Well SN7 is cheapo sound gen so there is no PWM

However, if you're insane, you can use slight tuning to make PWM at very high speeds as PWM creates a slight tuning variation.

HVC 64 Though trying to use this technique on the SN7 taxes the CPU, so it’s not really ideal.
