Based on Calories 1 McNugget is 49 calories, 1 McDonalds Cheeseburger is 313 calories. That make each burger worth just over 6 nuggets (6.4 to be exact). The estimate of 6 nuggets per burger was more accurate. If you convert the burgers to 6.4 nuggets then Brian won by 1.9 nuggets (82 vs 80.1)

The 10 piece nugget has 420 calories and the cheeseburgers have 313. With all of Brian's calories totaling to 3,665 and Joel eating approximately 3,740 it would seem Brian is the loser of this one. However taking a drink after the bell was over was a clear violation and we will be docking 100 calories from Joel's total, which mean Joel came out to 3,640, 25 points behind Brian. It was a really close contest and a really tough call but we're giving the W to Brian.

@@MdoubleHB.... Not true, overcooking destroys the nutrients. Only certain things like vitamin C are damaged with heat. The other point of cooking food is to reduce diseases, especially parasites. It's the reason raw sushi can give you brain parasites. You want those? Raw pork can give you worms in certain countries, etc. Plants are what you mostly shouldn't cook, but even then there are other things you can do to help make the food easier to digest like fermentation. Either way, you have to do something to most foods.
