Some people announced they have met. Two Karmapa finally got together in a handshake and common declaration. Are there any video footages of that historical meeting or just one well shot photography of them together in a good mood of friendship and cooperation....? We are living in difficult times now. Many sufferings bother them the people. We are born in darkness live in suffering and die in darkness to be reborn in lower realms. That’s life. But it’s fair and square.

Ignoring his problems with sexuality makes the things not better . Everyone can do something wrong. But pretending being perfect is not the right way to deal with these mistakes.

Why didnt Situ Rimpoche Show this letter to the Karmapa trust commity and its heads like Shamar Rimpoche and jamgoen kongtruel earlier when they met regarding the letter of prophecy and the task of finding the incanation. And later he talked of this letter Shamar Rimpoche asked to test the autenticity of the letter through scientific test, but Situ Rimpoche refused. This was the very cause of the karmapa conflict.
Thaye must take a lie detector test to prove he and his late creator are not liars. The number of 17th Karmapa followers can only prove the truth will prevail forever
There is a deeper meaning behind HH Tai Situpas actions - expect highest values
BTW, HH Shamarpa himself says that no test or whatsoever can prove the authenticity of the letter or of HH Karmapa, only persons like him.
All is fine.
Shamarpa and Tai Situpa were spiritual brothers - and they still are.
The conflict will be solved soon.
domineu7 this is the 2nd useful comment i saw on UA-cam ever here about this karmapa topic. Yes there is nothing about but highest value and highest targets. Thinking in long term and taking a Look to the conditions which were there at that time in the beginning of the controversy there is still 1 Father and 4 heart sons.
why the Dalai Lama? not Kagyu
He is real 17th Karmapa ... and it is undeniabe. Because there is one more guy who is so called Karmapa 17 is now living in China.... One thing that I can't imagine that he (guy in China) is living with his wife and 2 sons (you all can see him and his wife, sons on youtube videos).... What happend? Why a Buddha Karmapa still have a woman beside and even sitting beside him during the ceremony (sometimes having his son also).... As far as I know, all people who decide to follow the enlightening of Buddha Darma must give up sex desire / couple ties.... So, anyone tell me about this strange phenomena and is he accepted by Tibetan communities ?
You are wrong - Karmapa does not need to be a monk. To give up a desire does not necessarily mean to give up relationship…. He is a Yogi who “plays” freely with phenomenas in the mind without being bonded to them.
He looks exactly like the last Karmapa but I don't think he would just like to be a normal boy... or man... They really should be allowed to get married.
So he was born into this position of being praised before showing any sign of wisdom or being special. This the Karmapa that gets women's contacts and tricks them into cyber sex. It seems like he is an ordinary man with issues like everyone else and so far I have not seen any signs of deep wisdom or spirituality from him. In fact he has probably become twisted and disturbed due to being placed in this bizarre position from birth - that must be so confusing and restrictive. Clearly he is just a human and should not be forced into a role that he is not able to achieve.

If to believe Sharmapa and his Karmapa Thaye Dorje are legitimate successors of Rigpe Dorje 16th Karmapa, then Dalai Lama, Tai Situ and Ugyen Trinley Dorje look like a bunch of liars. But I don’t believe this joke of falsehood promoted by some unexpected people. Your future is in your own hands. Don’t blame others for your own failures. Look deeply in their eyes. An eye is the door to your soul.

This split is an illusion.
Soon the split will be over.
@@domineu7 Sharmapa is dead now. According to Buddha's own warning by promoting false Karmapa he made schism in the sanga of former incarnated Karmapa Rigpa Dorje 16th. According to Buddha he committed one of 5 deadly sins. Consequences of his fraud will be long and painful for the people he deceived. Because it is a deadly sin punished with Vajra Hell a meeting between Sharmapa and Tai Situ will take place in next Kalpa.

Things are not as they seem to be -
you have to watch really carefully what HH Shamarpa truly said and did...
If it would be a true schism, the one who would be to blame would be HH the 16th Karmapa.
He is responsible for the (moral) education of the 4 "heartsons", he had more than enough time to get them on a positive life track.
Fun fact: He made it.
