaled her car and needed a new one quickly, and on a tight budget. Ended up with a 2009 Honda Fit Sport. Automatic transmission. Really fun car to drive. She ended up with an amazing car.
2011 with 180,000 miles now. Bought it new. We raised our family of 4 with this car. Not one single issue other than a headlight bulb replacement 3-4 times. Most importantly, we still LOVE the car. It's like your favorite pair of jeans. Ours didn't have the CVT, all the better. I may never get rid of this car!!!
Considered buying one of these new in 2015, bought a 2010 Lexus IS-350C with 57,000 miles for the same price. I’m still convinced I made the smart decision.
Lexus is soo much better in build and quality. You def made the right choice.
The fit is an exellent little car
@@Ih8ninetha must be why my ex wifes 09 5 spd fit sport, went 300k and still had no issues....
Lexus is Toyota. Great cars just like Honda
I get 45 mpg on the highway going the speed limit. 2017 with a cvt.
Very reliable no complaints.
I get mid 40s with my 6speed
Wow I have a first generation tundra lol 16 mpg with a tail wind
That's not very impressive, I get 36 mpg on the highway with my 2004 TL 6 speed. That thing is a 1.5 ton car with a thirsty 3.2L J32A3 V6, and 245/45R17 tires.
@@summushieremiasclarkson4700 look at you so special
@@alabaster4263 Rather, I was making a point and agreeing with you. CVTs are not worth the maintenance nightmare for the benefits they supposedly offer. A manual transmission, or a well designed automatic will provide identical gas mileage to a good driver who knows when to lift off. Sadly, most people accelerate towards a red light or a stop sign.
My 2008 Fit has 212,000 miles and has been a great car. It is so zippy and averages 28-32 mpg, but sometimes gets 36 mpg.
My neighbor has the exact same model. They’re pretty damn zippy and reliable.
Bought my daughter one in 2016. Seats 4 adults comfortably. She drove it 90,000 miles in 4 years. Most of the 2016’s were built in japan. The 15, 17, 18, 19, and 20 were built in mexico.
There are 2017 Honda Fits made in Japan too! I have one.
actually my 2017 was also built in Japan, not Mexico.
Mine was made in Mexico. Should I be worried
@@chrisp9859 Yes, there are some tortillas and salsa hidden in the interal components.
Bought a 2012 Honda Fit Sport back then - 1.5L-4, 117hp. Not especially quick but it sure handled well. And it was the family car back then. Held the wife and 2 small kids with all our luggage. And I drove it everywhere. Sold it in 2017 because my kids just had to grow taller! It was a fun, little car!
I have a 2010 Honda Fit Sport. 178,000 miles. Only thing to go wrong was a broken serpentine belt at about 130,000 miles. Recalls for the airbags and the front axles. Only changed front brake pads once so far. Average about 37 mpg over the years. She isn't fast, but does take the curves pretty quick. Can fit tons of stuff in the car. Best car I've ever owned.
I've got an '09 with over 300,000 km on it. 5 speed automatic. Runs great but change the fluids when you're supposed to or you could have big problems.
'09 of the "Honda Fit"? 🤔😯
@@n8v-t-800Yes. I didn't think it was necessary to mention the name since it is the subject of the video. However, Scotty did talk about some other cars too, so perhaps I should have specified it.
Yea there is a 09 fit and yes especially if it’s a CVT but the 2nd gen auto was a reg trans! But Hondas weak points are there auto trans so always do it every 30k miles with the Honda fluid only!
@@jessewynne8193My mechanic is top of it. He was the one that told me to buy the Fit. There's a kazillion of them out there and an abundant supply of parts.
I drive a Honda Jazz 2008 with 198 000km in South Africa and my baby never disappoints. Even when I blew my radiator on the freeway she literally took me home and my engine never blew at all, she still rides like an angel. Probably gonna pass it on to my kids.
Bought my wife a 2010 model in 2012 it's still going and I drive 2007 Toyota Yaris sedan which I still drive we still driving them here in Johannesburg
At least both your model and my wife's are Japanese built unlike the generation after it was Indian built
2020 60,000 miles. No problems, best mpg was 43 highway and 33 city, and only had to do bare maintenance (oil, tires, filters, GDI cleaning).
I have a 2018 Fit. Absolutely the most reliable and affordable to maintain vehicle I have ever owned.
I have a 2009 with over 260,000km and it's SO much fun, especially with the manual transmission! It also holds a ton of cargo; when the seats are down, it's amazing what you can "Fit" back there! 😂 I can't recommend the Fit enough!
In late 2010, I was shopping for a car, and looked at the available economy cars. The baseline was $9,999 for a Hyundai Accent hatch or a Nissan Versa sedan. The Accent was just too small and uncomfortable and rode really rough. The Versa sedan had no rear folding seats, which would have enabled some carrying of longer cargo. I looked at the Fit, but it was running around $15,400 at the time. I ended up with a Versa Hatch when they had a $2,000 rebate on the base car with a manual transmission, which brought it down to $11,300.
-- I really loved the Fit, but it was just too damned expensive, $4,100 more expensive than the Versa for a roughly equivalent car. I pay cash for my cars. I see car loans as financial stupidity. When money's tight, I'll find a cheap used car, like the 5-year-old Subaru Legacy wagon I once got for $3,000 because someone had keyed the paint job.
-- The Versa served me well (like a mini-minivan), but I didn't get a chance to see how long it would last. I was living in an apartment right on a bay in Massachusetts, and in 2018 there was a 100-year high tide that flooded the building and the parking lot, leading to the condemnation of the building and the totalling of the car. Homeless and car-less, I jumped on a 2015 Versa Note manual with 18,000 miles for $7,800, located at a dealer about 10 miles from my friend's basement where I was living. Nissans degraded in quality when they merged with Renault, but they didn't get as bad as Hyundai/Kia.
-- Versas are ugly cars, I know, but buying cars to impress women and friends leaves you with the kinds of women and friends who are impressed by cars.
-- All that said, the Honda Fit was a really impressive little car, the best choice in the segment for someone who isn't a cheap bastard like me.
I have a 2009 Fit 92k miles and have been quite satisfied with its reliability. Had bought it new. I did update the head unit so I could use Android Auto.
I recently bought a 2012 with 82k. I took out the aftermarket Sony Android auto/apple carplay unit that was in it and replaced with a Kenwood CD player. Yep, CDs are superior! But also just because I already own so much of my favorite music on CD, so why pay for services and data...
@whois3581 Ah, I've ripped all my CD's to MP3's and have 'em on my phone, so can play them as desired.
@@samroland9528 Yea I started to attempt that at one point but quickly gave up. I have thousands of CDs and didn't feel like spending all that time ripping and organizing.
Here in the UK it's called the Honda Jazz. I have a 2014 reg. EX 1300 model with manual gears. It's got 36,600 miles on the clock and I get 48 imperial mpg. around the doors. Great car! Get it serviced every 12 months.
My daughter has a 09 fit first owner with 300k and it runs like a top. Interior in great condition
I've had an 08, 12, 16, and now I own a 19 fit Sport. Love em.
I have a 2013 base manual. I bought it new and it's got 241k miles on it. It still runs great and gets 40mpg. The magic seats really are magic. I have camped in it and can sleep comfortably in the back with my 3 dogs. It's going to break my heart when it finally dies. But my mechanic thinks I can expect to get 300k miles on it.
Still driving my 2005 Matrix (also blue). Other than routine maintenance, my only unanticipated expense was an alternator that died last month. This car will probably outlive me.
The Fit is the only Honda in the current line up that hearkens back to the old googly civics of the early 80s - back when Hondas were truly "civic". It is truly a throwback. I love mine and it has taken me on many grand adventures. A great car for dense urban environments like San Francisco, but also totally capable of driving me out to Big Bend in Teaxas. Those back seats also flip up, too, creating an even further space without having to use the trunk area.
I drive a 1991 Toyota Corolla with 390,000 miles on it. Its not for sale. Its the best car I have ever had and still have. I drive it every day. I just hope no one hits me when I drive it because I'll never be able to find one as good.
Had one, someone totaled it sadly.. loved the car but only gripe I have is the leg room. If you are over 6 feet tall I would consider a larger vehicle but this one has the cargo room and does the job great for the money hands down though.
I know have a 2017 Ridgeline, love those Honda trucks
I have two Honda fits a 2008 with a 5-speed manual, and a 2009 with an automatic paddle shift with 105,000 mi, my '08 has 142,000 mi and all I do is change the oil and regular maintenance I've never had a problem out of either one of them. I also have a 2002 Honda S2000 with 157,000 mi and I've never had a problem out of it Honda makes very reliable vehicles. My friends call me the Honda man but I just like reliable cars.
Reliable is the way to go
My ex wife had an orange 09 5 spd fit sport, it was an exellent car...never gave her any problems...she sold it around 300k, to get something awd..i wish she kept the fit,
I own a 2010: I love having a Fit! (no CVT)
Just bought a 2020 Honda Fit Sport as my first car, loving it so far
My wife drives a 2017 Fit and she loves it. Personally, I find it's a great city runabout, but I don't enjoy driving it on the Highway. I'm also not a fan of the CVT tranny, but my wife doesn't care, and she's the one that drives the Fit the most.
As a preventative measure I replaced the CVT fluid at 25,000 miles and will replace it again at 50,000.
Thanks for your impartial information. Scotty. We have these in Australia, Honda Jazz, good liitle basic transport, perfect.
I have a 2010 Honda Fit Sport with the paddle shifters and they are fantastic cars in the snow. When the snow gets deep, shift from automatic to paddle shifting and keep it in the highest gear possible. This reduces the torque that you don't want when you're in snow, but it automatically shifts into lower gear before the engine craps out. I got up many snowy inclines this way when I drove him in a blizzard. That was a scary night, but we made it. It won't go up the steeper snowier inclines that a 4WD or AWD could handle, but it did much better than your average FWD or RWD vehicle of that size... and without chains. I imagine that with chains or studs, it'd be damn near unstoppable, but I wouldn't want to put those on a Fit. In most cases, you would want to wait out that type of situation anyway.
I just picked up a 2013 gen 2 with only 50k miles. Specifically got it because it was the last year with a regular automatic transmission! It's plenty zippy!
My mom has a 2022 and she loves it. You need to be under 6 foot to be comfortable in them.
That would include nearly all women and about 75% of men in America.
Glad to know, unfortunately it's too small for me then.
I’m 6’2 and I fit in my 2013 with plenty of head/leg room
Small hatchbacks like the Honda Fit or the Mitsubishi Mirage were made for narrow and congested Southeast Asian cities.
They are selling like hotcakes there.
When I went to the dealership to test drive one I felt so bad. My salesman was about 6'8" and had played basketball overseas. He was sitting in the back during the drive but seemed to be okay.
It may not be selling much in the US but in other parts of the world, this car is in demand because of its reliability, cheap to maintain and run, clever design (once the back seats are folded flat, you can put a lot) and great looks as well. Offcourse it’s not for those who are into driving pleasure like 0-60, cornering, handling, doughnuts and all of those stuffs that’s not important to the average person. I’ve seen many of these being abused and still runs very well. It’s probably the best made compact sedan overall.
It would definitely be selling well in the US, but Honda stopped selling them here. Wanted us to buy bigger, more expensive cars -- more profitable for the dealers. I'll never forgive Honda for taking that great car away from us. Sadly, mine was totalled by a reckless driver who slammed into me and I'm devastated to lose my friend of 11 years.
I have 2 of them. One from 2002 model and a 2016 model. They all right like a dream.
Ours 2018 was a lemon. Dealership ran us out of warranty by simply turning off the engine light. 7 times. The first 6mth of production had bad injectors. Ours was in that batch. Shame because it's a very practical car. We have Toyota now and are very pleased.
Ok, so you had the one bad one out of 1000....theyre exellent little cars...id never get rid of a fit to get a toyota...

I have a 2013 Honda Civic. I can't imagine a better car for the money. Its slow but dependable.
happy 2010 Fit owner. I change oil based on the built in optical sensor oil life monitor, seems to be much longer service intervals than 5000 miles. Wonder if the owner in this video did that, the oil here was pretty dark
Still driving my Honda cr-z! Do I love it? Not really, 2 seats is pretty inconvenient. Has it lasted me forever and saved me tons of money? Absolutely! 150k miles and still runs like un-phased. The hybrid battery pack is probably going to die before the engine ever thinks about it.
I love honda, mazda and old fords.. and all classics...my ex wife had an orange 09 5 spd fit sportz 5 spd stsndsrd tranny...exellent little car ...had a little over 220k when she sold it, but she only sold it to get something all wheel drive, ive worked on carss and trucks for 20 years, and i never knew the crz is a hybrid..i love those crzs
I bought one in 2012 and I still love it!
An alternative to omitting the plastic shield would be to use a hole saw to cut a hole for the drainplug before reinstalling it.
Maybe I'll opt for that. I hate that damn pan.
If you wanted to get fancy, you could rig a removable, sliding, or hinged door for that hole.
@@grizzlygrizzle Or gorilla tape over it each time you put it back in service...

I have a friend who is an RN that can retire as she is very wealthy but continues to do Hospice care all over Houston because she loves the job. She still has her old Fit and states she will never get rid of it.
Most practical small car ever and a lot of fun to drive. I had two 2nd Gens. Fit #1 was hydroplaned to death (bad choice in tires) and Fit #2 was taken out by a large pickup truck. I gave up after that 😄
I've owned 2 Honda Fits. 2015 & a (2019, still have ),and bought an older Fit 2007? for my daughter. Love them!!! Too bad they stopped making them. The 2019 only has a little over 10,000 miles. I'd buy again.
The Honda Fit is on my list of cars to keep a lookout for. I want something small to drive around town besides my truck. I'm hoping to find a great deal on a Fit, old Civic, Corolla, or Cavalier. No luck yet, but I keep looking.
Honda fit 2011.. 300k only amazing best cars ever ever ! Only one problem so far ( mass air flow sensor) that's it.. brakes tires etc . I get 47 mpg in city manual transmission etc . Plus bg products it will roll forever ! You're the best Scotty
Marketing is what got people to stop buying smaller compact car's. It's not that people's needs changed ‼️
Exactly. And Honda made them unavailable so U.S. buyers would forced into buying a bigger, more expensive car.
Bring back the Fit to the US! I bought a new Kia Soul as an alterative -- before wathcing you Scotty, and now I keep my fingers crossed!
Toyota should bring back the Yaris.Imagine a hybrid Yaris that gets 75MPG & sells for under20K !

Got my Honda jazz 1.3CVT 2016 when it had 6 months left on warranty iv only done 29 thousand miles I get it serviced every time I get my mot once a year, iv driven all sorts of cars right down to mercs bmw Nissan ford Toyota witch is a other car I would highly recommend, but my wee Honda is the best iv ever had not a problem with it yet apart from a key entry warning on dash, sorted it by resetting it that’s it so if you want a reliable car this little car won’t let you down if you look after it it will look after you highly recommended wee car 🏴👍
Subcompacts should really be brought back to the US. Great city cars. I have a Nissan Versa Note that I was hoping to trade in for a new Fit. Man! I can park anywhere. Friggin Americans just want bigger cars. Sad. Just don’t complain about gas prices when you’re driving your lifted Tacomas and Jeeps.
Its easy to get 42-50 mpg city driving, if you kill the engine at long lights. 40-42 highway, if you go past the speed you want, then ease down into speed. As opposed to riding the last gear at max rpms.
I live in Canada and have been wanting to get my hands on a Fit, so many good things about them. And as a relatively broke student, it is something I’m hoping to get in the near future
Do they still sell them in Canada?? If that is the only place in NA, I would go to Canada to get one.
Put the grippiest tire you can find and its a lot of fun
Yep. I put snow tires on mine and it handles 4" of snow just fine.
Similar to my 15 XB manual. Lots of space, reliable, fun, versatile.
Just bought a 2016 and I love it.
I have a 2017 Honda Fit no issues at 130k miles already
My ‘98 civic hatchback manual got 37mpg. That was a great cheap car
The '98 to 2000 Civics were the best automobiles EVER made. I have seen them look and run like new with over 600k miles.
Can't find any 96-00 civics in my area cuz they're all rusted out and beat up by the ricer kids @@HansFormerlyTraffer
I had my 2000 civic hatchback stolen in 2021. Heartbroken, it was still in great shape with the exception of a tiny spot of rust at the bottom of the passenger door. I would have driven it till the end of its lifespan, such a great little car.
My son is still driving our '97 Civic sedan 5 speed daily. Seems it will run forever with just regular maintenance.
We just bought a nice white 2024 Honda HRV just 2 days ago. Happy owner. 🤠
CVT transmission....constant velocity transmission transmission.
ATM machine...automatic teller machine machine.
VIN number....vehicle identification number number.
CVT is Continuously Variable Transmission…
Got a 2020 and a 2015 Fit--phreaking best cars ever!
Honda stopped selling it, for the same reason, the other makes did away with their cheap cars! NOT ENOUGH PROFIT!
I have a 2003 Toyota Matrix . I’m debating keeping it . I still like it
I always felt that for the price, size and fuel economy it made more sense to get a Civic. I wish they still made the Crosstour and I will keep my 2014 going as long as possible.
The plastic underneath is to stop the car from rusting not for gas mileage improvements! ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️
Yeah, that's how I looked at it. Unfortunately mine are coming off after a deer encounter. I think I have to buy a whole new panel kit or something.
Definitely advice I can use, Scotty!
The FIT came out in 2001 and every other car maker has copied the Fit's design and for good reason this is one of the most reliable, affordable vehicles of all time.
Reminds me of my 83 Civic which had a 5 speed. Manual everything but a blast to drive. Could not get less than 30 mpg even when I was flooring it all the time. Too bad they dont sell the Fit with a stick here.
i met someone who bought 2015 honda fit new 2 choices base 6 speed standard or full loaded with cvt he insisted on fully loaded with 6 speed standard and paid 27000cdn i bought the car from him you would love the car like driving 600hp fast car it is fast very roomy 2nd row seats fold up or down amazing space
Fits are alright but I prefer our first gen Scion xB and Toyota Yaris 2dr. We are at just over 100k and expect 300k plus. Sticks make them fun to drive and have huge interiors.❤
6'3 guy with a 2019 sport cvt. I'm loving it !! roomy gas saver for sure
How do you get a confortable position for driving it?
I have an 07 Fit/Sport bought new. 350k and still running strong. I LOVE it. Thanks for the video!

Daughter has a 2015, they’re great little cars
Bought the 2013. Last year made in Japan. Bullet proof
Honda Fit 1.5 hybrid, Asian model are pretty quick, They got DCT transmission, 0 60 is 8.4, It beats the hell of out of Civic 1.8 and Corollas, Checked 🙂, Many times.
The Jazz has a great following in uk , best in the manual gear box type. Buy one and just drive for years and years.
Thanks for the video, Scotty. I found a 2019 Fit with 25k miles. Does anybody have any thoughts on the Fits made in Celaya, Mex for the US market vs the ones in Japan??? This one is from Mex. Thanks!
Had a 2013 5-speed Fit, it was a great car.
I had a Fit in 2006, and it was awesome!
now i just bought a 2006 Honda Ridgeline from my neighbor with 369,500+ miles on it and runs and rides quietly, and is doing great!@@harveyhankerson8359
Scotty I wish you lived in Georgia.🤦🏾♀️🤗 I love a honest mechanic.
Thank you Scotty kilmer
I test drove a 2016 Fit 6 speed manual , that's the one you want!
It was hard not to opt for the larger Civic in the US. The Fit was only a few thousand dollars less than a basic Civic and the Civic MPG on the highway was close to the Fit. If you drive on the Interstate a lot the Civic is a better choice.
