Zoe Wees is a German singer-songwriter, she dealt with epilepsy at a young age and actually wrote Control for her teacher that helped her cope with her issue.
She was with the Voice Kids Germany in 2017 and suffered from Rolando epilepsy.

She was on Voice of Germany Kids in 2017. She is now 18. 18 years old and she has already all this deepness and raw emotions in her voice. Pure authenticiy. She blew me away from the beginning. She is natural super star.
Her Song Girls Like Us that came out a week ago is fire as well. Had me sitting dumbfounded how talented she is.

Little do you know Steven, I already have a playlist titled Steven that I just keep adding to it seems like multiple times a week. Like Patricia said, the song is about her suffering from epilepsy as a child and is dedicated to her teacher. Her raw emotions that come through with the broken vocals really takes the lyrics and brings them to life. 1st time I watched, I was doing the same as you. Kept rewinding and going back. Glad you're gonna check out the stripped version too. Def recommend

This is not a difficult song to sing , so when wow,....its a note well within the middle portion of her range. There need to be a differentak, between the emotion that she portrays in the song , and that this just not a difficult song.

Sorry to correct you, but this song is not about addiction but about her dealing with epilepsy in her childhood. She wrote this song for one of her teachers who helped her through this hard time.
