When did the dice fall I missed that all together
I have apnea as well and use a C-Pap but me having allergies can interfere with quality of sleep I receive~ cause my nose closes up and wakes me up ~ even though I use sprays to help with that. I'm just saying I feel your pain. Taking allergy med. does help sometimes.
Also, I use a SO CLEAN 2 to keep the cpap free of germs / bacteria. Very important for your health.
Ryan, have your GP do a blood test. Purple circles under your eyes could be something else. Mine are due to iron deficiency and some other stuff

Well good luck my husband had 85+ incidents per hour so i feel the 1or 2 incidents per hours is good maybe to much tv or screen time is what is wrong. Just trying to be helpful.

When I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, I was having between 50-60 events per hour depending on my sleeping position
Try the bipap mode , I'm on it . Average at last check was .3 events per hour.

Do sleep with your head elevated some? Or a diveatated septum. I had a partial deveatated septum. And elevate my head. But since then. I lost alot of weight and now I don’t need my cpap
I stop breathing around 40 times a night, and oxygen level down to around 80
Please don't keep us updated with your sleep problems, it's a downer on what's normally an upbeat video
