As someone who lives in the mountains of northern New Mexico and can do a lot with very little I could turn this place into something amazing. But the lack of money keeps me from deals like this. Who owns the cliff edge portion? Is the property line accurate? If so it seems you dont have access to the mesa cliffs.

The property goes right to the edge of the mesa in one spot. What about the rest of the edge?
