    Thanks for covering this.
    Most it my clients are on retainers without making it formal. Just become genuine friends with the client and do a bloody good job and they’ll call you back.

      Sounds like a solid Retainer in my book! Providing quality and just just being a good human being with people will have them coming back again and again! 👏🏾👏🏾

    You should do a video about pricing from beginner to professional .
    Im currently trying to figure out my pricing for content creation.
    I do Videography/Photography, & Fly Fpv Drones , edit and create short form content and people want to pay so little for all those skills.
    I have a though time sticking to a rate because I feel people will think its too expensive.

      Say Less! I will definitely make that video real soon! I too have struggled with pricing when I first started.I'll share some insight and drop that soon! look out for it!

    Wowww 🙏 well done and thank you for the shout out
    Great info and you definitely answered my question 👊👏
    Especially where you pointed out targeting clients you already enjoyed working with. Definitely wouldn't want to be locked into a 6 month contract with someone difficult to work with, that negative energy might trickle down thru my other clients, no bueno... thanx again sir 🙏

    Hey Quay! So I’m starting out content for monthly retainers I got 3 business I’m working with, would love for you to talk about more in depth as far as how to continue to pump fresh content without it being redundant, how often should one post etc.

    • @quayvision
      @quayvision  Рік тому +1

      What’s going on man!
      Appreciate the sub!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾
      As far as keeping fresh content rolling for your monthly retainers.
      I would come up with different categories of the different types of videos you can put together.
      For example; client testimonials could be one.. ads, about us videos, informational videos etc.
      Once you come up with that list, make sub-categories for each one and come up with at least 2-3 different types of ways you can execute that specific category.
      For example; if it’s a client testimonial, you can do one where it’s a more traditional way, and do another where it has a different type of feel where it’s more loose and fun with upbeat music. Kinda like a hype video.
      Hopefully this answered your question.
      Make sure you write all these down no matter how silly and ridiculous it may sound. Looking back over the list overtime will spark new ideas you can incorporate.
      Hope this helps

    I hear the “be a problem solver” all the time but no one really goes in to detail on what to do. How exactly are you solving a problem? How do you overcome the problem you present?

      It’s really as simple as looking at their business from a consumer standpoint. Go to their social media, website etc. and ask yourself as a consumer what can this use to attract me to be a potential customer ..
      If it’s a lack of content or explaining what they do/how they do it.. offer the solution to give them x number of content to help them make their business/product look more appealing to potential customers/clients.
      It could also be a lack of testimonials, product photography, head shots etc.
      Every business is lacking something.
      Tell them how you can improve their content and how that will help them improve sales.

      @@quayvision ok thanks. So basically the problem is always they don’t have enough/ the right content and try to sell them more video production?

    • @quayvision
      @quayvision  8 місяців тому +1

      right! But always be genuine with it. These business owners aren’t stupid. If they already have decent content maybe they need to do something different.
      The more you learn about the company and their clientele base/customers the better you can assess what they really need that will help with sells or whatever.
      Every business is different and have different needs. Just make it your job to find what that is and bring it to their attention.
      I’ll give you a lil cheat code..
      There are 2 types of content every business needs more of..
      1. Testimonal videos from customers they already have
      2. ‘About Us’ content.
      Basically getting them to have more of a presence on social media explaining to their audience who they are, what they do, and how they do it.
      Those 2 content ideas never really seem to fail .. unless they’re executed poorly

    • @giantchasers
      @giantchasers 8 місяців тому

      @@quayvision what do you mean by do something different?

    • @quayvision
      @quayvision  8 місяців тому +1

      @@giantchasersexample; if their content is more on the serious level.. different could be adding alil more personality showing you’re a human being that likes to have fun.
      Or vice versa if the content is playful make a bit more serious.
