17th Gyalwang Karmapa's greetings to the KTLBS sangha

His Holiness the 17th Gyalwang Rinpoche gives His video message to the inauguration of the New Temple at Karma Tashi Ling Buddhist Centre in Oslo, Norway in 2015. He also ecourages to build temple houses there in the future.
