I have heard this song but didn't know the name of a singer or seen a video before. Comparison with Adele is inevitable, this song sounds like something she would sing too, reminds of her style a lot. But this young lady still has a unique voice, childlike innocence in her singing that makes her different in a way. More vulnerable and personal with emotions while singing, at least to me. Till now I thought it was maybe about being afraid to lose control in love, so nice to know the real, deep message. Personally I strongly believe in what doesn't kill you makes you stronger..So, to all who struggle with anxiety or ilness of any kind - hope they will find that strength to keep going through life and enjoy it without fear. It's definitely easier with music like this one.

Yes, more POWER for this strong young lady with this unique voice who is not afraid to talk about these things and it is so important. I think anxiety is something you can't grasp, you can't see or measure, so people don't know how to deal with it. So it's really that important to reach out to people you can trust and say it. Dear Zoe, you are so brave!! Fighting anxiety constantly is and can be debilitating, but she keeps on going. Hap, your explanation on anxiety was on point! There are different levels of anxiety, from the stage fright kind to the more severe that is a result of many factors from like you mentioned environment to health issues and much more. It is a fight to deal with this day in and out. It is a constant struggle, but can be controlled especially with the right caring individuals in ones life. And the individuals who actually struggle with forms of anxiety themselves can be most beneficial to others, simply because they know exactly how and what it feels like.
