That’s a nice lawsuit. It’s against the law to refuse people access because of a service animal. They were wrong for even asking if that was a service dog! The supervisor/manager who asked he didn’t know what the customer wants him to do should be fired and the drivers who left him stranded should be fired also.
What law is that in Mississippi? Could you please reference the statute code for me?
Actually, per the Americans with Disabilities Act in USA, (which is federal law), service dog handlers can legally be asked 2 questions. 1) is that a service animal? 2) what tasks is it trained to perform? They cannot ask us what our disability is. They cannot ask anything else but those 2 questions, but yes, they can ask if it's a service dog.
@@destinyandseverus I can GUARANTEE the Act in which you speak does NOT cover UNREGISTERED service animals..use Logic and Reason here buttabean 🤣 everyone would have a "SERVICE ANIMAL" of it were FEDERAL law...just because you READ an ACT doesn't mean you comprehend the extent of the LAW as it pertains...DO BETTER 💅😎
@@Mrs_Sippi Sorry but service animals do not need any kind of paperwork or registration. You can only ask if the dog is because of a disability and what has your dog been trained to assist you. If it's obvious what the dog does (eg. seeing eye dog) you cannot ask any questions.
@@Mrs_Sippi there is no registration or certification required for service animals. The ADA does cover "unregistered" service dogs because registration isn't even a thing. It's literally a scam.

It’s not a service dog. It’s well behaved but distracted, sniffing at garbage cans, and USA service dog registration, as shown on his phone screen, is a scam. You cannot “register” a service animal in the USA. Before commenting under this please look up ADA law regarding your dog being distracted and especially ADA law regarding “registration”.
This this right here, I’m a sd handler to a multipurpose sd and I’m actually glad the bud denied him
