- Welcome to New Zealand! This country has one of the most diverse landscapes in the world. From quaint beaches to staggering mountains with massive glacial runoffs. You won't be disappointed after watching this video and downloading the short bush trip flight plan I've provided below. Also, you can find yourself this robust Valkyrie Livery ready for all the gravel and mud slinging along with the GotGravel "Monster Truck in the Skies" in the links below.

I'm a Kiwi, thanks for your kind comments about our landscapes. And you have some beautiful shots in your video.
Thank you! I'ts an amazing place for sure and I couldn't not show it off.
The flight from Martinboroughs dirt strip over the Wainuiomata hills into wellington airport is a lovely trip. I've taken this route in real life several times, as I live about 10 minutes walk from Wainui hill. Alternatively for bigger aircraft, take off from Masterton and you could jump islands all the way into the south
What a gorgeous place to live. I love flying around New Zealand, especially since new DEM data was released so that the terrain mapping is closer to reality. I'll eventually make my way there for sure just to see it face to face.
Background music is beautiful
Hey dad! Cool video😊
Took a scenic flight over Milford sound. Highly recommend. The best time.
Ya man I love flying around New Zealand. It’s for sure one of my favourite places, that and Iceland/Alaska.
Just beautiful! Thanks!
Thanks Jim!
Loved your video mate, very calming. I have flown around a lot of this area as a pax in a C182. A beautiful part of NZ
Thanks bud I appreciate it! I plan on doing a trip from Auckland and heading south. Do you have any recommendations of places to hit?
Well I think it would be a good place to take the Got Gravel Discord group on a STOL flight out of NZMF Milford Sound and head South to T004 Quintin Hut Airstrip (17/35 426m) at the base of the Sutherland falls then up over Lake Quill and on down through the Southland looking for other STOL destinations
Let’s do it! We can throw it in the “events-by-you” channel.
Just found your channel , fantastic video mate ; keep up the great work !! .
Thanks brother, I appreciate your support!

Fantastic video🤙
Hey I appreciate you and thanks for watching!
This is incredible thank you so much for the vid I am definitely going to try this out! Just subbed
Thanks for the sub! Ya it's an incredibly beautiful area. Make sure to get Mikeaat's New Zealand DEM after it's updated for SU5. It adds a whole new level of amazing.
@@stoladdicts2234 thanks for the suggestion
How do you pull up the little map on screen?? I would love to know. Cool video I subbed
If you’re on PC it’s “V” on the keyboard. Sometimes it takes a second to pop up.
@@stoladdicts2234 thanks bro I really appreciate it!!!! I’ve been checking out your videos and got some really fun ideas from them. I fly a xcub and an old luscombe in real life and it’s always fun to play with a sim
@@alanluscombe8a553 Hahaha that's awesome! Ya man I want an X-Cub once I retire and just find a patch of land in Montana or Wyoming to cruise around in. The sim really does offer some awesome stuff, especially when we've got creators like Got Gravel who tuned up this bird in the video.
Hello, what platform are you flying on and what flight controls do you prefer?
I’m on PC and currently I use a Saitek Cyborg Evo which has worked really well for me for a long time. I plan on getting the X-56 Rhino here soon mainly because I play DCS as well. I’ve heard that Honeycomb makes a great setup for yoke style controls.
Hiiii
South islands a lot nicer
It is an amazing place!
