If by gamers you mean xbox console gamers, no. What this does is essentially turns the Xbox into a subscription platform. Are Xbox gamers ok with paying a monthly sub to play their Xbox? Not just multiplayer games but single player games now too. Think about it, if everything is an Xbox, how do you then play ANY game on phones, firestick, tablet, handheld, toaster, letterbox, fridge, etc? You won’t play them natively, (unless you spend 600-800 for tht new rauge ally. You’ll be playing them via gamepass while paying monthly to play any game, be it multiplier or single player. And to make it even better, you won’t even get to play all games you want via gamepass, just games they can put into the service. Which means a VAST majority of games you won’t be playing. Not playing gta6 in gamepass, no maddens, no nba, no fifa, no fromsoft games, no SE games, no 2k game, no Ubi game, no Capcom game, mo 40k game, no china or Korea hero game like Wukong or stellar blade. Just the off Indy games, and I don’t mean Indiana jones. This is not good for Xbox gamers. It’ll cause more and more games to skip the platform. At best you’ll wait a year+ for it to come, and at worse it’ll skip it all together.
