Another link monster, a rank 8/6/5/4 xyz, another level 5 to go along with Mist Archfiend, all DARK Fiends of course. Currently building an Archfiend + Unchained + Evil Eye deck on Master Duel and going with the plus off of the self-destruction theme.
That would be legendary. I'd even take a throwback to the dice roll mechanic they have, but in some sort of modernised way. Maybe a continuous spell that's searchable and always gives you favourable dice rolls + bonus effects

You're referring to High Rate Draw I believe and I've been an advocate for that for some time. It's pretty terrible, really, but I think Archfiends are one of the only archetypes that can benefit from it. I might have to test it out! I used to use Foolish Burial Goods just to get access to it, but I don't think that's needed anymore

I've been playing this deck since Tactical Masters dropped and it quickly became my favorite. Any chance of an updated deck list for the new support from the last few sets? Now that we have cards like Lady, Catalyzer, and Big Welcome Labrynth among some others, I'm curious what changes you would make to this deck.
Love the video and content in general! Been experimenting with archfiend glitch in my fusion variant archfiend deck. I've noticed that Edge Imp Saber's ability to special summon herself from the grave can make it so you are guaranteed a fiend on field for glitch to be able to activate. This is particularly useful if you are not fusion summoning a fiend monster, such as Guardian Chimera!
You're welcome! I always love seeing other Archfiend players. I think deep down everyone has a soft spot for them but they just need more support to really modernise them

As a long time Archfiend player I always come to check your builds, I wish Pandemonium would do something else less reactive. Maybe something to push more with beatdown like the trickstar field or maybe more on special to the field or add to the hand. I also wish they had an archfiend tuner for power plays, specially with how they have so many Archfiend synchros besides summoned skull
Yeah Pandemonium feels like it should be broken, but it's not right now. Not until we get more decent targets anyway. And yes, we desperately need a tuner and a ritual spell. I'd love the deck to get the Dark Magician treatment with that Quickplay Spell that lets you either fusion summon or ritual summon. That'd help massively with consistency
Idk if this is a horrible idea or not. What if you replaced tour guide with orphys scorpio, which on summon summons send monster from hand, then summons predaplant darlingtonia cobra, which adds a fusion spell. The 2 monsters go into cherubini. Then use the fusion spell you got.
Hey i Saw a UA-cam video about using labyrinth to make a ddd rank 4, then rank up to 5 then rank up to the New DDD machinex, it Also works with the rank 3 DDD( but u cant rank up to rank 5) so u end up being able to take 2 oponnent Monsters as material instead of 3
Yeah I heard about the rank 3 into Machinex The rank 4 is a lot stronger because of that extra disruption as you say. The new Labrynth level 4 makes this play fairly accessible as well

Chain Strike would be insane! It'd also be very unexpected and such a random win con that could cheese the odd win. I might have to try that as well! And with chain blocking, Masterking has the opportunity to activate whenever a fiend hits your GY. So if you've milled an Heiress off of Fiendish Rhino Warrior, you just activate Heiress first, then Masterking second. Both effects happen simultaneously, so they go on chain (check the SEGOC ruling). Since Masterking is "chain link 2" in the chain, your opponent can't respond with Ash Blossom. Same thing happens with Pandemonium, if your Empress blows up and you want to recycle Dark Spirits, just chain Pandemonium last so that your opponent can't Ghost Belle you

The only thing about this deck I dislike is that it doesn't include Archfiend Eccentrick, which is outright my favorite card in the game. I get why, since you aren't running pendulums she doesn't really have consistent value, but still a little saddened

Sangan is a good choice! Nothing wrong with him really, especially if you summon him off of Tour Guide, or link him off with Almiraj. He's a one card Halqifibrax Lucent is also a good pick, but he's way better if your opponent discards him

Yeah we can only hope! Scarms are good for Beatrice yeah, but also for searching out the Dark Spirits. It's mainly there for Dark Spirit searching but Tour Guide searches are also good. If I've got Call of the Archfiend in hand then an Heiress search is good. A commenter earlier also mentioned searching out Chandra to set Welcome Labrynth onto the field, so there's that line of play too!
Oof, I've been trying to make those guys work but it's difficult. I may put some guides out in the future once I've figured it out. They're all low level, so benefit from cards like Charge into a Dark World. The various attributes used to mean we could run Protos with them but he's banned now I believe Maybe other multi attribute stuff??
HI, i am from hong kong, i am player at master duel, i use prefer like to use dark necrofear, have you any new idea can upgrade the fiend deck, it can have ablity to rise more rank.
Hey, nice to hear from you! Dark Necrofear is a nice extender but I've only found her useful in a Tour Guide line, which is fragile. You do: Tour Guide into Doomdog Link into Cherubini, search Necrofear Cherubini sends Graff which summons Scarm Banish Tour Guide, Graff and Doomdog for Necrofear Link off Cherubini and Scarm into Rusty Bardiche. Send Silent Boots to set a Fog Blade. Banish Silent Boots for a second Fog Blade End phase, search a Dark Spirit. This gives you at least one level 8 fiend to revive off of a Dark Spirit, and nets you two negates. But yeah, one Ash Blossom and it's all over.
You can probably cut down on the Labrynth cards to be honest. Glitch and Labrynth Archfiend are great, Silver Castle not so much in a dedicated Archfiend deck You don't need to cut all the way to 40 though because you can tutor fairly well
You should consider the new D/D/D xyz since you can make it with just tour guide, and maybe cherubini to send rhino which sends heiress? Edit: missed that you're playing cherubini lmao
What new xyz? :O I only know of the big fella that's sitting on a chair And yeah Cherubini is a good starter that I usually send Rhino Warrior with. But I tend to send Rhino to then send a level 8 fiend, which recycles Dark Spirits. But you're right, sending Heiress to search Glitch is probably way better, because you can just send a level 8 fiend that way

It's also a useful extender on their turn because it can activate from the GY, and then trigger your monster effects

You could use humhumming the key djinn instead of Darius since it can make itself attack directly

Yeah that's pretty decent! I'm not sure if it will replace Tour Guide, because you'll likely only run the 1 Cobra, but it's worth considering

I love that it's a searchable MST. It's annoying that it doesn't hit the GY though. It's a great card so if you have space for it, then great!

Scarms are good for Beatrice yeah, but also for searching out the Dark Spirits. It's mainly there for Dark Spirit searching but Tour Guide searches are also good.

Yeah they're both pretty fantastic so I'd say go for it! Only issue is how expensive they are...
